  HI - last night, shortly after (not sure how long exactly) after installing Silverlight - direct on the preferred video amazon site, a strange white bar with a blue circle ringed appeared above my tabs in the browser. I do not think that it appeared directly after the installation of Silverlight, but some time later - during which I was on and off my computer - it 'appeared '...

  I tried to disable the silverlight plug - nothing; I tried to play around with the Settings toolbar - nothing; then I restarted with modules disabled (in the Help menu) and it disappeared. But then when I restared in normal mode - it was always there... I need to reset (which probably do disappear, but I want to know what caused it)? Can I have some sort of bug? I'd be worried, virus (maybe it is excessive; I'm on a mac, but...)?

  I fell on this particular issue so the other day. It turned out not to be any of my extensions the cause, but instead, it was a theme called "Default Mod" (which was updated to version 28 February 27). I've downgraded to version 27.1 and the blue circle went.

  EDIT: Looking at your screenshot, it seems that use you the default theme Mod as well, so it's most likely the problem.

• No icons or departure to the top/task bar appearing on the desktop

  Windows utility tool (malware) has been removed from the computer now the only thing that appears on the screen when starting up is the screen saver image. No icons, no task bar and no apparent way to get to them.

  Bringup-> of your task manager click on the Application tab-> click New task-> type explorer.exe-> click ok. This should start your exploring, now run sfc/scannow. Start-> run-> sfc/scannow. • HELP: The random colored lines appearing in the Images

  I recently updated my ASUS GTX980 video card and use that double ASUS PB278Q monitor.  Before the upgrade, I wasn't having this problem, but now I have these random bars appear in the images.  It does not reach all the images but is very common, perhaps both the image almost. Someone knows what's the problem?

  I raised my Cache tile size after reading something on Google and seems to work very well for now.  If she does that again I will try these steps.  Thanks for the reply! =)

  Once I open firefox the wheel little colored appears (which is called?) and does not do anything else. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem persists.   When you try to read the emails on Firefox I try to scroll down and the spinning wheel of color appears and runs several seconds up to a minute before allowing me to move forward.  This happens again and again.  Very frustrating!  What can I do to remove it?

  Something happened to my computer a while ago, that made me unable to see or edit certain elements in windows.

  It seems that my DPI setting is too high so that the text and the content of a window does not.

  These windows cannot be resized or scrolled so I'm in a dead end.

  I tried to change the DPI setting of 100-150%. Does nothing for me.

  As you can see in the first picture, the color of my text becomes faded as it moves to the next text box. I got the color of real black text of the text on the left by copying and pasting my text at random (do not paste in a text box). It seems that when the text is placed in a text box (as seen in the 2nd and 3rd images), it automatically searches faded.

  I suspect that you have selected the text box and applied transparency as well as the image.

  I had the same problem after an update of the driver, but he could not figure out until I saw your comment. I use 3 monitors, and I only had this issue when more than one is connected. but of course, disabeling the desktopmanager in the Catalyst Control Panel solved the problem!
