  (1) check your BIOS for USB, mouse, wirelesss options settings.

  (2) move the transmitter to a different USB port USB wireless until you find one that works.

  (I suggest this because 2 of my ports were dead until I could insstall Windows, then the pilot, but worked at least 2 other ports).
