That means my creative cloud membership really give me?
I'm totally confused. I bought a prepaid subscription of one year creative cloud (photography) for one year. It was my understanding that this meant a license for one year for Lightroom and Photoshop. However using the creative application Cloud (OSX 10.10.2) I could only download trial of 30 days of these two products. When I click on the creative cloud app it tells me that I have a certain number of days remaining in for my trial version. What is the annual subscription for? I looked and looked through the Adobe site and found nothing useful. I try like Adobe, but gee, it's so frustrating. Any help would be appreciated to help me understand what I actually bought for AUD120.

Hello! I have an Adobe Creative Cloud membership and was under the impression that I was allowed to host 5 free sites through Business Catalyst. However, when I launch my site built in Adobe Muse CC by Business Catalyst he ordered to buy a hosting package. Can you please explain what is happening here, and how can I use my free hosting?
5 free sites ended. It is not available from the CC and more.

Buy Creative Cloud membership in Serbia
Hello from Serbia.
I am surprised that creative cloud membership purchase is not yet possible to my country in Serbia. As a graphic designer, I have to be in touch with all the latest technology and software.
The fact that I can't buy the creative cloud status this makes it very difficult.
I'm wandering what is the reason for this strange situation. If I can't buy the legal status I have to use other graphic products (which I am very reluctant to do since I'm a fan of adobe for almoust a decade) or use of pirated versions of adobe products. It goes without saying that the latest is not something I want to do because it is illegal and is not fair to you guys who are working really hard to make these products of amezing.
But if I can't buy it, what can I do?
Please explain why this delicate situation has not changed and please try to fix it as soon as possible. There are a lot of people in Serbia by using your products and you keep losing money and possibly users of your products.
Hopefully I'll get explanations on this subject.

I received an email a few minutes earlier, declaring these:
Action required: Your Adobe Creative cloud membership has been suspended
Your creative cloud membership will be passed to free at the end of the next billing period because we were able to charge the credit card. Update your payment information to your paid subscription.
My credit card information is valid so that this email should not have been sent.
I was asked to click on a link in the body of the e-mail, in order to update my payment information for CC.
In view of the breach of huge customer info, I decided to connect to the CC page instead and review my payment information there.
When I tried to update, I received an error message saying that something was wrong on the side of Adobe.
Can someone advise please? It becomes frustrating.

My creative cloud membership (one year) has expired. I bought the plan with a promotions for students Dec 2015.
It was about 18, 480KRW. As I lost my credit card, so I tried to re - order the plan with other credit cards. But I found that my plan has expired.
Can I get a plan with the same price as 2015 Dec?

How to cancel creative cloud membership renewal? I recently received an email saying my subscription will be renewed next month, and I don't want it... After signing but it says I have not any affiliation that I signed up to. How can I make sure that the composition not be renewed? Adobe community, I have 2 quick questions on Adobe Creative Cloud membership. I am considering the Adobe Creative Cloud 'Plan of the student' for 2 children currently in high school. (1) is the license for 1 or can it covers 2 users? (2) can they access it from PC or MacBook this year? Thanks for your help.
each single-user license, it's just that, for a single user and can not (legally) be shared between two different users.
programs of CC can be installed on pc or mac. each user can install on an unlimited number of computers, but can only connect to, at most, two computers at a time. These 2 computers can be 2 pcs, 2 macs, or one of each.
