  I really need your help,

• Tecra M11 - random crashes with Windows 7

  We had a Toshiba Tecra M11 Windows 7 who has a problem in which he randomly falls down, forcing the user to hard it reboot. When it crashes, the fans to the top spin, don't know if that means anything. We tried many things to fix.

• Tecra M11 - Intermittend gel and clicking HARD drive

  I used my new Tecra M11 for about a month. I'm starting to find occasionally freezes, each lasts about five seconds. The mouse stops and I just need to wait until he comes back.

  On the left side of the Tecra M11 is the HARD drive as you have already said, and if the HARD drive is causing these rattling it appears to be a malfunction of the HARD drive. That s no reconfiguration of the HARD drive to backup so all important data on another drive.

• Simple mouse click randomly acts as a double click

  The audio file may be damaged. Since you downloaded from the iTunes store, you should be able to remove it and then re - download the purchase without problem.

  A few questions:

  (1) are the vents breathe easily? The system may overheat if the vents are blocked.

  (2) have you tried to remove any dust or dirt build up? Try spraying Compressed Air from the vent.

  (3) are to you using the display standard driver from Toshiba Web site? Install the other drivers can cause this kind of problem.
