TL4000 Auto cleaning

How many hours of use before the drive requires cleaning?  We have about 1000 hours on one of the disks and the cleaning cassette (which is inserted into the slot of cleaning and automatic cleaning is enabled) is not yet capable of being loaded.

I have the HP Photosmart 7520 and I am running Windows 7. How can I disable auto cleaning feature print head?

Using function Thi my ink so that I am not the same impression.

    Hello

To answer your question, unfortunately you can not disable this function where the print head will not clean itself. The printer is made to do to keep the printhead to collect ink on the inside contacts.

I hope that answers your questions.

  • Disks hard not found on normal startup, but reappear in Mode safe

I had problems with my system, since I manually (like to press the power button) shut down my system XP W when ThinkPoint gave me a screen fake infection and wouldn't let me close the window.  After that, all symptoms shouted 'virus' (slow performance, browser redirections, etc.) then I ran scans with MacAffee, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware.   Malwarebytes found two instances of bad registry, but SAS and Macaffee entries do nothing are, repeatedly.  Also, when I tried to boot the system after the scans, I arrived at the last MS Windows display before the connection of the guest user and after five seconds of so on this window, a blue screen popped up for literally less than half second, and the computer restarted after the BIOS screen.  It simply wouldn't start with extra hard drives connected (1 SATA channel and two EIDE disks) UNLESS I started in safe mode.  Then she start and recognize all readers.

After a nice weekend by removing what was left of my hair, and after reading MSE on the web, I uninstalled MacAfee, downloaded and installed MSE; so quickly found seven problems.  They are (were):

    JavaDownloader Java/OpenStream.W
    Exploit: Java / CVE-2008-5353. C
    Exploit: Java / CVE-2009 - 3867.HE
    Exploit: Java / CVE-2008-5353. QB
    Exploit: Java / CVE-2008-5353. PZ
    TrojanDownloader / OpenConnection.CL
    MonitoringTool:Win32 / KGBKeylogger! DLL

After performing the analysis and removing the offending files I tried to reconnect the SATA 1 canal drive, but got the same behavior; a normal start to the last image of Windows XP for low resolution, then quick blue screen (which, although I tried several times by pressing the pause/break key I still have to read... my fingers seem not to be fast enough to catch it) and repeated that it recharges, all with the same effect.  My question is if I burned my motherboard, or is there something I'm missing.  Oh, and one of the attempts of repair was a relocation complete W XP and all the service packs and updates.  Still no access to the hard drives.  As I am a photographer/editor, and there are about 2 million files on my hard drive I sort of need them.

    Someone has suggestions

One step probably you should take is to do a system restore; However, since you have reinstalled Windows, backup directories are probably history.

Safe mode is just Windows running with most of the programs and services.  Usually when Safe Mode works fine, but the Normal Mode is not, it is because a program or a Service that starts in Normal Mode interferes somehow.  How to attack, that is to use 'msconfig' utility of Microsoft selectively enable/disable optional programs and miscellaneous services until you find one that gives you grief.  This can be a long trial and error method.  In addition, it is unlikely that you have a hardware problem, if you can access the drives in safe mode.

"How to solve configuration errors by using the System Configuration utility in Windows XP"

In any case, my first step if I were you would to save critical data on your other internal readers on an external USB drive.  If you can not do this under Windows, then create a CD of Linux Live free (for example Knoppix ), boot from this CD and then back up the data on your discs to a USB stick or a network drive.  Creating a Linux Live disk is also simple download one ".iso" file and use the "burn Image" of your program of CD burning to create the bootable CD.

  • DeskJet 3520

I have a deskjet 3520. It has new cartridges, he just lived the cleanup process, he was examined by the doctor of HP, but it will not print a Word document.

It prints color test pages although there is no black on the pages.

    Any comment please?

    Thank you

    Hey Mr. Music Man

Thanks for your reply and your help.

I followed your link, and in particular, I did the automatic cleaning of the printheads, half a dozen times.

I always get a good color test page and now I'm starting to get a black print a Word document.

The quality is not good, but before I had nothing.

I will persevere in the other half a dozen Auto clean and hope the quallity improves.

    Thank you

    Best regards

  • Issue of FRA

I have a question to FRA.  I get "alerts" when my db_recovery_file_dest_size was 85% and I get a critical when alert my it reached 95%.  This database has a retainer

4 day window.  IE CONFIGURE RETENTION POLICY to RECOVERY WINDOW OF 4 DAYS;  My nightly backups are about 20.8 GB.  My db_recovery_file_dest_size is located at 150 GB.  I can see from my

Enterprise Manager as 6 days ago from backups stored on the disk.  I understand that FRA pushes the backups and auto cleans itself.

What I don't understand is why is he alert me and also I think with the script below the amount of recoverable space would not 0.   I could increase my FRA but I think that

I'd eventually get the same question, because it does not grow on older backups until they need to free up space.  I guess I could disable the alert but then if I did not really

a question that I will not be informed.  Any ideas?

    My 6 disk 20.82 + 20.77 + 20.77 + 20.77 + 20,79 + 20.78 backup = 124.71

My flashback zone is 2.5 GB

    My archive logs is 96

  • Guest VHD Capture error

Hey all, I test a configuration AppVolumes 2.9 in Guest VHD and get a weird error when capturing. When you try to set up an appstack on a VM wrapper I get the following error: unable to mount the volume of provisioning "TestAppStack1."

  • App problem based on the Web on the process

    Hi all

    AIX 6.1

    11.2.0.3

We have a new application based on the web, put in work, by changing the old system.

We have only 100 users who can simultaneously connected, and our process of db is set to 120.

But we met often too can mistake Treaty which we met in the previous system.

It seems that the process are left behind when the disconnection of users or disconnected from the new web-based application.,.

Is it possible that I can to check which processes are orphaned? And how do I auto cleaning/kill them?

Oracle 11g has proc stored to manage this questions?

    Thank you very much

    zxy

You say you have a web-based application.  Which implies that it is a three-tier application?  If, therefore, normally, middle-tier servers maintain pools of connections.  If this is the case, you wouldn't think that a session is created each time a user connected to the application, or that a session ended whenever a user logged out of the application.  At best, the connections of killing the middle tier has opened in the connection pool would cause problems of application performance.  At worst, you cause the application being unusable.  You could certainly do things like create profiles that limit a user can have how many sessions, how long those sessions can be slowed down, etc.  But in doing so for a three-tier application would generally strongly discouraged.

With regard to the question of if you can change PROCESSES affecting dynamically...

  • Make realistic foam from a photo

    Hello

I've been taking and preparing the pictures of the parts of a client.  Most of the time things were going fine.  I use the pen for tought - but round or curved - tool items and for other items, I have a series of actions auto clean them quite well and quickly.  See, for example before and after below an object, I did.  Photos were taken with the Nikon D70:

    before.jpg

    after.jpg

I meet now really rough and its foam.  I told my wife to take pictures of them with a black background is more contrasted.  But I can't seem to find a way to get rid of the dark, so the result seems 'sparkling '.  Obviously, the right pen tool will not work because the lines here are right twoo.  Here is example of photo and I have now about 6 similar pictures, more to come.  Do not hesitate to try all you recommend to do it.  The photo below is a smaller version to limit the size of the file here:

    foam.jpg

Any suggestion is appreciated and I hope that anything you suggest is fast (i.e., easy) to do :-)

    Thank you

    Deaf guy

It depends on which version of Photoshop, you have, but if a recent version, quick selection and refine edge will have no problem with the foam sheet.

The virtual library, you have set is not like what that it is taken in charge, so that should be deleted.

Certificate errors suggest a time synchronization problem, so I would check all systems use NTP and their time is just fine.

    Thank you

  • Karma: Automatic removal of text messages

I am concidering buying Karma and is one of the major factors of dieciding the weather, you can activate the automatic removal of text messages. My current phone requires me to manually delete messages and driving me crazy. What is an option with Karma?

I do not use it, but I see that Karma has a feature that can meet your needs.

Message Center > Options > Setup > Message Setup > Auto cleaning.  The choices are None; older messages in 3 days; 5 days years; 7 days years; Keep 5 waiting; Keep pending 10; Keep 20 msgs; or "Custom".  Custom allows you to set any number between 1 and 99 messages to be saved.

    Hope that helps.

After the release of your lsvol, you have a cassette of cleaning in there, not a piece of medium.

You must insert a recordable videotape into the library, or to identify correctly this band so this isn't really a bunch of cleaning.

    Thank you

  • Cleaning LTO5 TL4000 tape

    Hello

We have a TL4000 with LTO5 readers. I need a cleaning tape and will not be able to wait until Dell can ship us. I've been watching a few bands available on another site which I will be able to get Monday and I was wondering if I need to find a universal that says LTO 5 tape cleaning, or none of them does not work (as long as they have a chip for the cleaning of counting cycles)? I don't know if it's just an outdated photo but most say only up to LTO4.

    Thank you

    Nick

    Hello Nick,

For your TL4000 you'll need is all LTO cleaning tape.  All the LTO cleaning tapes are the same & can clean any drive a LTO1 to LTO5 LTO.  So if you see one that says a LTO cleaning media then it will work in your LTO5 TL4000.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

  • Firefox not working in Win7 now it crashes at startup even after a clean install. is there a problem with Symantec?

Firefox worked on my Windows 7 desktop. One day he gave me a report of crash at startup, I went through the troubleshooting procedures suggested. I tried restarting, upgrade, uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled and cleaned the files and the registry and deleted the files module then resettled but nothing works. It keeps giving a crash report on startup. I remember that my Symantec software gave a message that FireFox has been stopped due to an attack on my system. Ever since then, it won't work and I can't seem to cross the screen to crash at startup of FireFox.

Thank you for the report crash IDs. If you open the error reports and click on the 'Modules' tab, you will see that the first on the list in each case is "FLVSrvLib.dll". This module installs with various programs of Applian Technologies including Freecorder and Replay Media Catcher.

This crash is closely related to have BOTH software Applian software of security AND Norton. As no doubt you don't want spend away from Norton, you can remove or disable the Applian software as follows:

    (1) uninstall and restart

If you have either of these programs and it is not essential, try to uninstall it then restart Windows to ensure that none of its components are running.

Firefox will start normally after that?

    (2) avoid auto-start

If you do not uninstall the program, a few others said using the msconfig program to stop execution at startup FlvSrvc.exe circumvented the problem.

    See: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/using-system-configuration

You may still need to restart to unload the software of your current Windows session.

    Success?

  • stop auto-fill on kijiji search ads

When I type 'camera' in search box on houssin.com ads it auto 'camaro' or something else, I'm not looking for. I disabled the history and clean the cache, but it's annoying that it does. Help prevent this is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

'S done it through saved form data:

You can use the following steps to delete the recorded data (form) in a drop-down list:

    1. Click on the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop-down list
    2. Select an entry in the drop-down list
    3. Press the DELETE key (on a Mac: shift + delete) to remove it.
