  I recently bought this laptop which had a few software bugs from hangover of the previous user. He advised the DVD player was not working, but at the beginning it worked for me very well so I reinstalled windows to have a fresh start. As a reasonably inexperienced computer person I did not save the drivers so once I installed windows, I realized that I could not even on the net with the tecra install the drivers then I tried to burn the disk, but found the dvd player would not read (the dvd player has a yellow light that don't come out and when I put any disk in) (, I hear it running but it does not read it?) My next option was to attempt a flash drive with the top drivers but the tecra does not recognize either.

  I realize that I have many problems, but if someone could give me at least some advice it would be appreciated.

  Hey Silvasy.  You'll want to NOR-DAQmx driver to set up and use your PCI-6533.  Here is a link to the latest version:

  Your clock frequencies should be well inside the device features.

  The PCIe-6535 is highly compatible with the PCI-6533 and uses the same API and as PCI-6533 function calls, so I expect your application to port to the 6535 with minimal changes required.

  It is an area where the 6533 and 6535 differ in the wiring and connectivity.  If you're going to spend time in creating a device to connect to the DIO card (and you want to appear on the 6535), I would check the "653 x cable adapter" (OR p/n 195846 - 01)-he translated between connectivity 6533 and 6535.  My recommendation would be to get the adapter, plug it into the 6533, use a cable VHDCI (p. ex. OR p / n 195949-01, 196275-01 or 192681-1R5) to connect up to your DUT or your system.  Once you are ready to move to the 6535, you can get rid of the cable adapter and just use the VHDCI cable directly.

  Have you tried the driver or the Recovery Manager to restore the audio driver? By a flash drive do you hear a Solid State Drive? If so, I think that should cause an audio problem.

  In addition to the facts that I spent a week away on holiday, here's a summary of my quest towards the installation of HP SW.

  1 / updated: I actually had a few updates installed as well at - it

  2 / I installed the Visual C++ Redistributable package

  3 / I've installed .NET Framework 4.5.1

  At this point, I tried once more an uninstall / reinstall action with more results than the runtime error is

  4 / refresh computer: it took about half a day, to the siccativite back to the version 8.0 windows and all of my software uninstalled...

  At this point, I tried to install the SW and... the install has decided to run! but crashed at the end... I don't unfortunately have the error message. The Installer seems to perform an uninstall on himself.

  As I got better behavior of the installer, I decided to go directly to Windows 8.1, because I feared that the passage from 8.0 to 8.1 would uninstall the SW anyway

  5 / run all updates + switch to windows 8.1 + run all updates (lasts about 24 hours on my computer...)

  Then I retried the installation and got a "file not found". So I did:

  6 / correctly uninstall the software not installed through the "L3uninstall".

  7 / launch the installer

  And it seems that everything is ok now: I am to the point that I have to restart to complete the installation.

  I hope that it is correct, in any case, if no, I quit!
