  I want to use a URL to connect to an application/page to a page of application/2nd and pass a value of an item on the 1st page/application at a point in the 2nd page/application - and within the URL also submit application 2/page.
  
  The first application/page reflects the details of an employee, with a button to access the 2nd app to view the details of active employees.
  
  The application/2nd page has two parts, one for a parameter for the employee ID field and a "run" button the second is a report of the property using the parameter as a filter for the report field. The report runs on the loading of the page - when the key - a branch to the same page comes to reload the page, this time with a filter to display the filtered report.
  
  On the 1st application, I use a button and creates a branch to/url of the page before the treatment.
  I can't conceive the URL in order to pass a value to a page element in the 2nd request if I hard code of the 'value' for the item:

  (1) how do I (or can I) refer to a value of the element application 1 in the URL instead of the real value? v (P2_ID) instead of 12?
  
  (2) even if you use a hard-coded as above, using 12... the parameter field gets the value, send the page seems to work - but the report does NOT get updated until I press the new button. The button - submit on 'RUNQUERY' - there is a branch back to page 1 on submit after transformation when you press the button: RUNQUERY (Submit).
  
  So 2 questions:
  How to refer to an element value in a URL?
  I'm referencing the part of the submission of the URL correctly?

  I'm not sure that you can configure ignore the id of session on tools for webmasters.

  Try to add the canonical link to your pages with zero session id.

  I have interactive reports where the link in the column on a specific column must be dynamic, which means, that it can not be hard coded in the column binding attributes. Here is an example of such a report query:

  The column 'Object name' attribute has 'Type display"the value"Standard report column. This works perfectly well in the UI of the report. However, if I download the IR data (in any format) since the Actions-> download menu, the object name column values are downloaded with HTML characters such as:

  where JP010000 is the name of the object.

  You can set the query link, make hidden, use the value in the link URL column. Thus, your query will look like the following:

  Change the display type of the LINK column hidden. In the column link, enter #OBJECT_NAME # as the link text. Select the target URL. Enter #LINK # as the value of the URL. APEX 4.2, you can do this more easily by setting the HTML column Expression.

  Sorry if the topic isn't clear, I don't know how else to describe it. Here my 'small' problem:

  I created a few video clips that play an animation before displaying the menu. I think it's cool, but of course, it would be sometimes boring after browsing my site after some time. So my thought was that I would somehow determine where the visitor came from (in my site or from outside) and pass the animation if it already displayed once.

  I guess I could insert a PHP variable that I could use for this, somehow but I think would be more elegant to read the source URL, so I'd appreciate any help/ideas on this.

  I think that the best approach could save a session variable. If this variable is not set, PHP writes the flash object with a param "animate = true" in the HTML code, for example. When PHP is invoked once again, if the variable exists in the session (and this will be, because you have just saved it), then you will not define the "animate = true" in the HTML code.

  If you want to check the URL of the source in any way, then you just need to check the referer by $_SERVER ['HTTP_REFERER']. As I said, I think that the first approach is better.

  I'm testing a method of passing dimensional values of the main report to detail report by clicking on the measured value in the main report. The idea is to convert the measurement column in a href HTML column, so it can pass parameters to the 2nd report using the URL GO.
  
  What I entered in the formula tab, it is like this:

  Now when I click on the value of the measure, it can refer to the detailed report but cannot pass parameters. I have already added FILTERS to this report and set with clause IS GUEST.
