  I had this same problem before, and the only problem is that the exhaust for laptop you is so full of dirt and the fan can cool the computer fast enough because of all the dirt on the fan.

  I have a Lenovo Ideacentre running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with 4 GB of RAM desktop all-in-one.

  The display turns off always 15 minutes regardless of what happens in the "Power Options" which is very frustrating. I understand that the default setting of 15 minutes is used for laptops to save the battery, but it is also used on my all-in-one, even though I normally put the time in 5 hours Power Options. I can not also bring the display back unless I press Ctrl + Alt + Delete. I'm not sure but I think that this problem started after installing the latest Windows Update.

  Does anyone know of a solution to the please my problem? (I just want to be able to adjust the display time I want it to be and is limited to 15 minutes to an hour).

  Excellent, well that was my first guess at least.

  It seems strange to me that the screen saver option set initially, but later it was power settings (no screen saver) who came back.  So I will at this stage to guess that changing the value of the new screen saver is more would all good, no?  If something has changed your power options, but this isn't a strategy of e-mail server and is not the screen saver.

  I think that at this point I could try to create a new power plan (link on the left side of the power options page) and see if activate a new plan of costs it will keep coming back.  Even if something like an old registry value exists, it should apply to the former regime.

I uninstalled all the programs that are not needed and also uninstalled my virus protection, I have run the disk cleaner, fix the registry and ran a virus check and malware and no problem, I also ran a check air that comes with my Hp system and found no problem. I already turned off all controllers usb, video card, sound card, network card and still no luck, also on the safe mode, the custom of the computer turns off. I also ran msconfig and disabled all the startup programs, services, and still no luck. I uninstalled all updates of windows too and still have the same problem, any help, I'll take thank you.
