The upgrade of Windows Vista
Hello
So, there is 'the' Vista Home Premium installed and I decided to give him a chance, but I was thinking about upgrading to a better edition as Ultimate version or 64-bit.
So, do you have experiences with Vista Ultimate? Is it faster? Do you have experience with upgrade Home Premium to Ultimate? All the problems?
In addition, you have an experience with the upgrade to the 64-bit version? It is practically possible anyway? Does this make any sense? A lot of problems? :)
Looking forward to your suggestions and advice.
Thank you
Mark
Hello Mark
I upgraded my Satellite A200 to Ultimatum Visa without any problems. I clean OS install and later, I installed all the drivers, tools and utilities available on the Toshiba support page.
All hardware components are installed correctly and in the Device Manager, there is no unknown device. I also checked the FN key feature and everything works fine. You can also try to install Vista ultimate on laptop satellite. I'm sure everything will be OK.
With the 64-bit version, it can be somewhat problematic because, for now, Toshiba does not offer a driver for the 64-bit operating system.

The upgrade in Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate
Hello
I HAV downloaded the ISO file following from the MSDN (en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x86_dvd_u_677460.iso) site for the upgrade from Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.
How should I now improve my OS from Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. Double-click the ISO file says that Windows cannot open the file. How can I open the file? Should it be converted into a .exe file. If so, how?
Thank you.
A .iso file is an image of a dvd. It is not a program or data file. You need to burn this image on a dvd with your burning program. Copy disc, burn to disc. We'll then work the disc in your optical drive.

Hello
What is the edition of Windows Vista installed on the computer?Make sure that you upgrade to the correct version, some versions of Windows cannot be upgraded with the installation disc you are trying to use. For example, you cannot upgrade a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version, or upgrade a higher edition of Windows like Windows Vista Ultimate Edition, to a lower edition, such as Windows 7 Edition Home Premium. If this is the case, you will need to use the custom during installation option.
Before you attempt to upgrade, please run the Windows 7 upgrade Advisor:

Also, check if your computer is compatible for Windows 7, using the Compatibility Center:

Hello
I think that Windows Vista, which is installed on a computer, is determined only for this computer and cannot be used for another computer.
If you want to upgrade your second computer with Windows XP in Windows Vista, you must purchase another license, which include a new product key.

The upgrade of Windows Vista 32-bit Windows 7, 32-bit...
Help!
I'm wanting to upgrade my current Windows Vista to Windows 7 (32-bit) I already bought. In doing so, will I lose all of my electronic documents unread and most everything else so I don't support it upward (I plan do) or in some cases; it can be stored in my computer? I have just so many e-mails (430) that have not been read, and yet, I'm not a procrastinator when it comes to reading emails - it is not just enough time in the day. Most unread emails are not online services (Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) but with my old ISP so I would not have access to them again. Also, I take that Windows 7 has all Accessibility Options, like all other versions of Windows but; they will be easy to immediately access the bat? I ask because I'm paralyzed from roughly the shoulders down. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you...You should always back up data.

Disable the upgrade of Windows Vista Home Premium Retail
Currently, I have installed a retail version of Windows Vista Edition upgrade Home Premium on a desktop computer that is no longer I intend to use. I would like to turn off on this area, before you reformat the hard disk and give the computer to charity, without installing anything on the hard drive. Is this possible and if so, how? Thank you.
Just reformat the hard drive.
You do not contact Microsoft.
Then, as it's a level of detail, you can use it somewhere else.
It may require a reactivation of phone once you install it elsewhere.Pedal. Mick Murphy - Microsoft partner
