  I have a Satellite T135 Win7 running with an original BIOS that I'm moving to 2.70. I ran all the other software updates in Service Station (2.1.51) with no problems. but the BIOS downloads 2.7, initiates and cautions that I'll need to reboot (I select Yes to execute) and receive notice of popup on the electrical problem (defective DC) which corrects this BIOS, then nothing. It just stops.

  I disabled my firewall windows antivirus, but the update is still unable to fill. I downloaded the file directly from Toshiba (outside the Service Station) and run the file and exactly the same thing happens.
  The event viewer shows all the related entries.

  Did you install any new version of package of added value of the Web from Toshiba site? This program is necessary if you want to update the BIOS to check if you have installed the latest version.

  BIOS, iDRAC, Lifecycle Controller firmwares are newer. I tried to upgrade from iDRAC and directly from controller (using SUU) life cycle, the same thing. haven't tried yet the OS. The issue seems to stem from a prompt to read and accept the new "Apple Media Services terms and Conditions." When I click the button to proceed with conditions, a new empty window appears and then things churning just until the request times out (see photos). The same thing happens when I click on "View the apple ID" in the app store or through settings, even if in this case the terms guest does not appear and it charges only up to the time limit.   The issue seems to have resolved itself. The terms and conditions page is loaded and now updates are allowed. Just a temporary problem, I guess.
