  seems that in your choice list item (probably call him messageChoice), you are defiining of these properties of the list view definition and the choice list view instance.

  So, as a last ditch effort... I did a startup und repair selected a Restore Point.

  Solution: My icons in system tray restored to a previous state until I started having problems, are evidence of as it should.

I used the generic facility, which is that I have installed the JDK and then run the command for installing JDeveloper Java-jar.
