  I bought a Clip Sandisk Sport with a 32 GB SD card for the benefit to be able to take advantage of a larger library of music to listen to. I have had no problems so far and would certainly recommend it on an iPod for purposes strictly look but I did not know there is a limitation of 2000 songs authorized by Sandisk Clip. It's really frustrating to learn about it because I was happy to be able to enjoy a larger library of music with the 32 GB SD card.

  Is this something that will be updated in the future? Is there a work around for this? I thought that something was wrong with my Sandisk initially because some albums would not display or disappear and reappear when I delete and add music more. Time to reorganize everything now

  Unfortunately, no.

  According to others, however, you CAN access all your music files via the menu folder if your number of files exceeds the limitation of the database.

  Since the introduction of the Album artist field (iTunes 7) sort by artist has been controlled by the first non-empty value of: Type Album artist , Album artist, Genre artist, artist.

  In general I expect to see Buddy Holly in the artist and fields artist album and the sort fields empty. It usually takes an extra effort to fill in the fields to sort with a scheme such as < name >, < name > as typical iTunes and Gracenotes deliver information such as < name > < name >.

  Hi Pete,.

  Engineers also writes a blog on why they made this change, but to prevent millions of calls to support technical questions "I renamed my file and now it no longer opens.
  It might be possible to change this behavior with editing the registry, but I couldn't immediately find a reference to such a value.
  However, I have a workaround.  I usually press F2 to rename a file (I'm a lover of keyboard, hate having to use the mouse).  So I click on F2, then if I need to select both file extension, I can make one of these:
  • Press Ctrl-A
    or
  • Press SHIFT - end

  I generally use the method of shift - end because it's closer where my fingers are already on the keyboard (I'm a lover of keyboard, but I'm too lazy).  Hope this helps at least a little.

  I am facing the same issue. I can get the song 'Album Only' to appear in my music library by clicking on the album and then clicking on "See the complete Album." However, I still cannot sync with my iPod/iPhone, and unless I click on "Show full Album", I can't do my music library to interact with it at all (that is, if I play the full album, it ignores the song 'Album Only'). And even if I do this, I can't move it to a playlist or something like that.

  I would really like to have an answer to that as well.

  To use the functionality of the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy), in a new message window, click View | All headers and type the addresses separated by a; Or: Click the button to.   Here's how to change the default template for a folder: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-explorer-folder-view-settings.html.  Default behavior is to select the model based on the first type of file placed in the folder (you must choose something).  Vista sets the folder type template according to what are the types of files in the window and the settings display window Explorer. This will show how to reset the display settings for the Windows File Explorer, disable Automatic folder Type Discovery (which is I think what you want)and increase the folder display the cache to make Vista do not forget the display settings, the folder type template, the size or the position of a specific window for when it was still closed to the location of specific path.

  It does not work with the Sub record under, Open with, open in a new tab (Internet Explorer), etc... dialog windows of type through the good File menu bar item. These don't seem to be able to have their size or their position to recall. For the latter, you can use the free program http://autosizer.en.softonic.com/ to resize them.
