  Have you tried the reinstatement of one of applications with shared services, go to the INJURED, do a right-click on the application and select Register.

  I installed the EPM V11.1.2.2 system in the single server environment (MS 2008 Server R2) with the following components:
  * Foundation Services
  * HFM
  * FDM
  
  Have used embedded Weblogic server as a web application server and Oracle HTTP server as a web server. The installation was successful.
  During configuration.
  (1) I selected the option to deploy applications web SSP and workspace to a single managed server. Applications deployed successfully at EPMServer0.
  (2) in addition, I have selected to configure Oracle HTTP server as a web server.
  These two steps were successful.
  
  But shared services and the workspace URL do not work. We get a 404 error.
  Shared services: http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000/interop/index.jsp
  Workspace: http://inmum01hyp05.internal.vodafone.com:19000 / workspace /.
  
  When I checked the EPMServer0, Weblogic administration console is in SHUTDOWN State, tried to start it but it goes by State ADMIN instead of RACING.
  Checked the newspaper EPMServer0 to 'D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\EPMServer0\logs' and found the error at the end of this message.
  
  Can someone please suggest a solution for this.

  Yes John, the problem was with the deployment, but was not able to understand what goes wrong with the deployment.

  Tried to uninstall clean twice with the deletion of registry. Last updated variable of path by removing all entries related to Hyperion during the uninstall.

  Installation and configuration was successful after that. In addition, I did not compact deployment this time and used separate web servers to the deployment.

  Finally, Shared Services and the workspace URL work correctly.

  Press the Windows flag key + R to open the run

  Type control userpasswords2

  Press Ok

  User Tab - uncheck "users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.":

  Tab - Advanced settings uncheck "users must press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

  Click on apply, Ok

  When the dialog box appears, type your user name and password (if you do not have a password, leave the field blank)

  Go to start / all programs / accessories / Run.  Type netsh winsock reset catalog , and enter.  You may need to restart.  See if that fixes the problem.

  I am not able to connect with the shared services console. I get an error:

  This error started after I configured MSAD in shared services Console and restarting services.
  I was able to connect on the Weblogic Server administration Console and there server corresponding to FoundationServices0 is in shutdown state, I tried to start, but it gives an error "for the FoundationServices0 server 'server' machine name associated node Manager is not accessible. and
  All selected servers are currently in a State that is not compatible with this operation or are not associated with a Node Manager running or you are not authorized to perform the requested action. No action will be taken.

  You can try to increase the maximum size of JVM for the services of the Foundation, if this does not work you can try to remove the configuration of AD, because you can not connect to shared services, you can use the utility epmsys_registry to export the css config file to update and then import them.

• After restarting the Services, service of the Foundation does not start

  Hi all

  Recently, I applied the patch and restarted services, later noted that the services of the Foundation does not start. I mentioned newspapers and show error below.

  I have connected to the Weblogic Server and checked, the service of the Foundation is not started.

  We do not have the backup of the installation folder.

  Manually, I have edited the user name and password and the services, started but no luck.

  Get an idea on processBootProperties.cmd, I'll set it off for the new boot.properties.

• Not able to see common services in the services of the Foundation

  I installed version 11, but I'm not able to see Shared Services in my menu start-> services of the Foundation.
  
  Please suggest. When I tried to run the new installtool.cmd Shared services is always on and I tried to install it and it's the slightest error saying:

  It's probably the vpd.properties causing a problem if it was not removed before setting up 11.
  If you configure the products one by one starting with HSS, essbase, eas, planning, reporting and finally configure web server, if you configure the products one by one, then you will be able to enter the details of the different database.

  The username that I use because it is an administrator in the sql box & on the box I install the service of the Foundation. Some how its not able to connect to the sql database?

  You will also need to recreate the user as it don't think it's that easy convert authentication sql server once it has been created in the form of windows.
  Delete the database, delete the user, re-create the user using sql server authentication, re-create the database, assign db owner. Re-run the config of the EMP.

• Should I me Integrator unique ID to multiple requests for payment service provider?

  My company manages the management of subscriptions for several digital content publishers. We are putting in place direct payment API signInWithCredentials, and. Al for a particular provider and I'm curious to know how extend us these same APIs to handle applications from different vendors?

  Do I need an integrator ID from Adobe to the unique address for each provider, or are they assigned us to a unique ID? If a unique ID, how to direct calls to the database specific to the seller? How did Integrator ID related to the URL/Service Service Auth URL?

  N ° the API contains "appId" and "appVersion" on each method so that your application can detect which application requests information of law.  Make sure that breast of the DPS App Builder, you check the box "Send AppId and AppVersion".  There is no reason to ever do not select no not this box - even if at the end of the day, you choose to ignore the additional parameters.

  While I'm on the subject... also ignore the dates of coverage and Don ' t bother sending ProductID in the body of the request for payment.  This has caused a lot of confusion.  If you really know what they are and why a digital system of their desire, then go ahead.  But for 99% of the use cases, they are useless.

  The message does not say customer messaging is not properly installed? Yahoo's Webmail and not an e-mail client. Try this. It can help.

• How to synchronize user for Shared Services planning

  Please can someone guide me how to synchronize users for the SSP planning. I use the MSAD authentication.

  If they can't log into planning then it would point to a configuration problem, you shouldn't need to do anything after provisoning them in shared services.
  Are you sure they were definitely provisoned correctly.

  If a migration that happened recently and users cannot connect, then it is running the updateusers utility.

• 9.3.1 planning vs. analytic servers for Shared Services

  I'm new to Hyperion and I did some reading, but I don't understand what the difference between having an analytical application saved in Shared Services as a Planning app vs under servers. If someone could point me to some documents it would be much appreciated.
  
  I currently have a regestered application as a planning application, but I want to put a few Essbase filters on the database. According to the documentation, I need to have it registered under analytic servers.

  Initially, the Hyperion planning is a specialized planning and budgeting tool. Applications created under planning are very well also be sufficient budgeting and forecasting needs of the Organization, so the roles defined under planning will be different from those of Essbase.

  As Essbase contains plannig data, a single planning application gets deployed as an application of essbase. But the initial application, implemented, metadata are all site through the Web Console of planning. Thus, we save planning app with shared services separately in respect of planning projects to differentiate the roles of planning of regular analytical server roles.

  Refer to Appendix A of the Hyperion Planning AdminGuide and doc above would be useful.

  About the filters, you need to create security filters in planning web console and push them to essbase.

• Problem installing Firefox 3.6.8 as error "no request for assistance" to open the file

  Used a netbook Asus Linux / Firefox version 2.0.0.0.11 for 3 years without problems. Now I can't use "Hotmail" on it, because it requires an update to the version as above.

  It appears to download but not to open it and I get the message "could not be opened because there is no such thing as the doe to request assistance associated with" I'm not sure where I should be downloading it too but chose home/user.

  I use very basic but verified the file 'open with' settings and there is no demand for a tar.bz2

  Any advice would be much appreciated
