Hello

You are able to open the registry and gpedit.msc without any problem (start-> Run Type & -> gpedit.msc-> ok).

If yes then-> go to User Configuration model of administration-> system-> Ctel + Alt + Delete options-> double-click "Remove Task Manager" on the right side and select Disable-> Ok.

Try to see if it works.

  • Acer Recovery Management does not load! Anyone know how I can fix this please?

    Hi - I have an Aspire E5 - 511 laptop with Windows 8.1, 64 bit.

Although Acer Recovery Management icon shows in the Applications and open the window to allow changes to my computer, after a few blue swirls that briefly Flash on the screen and disappear more nothing happens!  What is the solution please - I do not understand why it does not load?

I guess when I did the initial USB recovery for this laptop about 7 months ago, it did not automatically a copy of the drivers?  It is that now when I need to wipe my hard drive that I have reflected on this process and find out from one of the videos that there is an option to create a backup of drivers. I need to know I have everything backed up and available for restore, and I can count on the Acer Recovery Management to be there program to do!

I'm very much a novice user and find it all very confusing - please help!

as JordanB said, the recovery USB key you created was all, so no need to create a backup of drivers.

If you want to create another USB recovery media and Acer erecovery doesn't work, you can use the USB windows media authoring tool, it's the same Acer erecovery use.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/create-USB-recovery-drive

by the way, if your HARD drive is always okay, with all the original scores, you can reset - reinstall windows without the need to support USB. just press ALT + F10 at startup and it will start the process erecovery.

  • I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch early 2015 and when I connect to the power supply the connected is loose and my Mac does not load. Please help me

    MMacBook does not load

Looks like you have is connected wrong charger (you have an older Mac in the House?) or the charger has been damaged. Perhaps the magnetic head is damaged.

You have another mac or a friend with a mac that has the same charger if you can try that?

You can certainly buy replacement chargers, but I recommend that ensure you it is the charger that is the first problem to avoid spending money. If this is a problem with the port on the Mac, then a replacement charger will not help.

If you don't have a 2nd charger to test, you can take your Mac at the Apple Store or your local electronics store that sells Macs and ask to try the plug one of their display models.

  • Since the update to Firefox 22 Twitch.tv does not load the player more

I've just updated to Firefox 22 and no Twitch.tvplayer simply does not load. Just a black rectangle where the player is supposed to be and if I right click in this area, I get the same menu as everywhere else, which means that the player certainly didn't load. YouTube works fine however.

If you use extensions (Tools > Modules > Extensions) as NoScript , Adblock Plus or Ghostery which can block content, and then make sure that these extensions are not blocking the content or Block of Flash .

  • Windows 7 Home Premium does not load

I am currently in safe mode with network. The two safemodes work very well.

However, my Normal Windows 7 Home Premium will not load. I get a black screen after startup. Windows will not even go to the Page of the user.

I was at my desk and clicked on the Mozilla Firefox browser. When a guest is up asking if its 'ok' firefox in the Trash Dump. Then, he gave me 29 guests asking if it is "ok". Of course, I clicked 'No' which then froze my computer.

Then, I Hardbooted the computer and went to restart. After the bios loading system... my computer would achieve was a black screen.

Since then, I did a system restore to several days before. And that has not fixed the problem.

My guess is that I've damaged some system files? Or is it a virus. I use Avast basic protection.

Please get back to me with more information. Thank you

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

According to the description, I understand you get a black screen after start up.

This could happen due to conflicts between third-party applications.

You can disconnect all external devices except the keyboard and mouse and check if you are able to boot to the desktop and check.

I also recommend what to do the Startup Repair. Follow these steps:

To perform a Startup Repair follow these steps:

    1. Insert the Windows 7 DVD and restart the computer.

    2. When we are asked to press a key to boot from the DVD, please press enter or the SPACEBAR.

    3. Choose your language settings, and then click Next.

    4. Click on repair your computer.

    5. Select the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.

  • View Manager does not load at startup (Windows 8 - confirmed activated in the Task Manager / start)

During the recent update MDD, I can't get it to load automatically at startup.

    I am running Windows 8.1.

I have to run it manually every time that I boot - which is a pain.

I activate under via Task Manager startup items (oddly there are two DDMs that appears here, both are enabled).

    Any advice / help?

    Thanks in advance!

It seems that you have installed the display manager Dell with privileges "Run as administrator". DDM cannot load automatically with this option for reasons of security, that is, it cannot start without the explicit permission of an administrator - Windows does not.

Right-click on the MDD program or shortcut and select Properties, then cliquer click on the Compatibility tab, uncheck the box "Run this program as Administrator" and then click on "change settings for all users.

Or just reinstall it with the "Run as Administrator" option unchecked. DDM itself doesn't require elevated privileges.

  • Error, already open, I closed to Bishop of the task, is it often, other options does not.

About 50% of the time after I close Firefox and then try to restart later, he hung and the error comes that the browser is open and I need to close. I call Task Manager and it does not close the task of Firefox, but it becomes a bit annoying to have to do this several times a day. I checked all the other things you like bugs on the support site, but they do not work to resolve the problem.

From what I've read other posts on this forum, the question may
be caused by the settings to erase history.

Press the < Alt Key > to display the toolbar. Then Tools > Options > privacy.
The button next to the historic, select use custom settings.

At the bottom of the page, turn clear history when Firefox closes.
At the extreme right, press the settings button. Activate ONLY the Cache and
Form history and search for without touching the others turned off.

  • After the installation of Windows 8, Lexmark printer does not work

Right with a good number of other issues intensely ANNOYING, after the installation of my new 8-Pro Windows drive, my (Lexmark) ' All-In-One printer can apparently is no longer 'receive' orders to print from office. How can I fix this nonsense?

Yes, if Lexamark had all this time to develop appropriate drivers then why not have it? Also, I had issues with both audio driver and company also told me that it is a question that I would have to take with Microsoft. The Lady at the Lexmark seemed to even insinuate they were working with Microsoft to develop the drivers but that does not seem right. After talking to Microsoft by phone that they were perplexed that either company would say contact Microsoft on their drivers. Bottom line is no one wants to take responsibility and no one wants to address.

  • Add the Manager does not load in FF11 - just says "Loading" for hours

With the help of FF11 on Win 7, the add-in Manager simply says loading forever. I'm unable to access my own addons to activate / deactivate them as appropriateI have tried:
    (1) by clicking Extensions, Plugins, appearance, then return to add on
    (2) starting in safe mode and reset the preferences of the user
    (3) the site of the addon is in place and working and I can add new addons by accessing the address directly from my browser
    (4) to uninstall and reinstall firefox

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. According to me, it was a problem on FF6, but I have not seen people having trouble with FF11

    Thank you

I have fixed it - supported preferences with MozBackup (Favorites and passwords only), uninstalled firefox, reinstalled firefox and then restored my backup. I had to reinstall my extensions separately. Looks like my extensions in APPDATA has been corrupted (or something!)

  • The Add-ons Manager does not load

I want to install McAfee siteadvisor, but I can not load the add-on Manager. I have win7 firefox6. I have the program on my computer and it works fine in Explorer.

The add-on Manager is responsible, only that you probably have the "Get Add-ons" Panel selected and ging the loading icon. Just look to the left and click on the Extensions and if return you to the "Get Add-ons" Panel later that it should load.

The Panel "Get Add-ons" can sometimes load slowly in the view of things addons.mozilla.org, especially on the first start, probably because of two people looking for extension. / theme updated with recent versions of Firefox 6.0/3.6.20, 2.3.0/2.3.1 6.0 Thunderbird and SeaMonkey and recent change on addons.mozilla.org
