  If you bought the first 10 Elements as a download Adobe online, the installation files should be made available to you after you Sign-In of Adobe under the orders of my at http://www.adobe.com.

  You should have the serial number. But your only hope is that you will find after Adobe Sign In in your Adobe account under my products at http://www.adobe.com. First 10 Elements should be included, and if clicked, would reveal your serial number.

  OK, I've encountered a problem and girlfriends laptop won't start.

  Fixed it myself. Took out the HARD drive and it starts in mSATA SSD with Win 8.1 with none of the drama. Reconnected it hotswapping, formatted as a primary partition, the installer on the disk HARD not restarted and now it works.

  My colleague bought a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for me to use on a project I'm working on that.  However, when installing it, I'm not able to validate the serial number. First, he claims that my computer is offline (which is not the case).  Then, when I try to do a manual with the response code and everything, I get an error message that the serial number entered is not valid and I should reinstall the product and generate a new Code to ask with a serial number valid.  I tried once, but it does not solve the problem.  Please advise what I have to do to get the work permit.
