• Cannot turn off the issue of jam and paper cartridge (both at the same time)

  I have a HP Officejet 8600, running on a wireless home network.  The printer will not work.  We get two messages. 1. Introduction to jam, and I'm going through all the steps to clear paper, including the search for pieces of paper, as well as any leaves.  I found no paper, whole or in part anywhere in the printer.  2. at this point, I get a message that I have a problem with a printer (of ink, installed correctly, etc.) cartridge.  Simply replace us all cartridges, so I know that we are not out of ink.  However, when I opened the door to the area of printer cartridge, the cartridge does not move where I can check it out.  There's just right.  So I'm "stuck".  I don't know how to get the cartridge door to roll over so I can check!  I turned off the computer several times and tried to reset things, but nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions?

  Followed - I turned off the printer.  Then opened the cartridge and reaches into the printer access door.  Without moving the cartridge door, I pressed each cartridge to make sure it was placed correctly.  Then, shut the door and back running the printer.  The printer seems to start correctly.  I then opened the door, the door-cartridge moved where I could access them normally.  I double checked that each cartridge is installed and closed the door.

  At this point, everything seems to work properly.

• The issue of security of blackBerry Smartphones...

  Last night I looked in my Blackberry Messenger and found that someone (* Santria... * or something like that) asked me to join him in a conversation.  In retrospect I should probably for declined but alas I did not accept and sent a message asking who it was and got no response.  So after a while I looked back in the Blackberry Messenger and to my surprise, I noticed that my message had been erased and all trace of him who contacted me in the first place.  Then I went then to strengthen security on my camera that I could (I don't have access to the internet on my blackberry so I'm worried about this angle).  But my question is this... no one knows what happened?  And is it possible to hack a blackberry device remotely?

  And, you must have internet on your BB service, if you have BlackBerry Messenger.

Is it always switcing back 3 G with 4 points to EDGE and edge. What is depend on the area and what service you get? Also, Ive had a problem with when people call me.   Yes, this applies to the level of service in the region.  All the functions on your BlackBerry will perform when you have the BlackBerry symbol, condensed in the upper right corner.  Whenever you don't see this symbol, some functions will suffer.  A bar with this symbol showing will allow you to make more than five bars of strength without this symbol (which will show only when the 3G is present).

• The issue of export and import DAC...

  I see in DAC that there is an option "Truncate table" when you import a repository. My question is:
  
  When we simply export and import a container... This option will only replace the existing container or containers? I noticed that it considerably improves the importing process, but looks like that when you do this, it will eliminate all the existing metadata for the entire repository? Is that correct or is it just for containers that you import?

  I wish I had a graph related to the last year of.
  I would like to know in the same reports, the amount of the stake of the possibilities with the stage of sales = Closed / Won, the amount of the issue of Won and Lost opportunities (without the amount of the participation of the open possibilities).
  
  And I would like to create a third field to calculate:
  == > Game amount won / (amount participation won + participation amount lost)
  
  I will create a formula in the amount of the stake to 0 if the <>sales stage closed / won and the actual value of the issue
  amount at the stage of sale = closed / won. In my report, I see the value '0' for <>opportunities won but when I ask for the total, the system give me the results the amount of participation opportunities.

  I think you can create 2 columns using 'CASE' instructions for calculating the participation of Won amounts so EARNED + LOST and which allows to calculate the ratio. The case statement can resemble

• Error in deployment of Simulator for the 10 Blacbkerry 'synchronization and application launch.

  I use Momentics® IDE for BlackBerry Version: 2.0 Build id: v201310251603 with Simulator10.1.0.4828.

  Momentics seems to connect and paired with success to the Simulator. When I click "Run", it starts the process of packaging and deployment, but get the error in "synchronization and launch the application" part. There are different errors but no useful information in the dialog box. Here are two samples

• Smartphone data plan (BBM, navigation and Blackberry Protect) blackBerry stops working on Blackberry 9930

  Hi I was using my Blackberry 9930 for a little over a year now, with the same data plan.

  A few days ago my laptop could not start, so I reinstalled my OS. However after successful relocation, I met a problem to access the surveys BBM, browser and Blackberry Protect.

  Wifi, browser and Appworld are fine (BBM and Blackberry Protect not fine).

  However, when I turn off my wifi, I get this.

  

  Check the service book, I noticed many missing articles...

  

  Please note that these are ALL the elements, nothing more to scroll down for.

  I noticed there is an additional element in Options > device > advanced system settings: i.e. the enterprise activation

  

  Click to open the Enterprise Activation (I also get this window when I open the mail setup), I come to the page of connection probably BES.

  

  Other messages, I understand that this could be the it policy. I've done many factory reset, via DM directly, via the command prompt using the loader/nojvm command and /resettofactory

  Things I did without success:

  -Full Wipe and reinstall operating system (7.1.0.580, 7.1.0.755 and 7.1.0.991)

  -Remove the policy with the above methods

  -Record of Routing Table, locally on the host's phone and asking the carrier to do so.

  -Access my site of carrier (telkomsel.blackberry.com) of the pc and return Service directories.

  Things to note:

  -Emails are working properly, can send and receive without wifi

  -Browser and Appworld are fine, only when the wifi is enabled

  -Change SIM on another blackberry, my data plan works perfectly

  -If I add a contact (phone B) through BBM surveys, phone B receives the request. However when a phone B accepts, nothing happens.

  -L' opposite is not true. Phone B please, my phone receives no notification.

  My career was told that my PIN code may be suspended/compromised, is it possible? and how should I proceed if it is true?

  Indeed, the situation is delicate. The support service is always the responsibility of the carrier, because they are the entity that provides services. But subsidies related to the device falls to the original place of purchase, or an entity to which they have assigned to your supported devices. When the unit was purchased elsewhere, the service provider can refuse support for issues related to the device. And it seems that your service provider is to determine it's a question related to the device rather than a question related to the service. I don't know if this conclusion is correct or not... I tend to interpret your situation as related to the service, rather focus on the device, but I have not seen the 'rules' that they must follow to do this.

  As such, your next step would be to contact the Manager of your support related to the device. Maybe it's your place of origin of the purchase, a service centre or other entity... it varies depending on the region, and I have no idea of what the device-support model is made for you. If you are unsure, contact your original purchase for orientation.

  If all goes well, they will be ready to take your case and it degrades to the BlackBerry without cost to you. I can't say whether they will be or will not be. Sometimes, when issues come and the two types of support (device and service) are not provided by the same entity, there may be a tendency for each to blame others, unfortunately, leaving the end user without recourse, but to continue to try to climb with both entities until you reach someone who will be willing to take responsibility and provide the necessary climbing.

• Cannot use the mouse to copy and paste using firefox21

  When I use my browser firefox21 and use the mouse to select text
  I would like to copy then right click on the mouse and select copy
  Then, the highlight on the text disappears and won't let me copy and paste using the mouse

  I tried to reset firefox is default - and still have the problem
  I don't have any addons installed - I did a scan for malware using malwarebytes and erase all the shows

  I also did a clean reinstall of firefox and still have the issue of copy and paste

  I tried another browser chrome and has not had the problem with the mouse

  Is this a problem with the browser firefox 21

  This happens on all sites, or only on certain sites?

  Some sites may have "copy" scripts that change what happens when you right-click. To prevent sites from pre-empting the normal context menu of Firefox, try the third "Advanced JavaScript" setting described in this article: JavaScript and their preferences for interactive web pages settings (uncheck the third).

  Does make a difference?

  (Incidentally, I noticed on the threads in Google groups if you select widely, the selection is cleared when you do a right click, but if you select a little less, it is not clear.) I have not studied the model in detail).

• "The system cannot find the specified file" error when you try to install a hotfix/cab package using the DISM tool Package Manager

  I'm testing the integrity of the addon ".cab" packages and patches by installing using the Package Manager (pkgmgr.exe), or alternatively, the Deployment Image Servicing and Management Tool (DISM.exe) for Windows 7.  To do this, I am aware that I have to call a tool through the command line.

  In the Package Manager, I use the syntax

  Command prompt > pkgmgr.exe /ip /m:C:\Test\test.cab

  Otherwise, I might add the path in quotes:

  "Command prompt > pkgmgr.exe /ip /m:"C:\Test\test.cab.

  The error returned in pkgmgr is:

  Operation failed with 0 x 80070002.  The system cannot find the specified file.

  My first impression was that my syntax is incorrect, although I can't have room for error.  The path points to "test.cab" which is a renamed windows addon that contains the necessary file "svcpack" and the file "entries_XX.ini".  I used several different ".cab" file, that which some I know to be genuine, hopefully exclude the possibility of a corrupted or incompatible file.  I also tried this procedure on different computers and received the same error code, so I doubt that the tool pkgmgr istelf is corrupt.

  Finally, I tried an alternative Windows 7/8 DISM tool to try to achieve essentially the same task by using the following syntax in a command prompt:

  "Commnand prompt > DISM.exe / Online /PackagePath:"C:\Test\test.cab Add-Package ".

  This produces a similar error:

  An error occurred trying to open it - C:\Test\test.cab error: 0 x 80070002
  Error: 2
  The system cannot find the specified file.
  The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

  I'm really not sure why I produce these errors.  Any idea is appreciated.
