Terrible service

I was wondering what you would do this.

I signed up for a "subscription a year acrobat" think that this is what it would be. Fortunately for me

Adobe uses the highly ethical method of extension of the subscriptions of peoples by an agreement under their mandate without having obtained direct confirmation that it is due.

Fair enough we all should know enough right now do not buy without checking the T & C, but I want to say that I trusted to adobe to be honest in their business activity.

My question is, by law, I should be notified. Talk to a counselor told me "you have been notified in February" well had no available date that the email has been automated. I don't have an email to match. They also advised me "it can be in your spam folder. How is this appropriate notification? My spam box empty every two weeks.

Apart from this, the appeal of the Organization, I was informed by a senior official who, given the circumstances my most payments could not be

has repaid but my early cancellation fee might be. After verifying my account two weeks later, there was no current refund. I called again today

to say it was no trace of such an agreement and that restitution would not.

It seems that adobe are used to bullying the little guy with their unethical business practices.

I was extremely disappointed by this whole experience and would have thought better of an international company that just lie to their customers.

That would tell people what to do next?

    'Service' implies an exchange of money against someone another time or skills. This isn't how these forums work. You pay no money to get a response and volunteers trying to answer your questions did not get paid for their time.

    If there are any volunteers who happens to know what is the problem with your machine, so you get no answer. It's as simple as that. You then five options:

    • Solve the problem yourself.
    • Live with the problem.
    • Have the device repaired.
    • File an appeal of paid Microsoft service.
    • Do a destructive factory restore.
  • So, what does take to get a Sandisk customer service?

    I write here out of pure frustration, and Yes, I'm evacuation.

    6 days ago, I had a 480 GB Ultra II failure.  After a days worth of troubleshooting, all results pointing to the unit, otherwise, I presented a request of RMA to Sandisk (drive purchased 30 November 2015, so it's certainly under warranty).

    For the last 5 days, he has been nothing else but behind the emails, asking for answers and information that were all in the original application of the RMA.   So what - this with Sandisk!  Play this stupid game of email tag, hoping that someone will feel frustrated and give up on a warranty issue, rather that issue the RMA and substitute an SSD has failed?

    It was my first foray in to buy or use a Sandisk SSD (all other SSD I own are Samsung or Intel... in fact this Ultra II is the SSD I just never had that failed), and the customer service horrible I got so lean toward never own another product Sandisk.

    Is there a "trick" to get a replacement with Sandisk unit... I have never had this kind customer terrible service and support with any RMA, any other company.

  • How you complain about the appalling service

    How an express those disgust at the terrible service?  On Sunday, I bought Lightroom, but it wouldn't download properly; in accordance with the instructions on the e-mail, I rang Adobe on the phone number provided and for the next 50 minutes, I wanted while being transferred from one person to another until I was finally told that there is no phone support and that I have to go online.

    I talked to five people only the last seemed the least bit apologetic to the service I received, it was a refund of my money.

    Is someone can you please tell me what is the point of putting the phone numbers on the emails if you don't offer phone support?

  • Laptop damaged when sent for repair

    Thought I better warn people about the terrible service I received from Toshiba! I returned my phone to them for warranty repair. They arranged for UPS collect my phone Monday and I was sent an email Wednesday from Toshiba to inform me that they had received my laptop. Friday, I had a phone call to tell me that my laptop was damaged. Apparently, the hinge is broken and metal casing is badly bent and broken in a corner. The laptop let me in perfect condition, except for the touchpad works not that is why he has been sent for repair.

    Toshiba told me that I am responsible for the repair costs and argues that it was not packed correctly, even if I followed their recommendations to packaging. They also said that it was not packed in any film bubble, a complete lie like air bubbles was recorded around the laptop.

    I phoned UPS who say that Toshiba reported no damage and would have had to file a report. I also discovered that Toshiba do not take insurance when laptops are delivered with them! If I know that I would have never allowed my laptop to be sent to Germany. I asked for photos of my laptop to be sent to me and well that knows no ones what happened to it I think it has been unpacked and later dropped from someone at Toshiba. It may explain why it took 2 days after arrival to report damage to me and why Toshiba refuse to report the problem to the inverter!

    I have contacted Trading Standards and legal advice, I'm just wondering if it happened to someone else? I wanted to let people know that when they send their laptops that they are not insured for damage while shipping.

    first of all I want to say sorry if you don't understand some parts of my text, but my English isn't the best more :(

    As explained in the topic I have a Satellite A100-590. I got it as a gift from my father-in-law after the A100-590 no longer works and he bought another new laptop because the customer terrible service from Toshiba.
    As much as I want to try if someone of you can help me.

    Now to point to the problem of my A100-590.
    It worked very well for my father-in-law for about a year. Then all of a sudden it no longer turns.

    The only thing that happens is the power led (the one in the middle of the five) flashes, when the power cord is connected and the power button is pressed. This light flashes 10 times and that's all that happens.
    It flashes only when the power cord is not plugged in, if only the battery is put in.

    I mention that the battery is totally empty, because the Satellite has not been used for about a year and a half now.
    The A100-590 was sent to Toshiba already, but the only thing Toshiba has done has been to send everything back one put a paper in that the motherboard needs to be changed and it would cost around 650.

    I think they don't even look at the satellite, I know that from my other computer laptop manufacturer too.
    It seems as if changing the motherboard is the best way to repair a laptop. FS said it too, but it was only one my card WIFI which was broken.

    Maybe someone of you had an idea of what might be wrong with the Satellite?
    I think this isn't a big thing, but does not fit my technical knowledge of the laptop.

    First you need to isolate the problem to the motherboard.

    Try to swap the memory modules around and try to start with a single Module, try the other location.

    If you can access the Wifi card, remove and see if it boots.

    If it still fails, then its likely to be a faulty motherboard or video card if the laptop has a.

    Last October, I bought a Postscript Designjet Z5400 printer. On both CD and software down loaded from the Web site called "HP printing Pro" produces an error on the screen of the printer "Incorrect, impossible to print file Format". This happens with. JPG. PDF and. TIF (any graphic file) files.

    The printer precisely will not respond to the controls of Photoshop CC either. The problem seems to be that the printer will not allow a page size to create what is shorter than the width of the paper.

    I did not buy this printer for a refund, I bought it for a living with. Twice now, I tried to access the part "next day guarantee support" of the Pack in customer care, I paid an extra $1200 for and not received a response.

    I am able to print to this printer, but not using the software from either HP or Photoshop CC. Any help here as to who speak for the "next day" service, I bought or the highest level of management, I can access complaint with all the terrible service, I was making would be apreciated. I have a video broadcast quality of the mess that occurs when you try to use this printer, but I hesitated to post publicly until a person at HP has actually been and looked at the problem. It's either the printer or the HP software cause.

    I tried to download the latest version of the app world and bbm. But would not load. Received error message 507.

    Tried reloading software but would not let me connect because of RIM Handheld Communications Manager wouldn't let me...

    Error 507 means that the device doesn't detect any operating system installed on the device.

    Enough flattery, I hope! It's my current situation, it is long enough & I'll shorten as much as possible.
    I started playing w/PCs when W-95 was released at least two decades ago. I have updated every two years when a new OS is out & PC became faster & cheaper. I stuck w/HP all these years because they offered an immediate online technical support at the time where you had to pay a monthly fee tough to try to communicate w/a tech Middle East, which has been formed & paid to guide you in your own PC setting by following his advice. It was a terrible service, but he opened the door to technical support phone exponentially greater today.
    2 weeks ago my HP desktop a610n/Vista family secondary premium 32-bit Office has stopped booting the system & the shop found my h ardrive has had a catastrophic failure and could not save something from him, including the drivers and the O.System.
    HP gave me the run around, as I explained above to get a new copy of my OEM OS (Vista SP2, OS / since I have the authentication code sticker # & recorded this w/HP PC & MS as well as my provider ISP (Cox.net))
    According to both HP & MS, Vista OS recovery disks are no longer available, and my only choice is to buy a new OS (W7 and W8) to install in my old HP a610n lower than my current HP P6320y AMD Phenom quad-core GHz/8 G ram/2 TB hrdrv. updated the main Board to a rank of military-he's MSI, ovr.clock options/W7 OS system that I prefer much more than their most recent OS W8, which seems to be a PC for children 12 yrs.old & under!
    Here are my questions: (please do not hesitate to inform me of everything that I am not aware, which is considerable!)
    1. I have a recovery CD 6 disc factory complete the value of HP I ordered when I first bought my HP laptop z6000 w / windows XP PRE-INSTALLED just about 8 years ago.   • CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP IMMEDIATELY OR FACE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES.

    I'm really fed up with the service mediocre and trash. I absolutely blind to the fastest way possible the fact that there is no button CANCEL to exit. I stopped using this service for MONTHS to quit my job and realized this, but hope that a message to my boss to stop payments to your company would cancel everything just the number of members and still having been called and yelled at by my former employer and theft on checking my account of patterns we noticed now that the monthly payments have been automatically withdrawn from the account and all because we don't could not leave without talking to someone. I will absolutely tell everything and everyone I know is not to use this service. Finally repeated amounts that have been rejected will be affected my bosses credit rating which IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ON. In short, I'm angry and will be expressing this complaint to someone who listens and will be transfer my information to commercial standards, my local consumer protection group and will be this spamming on social media for everyone to see.

    In case any Adobe moderator actually check this forum and in case its not clear I want immediately. I wish that the money back on the account, it comes for the months I have not used this service of godawful (but I have absolutely no belief in your moral corporate and operating systems and therefore no hope hope that this will happen) . I legally ask any information should be removed as soon as my subscription is cancelled in accordance with the Data Protection Act and I absolutely categorical will tell anyone who asks and will voice this opinion I think that the product of cloud is poor and his style of marketing where I need to talk to your business before leaving to be evidence of very low morality and nothing more than the technique of marketing gadget cheap to keep people who forget to do things like this to continue to pay for your terrible service.
