  When you say "live update" are you talking about Windows Update?

  If so, you can go to the ATI site and download the latest driver for this video card. Here are the download links for the drivers later, Windows 7, 9.9 32-bit and 64-bit version for the Mobility Radeon 3000 series.

  If you purchased InDesign CS5.5 as an upgrade then it looks like it's showing that you need to provide information about the old version where you improved since he found nothing that qualifies.  You must only choose the old version and serial number.  (I don't know anything about InDesign, nor how it might relate to PageMaker).

  I just bought a new Satellite, but am trying to get my old Tecra on wireless.

  I used to be able to do, but since the reformatting of the hard drive from the recovery discs (success) I couldn't get wireless. I have a N Note: router.

  When I switch on the side of the computer wireless it instantly gives the blue screen with the message of "Beginning physical memory dump" amoungst other.
  It then restarts and if the switch is always on it asks me to try safe mode.

  Any ideas what could cause this problem?

  I agree with Akuma. You should post the BSOD code because there are many of them. If you have the BSOD code, you can search in the Mircorosft Knowledge Base. Often you can find an article on this issue.

  In my view, it could be a HARD drive or RAM problem, but together you can check with special tools. Use Memtest86 for RAM and the aptitude Test drive to the HARD drive. The tools that you can find with Google.
