  I tried all kinds of ways to solve this problem, but I can't seem to find a solution. This all started when I tried to update my iTunes to version 10.5. Then came the error message 7 on unidentified signature etc. I could not even run my iTunes more then. I started download iTunes again to repair and it just doesn't work. I don't have problems with the installation of my iTunes for the first time a year ago and upgraded whenever I allow it.

  All other methods I tried to correct the error includes:
  • Uninstall iTunes completely and everything that it supports the programs and files (Quicktime, supporter of Mobile, Hello, Safari etc.)
  • Download Quicktime separately after you have uninstalled it as suggested by other users in some forum.
  • Update the frame Microsot.NET as suggested by the Apple Support site.

  • Manually started the installation of such Windows program suggested by one of the answers on this site:

    a. click the Start button, and then type services.msc in the start search box and press ENTER.
    b. Locate the Windows Installer service.
    c. check that the status is started. If the condition column is empty,
    d. right-click on Windows Installer, and then select start.
    e. If you get error trying to force start the Windows Installer service, then try to change the Startup Type to automatic.
    f. restart the computer.

    I have tried for at least 10 times and I have not yet set and am frustrated. Would be really grateful a solution to this soon.

• Can view is no longer with the new (and unwanted) PDF Adobe Acrobat Reader DC even after following the troubleshooting instructions

  This Adobe Acrobat Reader DC showed during an automatic update when I shut down my computer and I hate it.  I can no longer display PDF who have never been a problem with the old Adobe Acrobat I got.  I read the troubleshooting instructions to know how to solve this problem, but they have not worked.  Only instructions I saw started with "right click on the PDF... How can I do that when I can't even SEE the PDF file?  I'm not a person tech (strictly point and click on) so it's more frustrating for me.  When I scan something, which I do a lot, now I have to go through this stupid thing of cloud and he infiltrated everything I never scanned and saved.  I'm nervous about uninstalling this unwanted program because I don't want to aggravate the disorder.  I just want to be able to view and print PDF files as if I were always able to do before.  Suggestions (preferably some that a jerk tech like me can understand?)  Thanks in advance for anyone who has got an answer.

  I tried to restore computer because of a corrupted installation and it deleted Adobe Acrobat, since the system restore did not work, I have reinstalled the operating system, corrected and then installed Adobe Acrobat Professional of XI, entered my license and it comes up with amounts excesses of this license. I would just get the license reactivated. Any help would be appreciated.   You need to talk to Adobe, not users on the forums, because only Adobe can reactivate something on their end.   I guess the numbers increase during the work week.

  It is possible to put all together updates, so you should only pass on a single update. Not sure it can be added to the distribution of AA9 himself. There is a process and if I remember a base of knowledge about this article. Unfortunately it is not one of the links I have on hand. But knowing that there is a process can at least give you hope.
