• The space bar shortcuts: hand tool does and does not

  When working on a document (in PS cs6) and pressing the SPACEBAR to quickly access the hand tool does nothing.

  • change the shortcut key (was not possible)
  • Reinstall

  PS: I am aware there is a somewhat similar problem for windows users, which has been discussed here , but there are slight differences between my problem and one for windows users.

  I noticed that the SPACEBAR on my X 1 carbon touch would not completely light up like all the other keys.  The upper right of the space bar doesn't seem to light to the top at all.  Is this normal?  If someone else has the same behavior on their X 1 carbon touch?

  3 use (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right-click Guest, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
  2. type the following command and press ENTER:
  sfc/scannow
  The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the games:
  1. click on start and in the search bar type "Turn Windows feature on or off.
  2. navigate to the games, and clear the check box next to it.
  3. restart the computer and same way go to the games and put a check mark (this will be re - install games)

  It looks like your drivers are twisted. Others have reported similar problems. I don't have this machine. If you solve this problem and use your analogue headset, try uninstalling all audio drivers (and their audio control panels) and try to install the appropriate drivers. Maybe even leave the Windows driver load.

  But you know what would be the easiest?

  Buy a cheap USB for Skype headset. It will use the "sound card" in the headphones. In addition, it is digital for all.
