  using Win 7 and all of a sudden today the mouse cursor would not and was stuck at the bottom or top of my edge of the screen.  I tried several different mice, both wireless and wired without result.  I rebooted several times and made a thinking system restore date was also a problem. I looked everywhere for a solution and can not find a.  I don't think it is specific drive due to different types of mouse, I've tried.

  2 did you check for any yellow exclamation point in Device Manager?
  3. other USB devices work properly?

  f. right click on the device IntelliMouse that you want to delete and then click on uninstall.

  Install the mouse driver and check its operation.

• Is there a "shortcut" that will bring the mouse cursor to a position of 'home' on the screen

  We currently use Windows 7 and extended desktop in a dental practice that allows us to show images on another screen.  Often you "lose" the cursor on the screen when it is accidentally pushed above the extended desktop.   Y at - it a function that allows you to designate a «shortcut"that when pushed, will automatically return the cursor «before and at the centre"in the main screen?»   We already use it the function of 'location circles', but this is not enough in this situation.

  And it works well.  Here's how.

  1. Open Notepad and paste these 3 lines.

     Add-Type - AssemblyName System.Windows.Forms
     $screen = [System.Windows.Forms.SystemInformation]: VirtualScreen
     [Windows.Forms.Cursor]: Position = '10', 10

  2. Save the file with a .ps1 name (it is a number at the end, not an I or L), taking care in the box save to select "all files (*.)" *)"in the menu file type to the bottom when you save it.  Example:
     

     You can save this file anywhere you like. I recommend your C:\ drive or something, because this is not the file that someone will actually use directly.  You must create a shortcut instead.  I'll assume that you have saved under C:\MoveMouse.ps1 for the rest of this post.

  3. On your desktop, do a right click and make a new > shortcut.  As the location of your shortcut item, use the following:

     PowerShell.exe c:\MoveMouse.ps1

  4. Right click on your newly created shortcut and go to properties and assign a keyboard shortcut.  I used Ctrl + Shift + M to mouse.

  That's all.  Now, whenever you press Ctrl + Shift + M, this script batch file executes and move your mouse to the location 10.10 on the screen (just inside the upper-left corner of the screen).

  Take advantage of :)

  As I advised, you should take the free online tutorials. You clearly lacks the basic concepts of LabVIEW, as data flow.

  Things more: in your real applicaton does not use DAQ Assistant, screw Express are generally not optimal for data acquisition. It is safer and better use good DAQmx live. What is the equipment you use? Sampling rate, etc.?

  Why do you need to read data files? For testing? I thought that you will acquire data active, right? In your VI generate you some signals and write in a data file. Is this also for testing?

  There are several constructs in your VI which simply don't make sense.

  So again, I really suggest to go through online Core1-2 teaching material, which is accessible if you are a student, or if you have shared services provider license... It will really help.

  No, my laptop model is HP Pavilion dv6 1337tx. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. So, today, I shut my laptop down by force by pressing the power button because it did not at this time. Then the next time I turned it the wrong problem started. Whenever I'm on the HP logo sometimes and then the Windows logo comes also. But then the screen stays black and the mouse cursor appears. So, what can be the cause of this problem? I also tried to open with 'safe mode' and 'safe mode with command prompt', but they did not help either.

  Note - I tried the method of discharge after taking off the battery and holding down the power button. He could not help. All LEDS are working properly. I have no extra monitor, so I can't check the display elsewhere. Also, I ran the memory test which shows that everything is fine. Please suggest what I can do now as I can not enter the laptop now.   Initially, I assumed that you were unhappy that the width or the height does not reflect changes in the frame on the right for the same area.

  Am I right to say that you want to see the following behavior?

  Suppose that you have inserted a zoom area. The Zoom destination is located at 200 x 200 pixels. The Zoom area is set to 100 x 100 pixels. You change the area of Zoom 100 x 50 pixels (effectively reducing the width or the height of 50%. So, you want to verify that the Destination of Zoom is also affected by 50%.   This isn't a question... actually I found a hack solution to this bug and I wanted to share it with other people having the same problem.

  Since the upgrade of the OS X El Capitan, I'm having a problem with my cursor disappears randomly. It is very repetitive if I start a video in iTunes with the enlarged screen and the cursor disappears. Indeed, after entering mode full-screen, iTunes mask the cursor of the mouse that is predictable. The problem is that iTunes may not reappear there again once, for example, when I go to another office for a temporary job.

Like I had never had such a frustrating experience prior to a new installation of El Capitan 10.11.3 and update iTunes to 12.3.3, I thought that this is due to the update to iTunes.   In MBP El Capitan the pointer of the mouse is where you assign to ' picture in picture ' or 'full screen '.

  Hi all

  A new laptop had delivered today.  I have installed various software that I use and everyuthing was fine for a few hours that I have installed various bit of this and that.

  Then, all of a sudden I have connection and after my password entry screen, the laptop just hangs with the mouse cursor.

  BUT, I created a non admin user and it "s all very well.

  I tried various fixes I found online, including some here, but nothing seems to work.

  It is a unit refurbed FYI direct to laptops.
