How to review the transcripts of cases of Support Adobe from the Customer Support Portal?
I can see case ID, dates, status, product, type, subject matter and notes and answers. However it is not a complete transcription of the cat case on my Customer Support Portal page.
Do you know if it is possible to consult the transcript of chat support somehow matter?
I know that the transcript is available by e-mail when selected during the chat session, unfortunately some sessions have failed to deliver this e-mail. This might have something to do with the representative of the technical support of switching over the conversation, or maybe just old e-mail message is not delivered.

Recently, I was in contact with customers via online portals for updating my billing payment method. What is happening now is that Adobe took the money ($449.99) of my new card, cancelled my subscription and denies that there is no record of this transaction. I contacted customer support several times and asked me to wait a few days to review it and never come back to me. It is not good enough, as far as I'm concerned, it's flight and I need a higher level of support to solve this hurt.

I'm having a problem with the connection to my home Wi - Fi network. I am sure the problem has nothing to do with my material and is a problem of Windows only.
Here's the story: I was fortunately with the Internet from the network before and Windows was connecting automatically every time. But since the Windows Update recently it does not connect. Sometimes it says "unable to connect to this network" and then sometimes it comes up with a box asking me to enter a user name and a password. The thing is... I've never set up a password in Windows for Internet access, so I do not know why he was asking me now. I looked around the Internet via my Tablet (which is connected to the same Wi - Fi network fine, with my phone) and found that it is a common problem. And yet, none of the solutions work for me.

I can't connect to shared network computers. Not a problem already before the update to OS X El Capitan. The computers appear in the Finder under heading Shared, but when I try to connect it says connection failed. However, under Parallels Windows 7 I can properly connect via the shortcut or mapped drive. Any suggestions?
El Capitan is a bit fussy about safety. Try
Finder > go > connect to server...
and enter the address of the server explicitly in the dialog box that appears.

Press the orange antenna, and now I can't connect to my wireless router.
Here's my question:
There is this button next to the power button on my laptop which has a glowing orange antenna icon on it. He was always orange (which I don't mind) and never responded to any pressure that I had done in the past... In other words, until today. I was talking to a friend of mine while we were playing an MMO, and I told her how I have this little button that does nothing. They said "Must be a deception." (which, in hindsight was kinda funny) and then * boop *, I can't connect to the internet without connecting an ethernet cable.
I have a Compaq Presario CQ50 - 210US Notebook PC and an Atheros AR5006X wireless network adapter in my laptop.
I tried everything: of a hard reset, to a system restore (which in fact didn't even touch the wireless issue or one of my favorites in Chrome), trying to disable/enable/upgrade to update / restore my wireless card. No rollback option was available. First thing I did was to try to hold the button in the same way that I had the first time (I thought that the problem with a power button had to press on it, silly me.)
My Solution:
Sometimes, the solution is as simple as to be soft and pressing this button antenna for but half a second. And then, above all, be patient!
