TMS using the Protocol H.323 E20

When will be able to use the TMS E20 added protocol H.323?  Currently, currently TMS sees only the E20 as SIP only and not the whole H.323/SIP of protests that it is at the moment.

Thank you, Patrick.

Hello Patrick

There are plans for this for awhile now, and E20 H323 support should be introduced in the next minor version of TMS.

This version will be released in a few months.

Best regards

  • How to monitor the parameters using the Protocol Modbus in LV

    Hello everyone

I have a problem with my LabVIEW project. I have to watch my monitor settings MI4100 Power using LV 8.5 and I don't really know how. I use the modbus RTU Protocol and I am able to communicate with the instrument, but I can't understand how to monitor records.

I have attached my comunication VI to see what I've done. Please help me if you can.

    Thanks in advance, Sylvia

If you work with 32-bit numbers in need of two registers, then what you already do with numbers to reach work.   Read 2 registers from 256, contact numbers, and you'll have nonexercising total power.

If you read only 1 register, then you will have a table of 1 item.  Decimate this table and joining the numbers don't make any sense.  You'd read comes directly from the registry.

What is the description of the error for 6002?

I don't see any reason why you wouldn't be able to read an address greater than 30.

  • Connectting to a modem that uses the Protocol PPPoA

That's basically the problem.  There is no PPPoA options to select and I'm not sure what I should do!

    Thank you

    Mark

OK, after losing an entire day on what I finallly got this job.  If you connect a Livebox to a router Linksys-WRVS4400N, using the Livebox as modem DSL (PPPoA) is what you need to do.

    1. find the version of the Linksys router.  Its on the router itself, mine was version 1.1

    2. update the firmware.  It's a pain to find.  The WRVS4400N is in the section of small business on the Cisco site.  You must then go to the model of router page and look very carefully through the links from the bottom.  I tried searching directly for it and seemed to have no chance.

    3. I think he should just keep resetting the router whenever you do something, but go to the Livebox configuration and change the settings of firewall to low.  The router will replace it.

    4. The Livebox is just a modem now so its probably to a value to disable the wireless network.  Then turn off the Livebox

    5. plug ethernet in the lan on the Livebox red and the other end into the Internet port on the WRVS4400N, switch on the Livebox

    6. plug WRVS4400 LAN 1 on PC.

    7. when it connected goto 192.168.1.1

8 Hope you get login and see the installation/summary page.

    9. click on Setup - WAN and ensure that his auto in DHCP

    10. it's the bit you need to know.  Click on configuration - LAN tab and change the IP 192.168.2.1.  It's the missing piece!

10.1 the setup page now is 192.168.2.1 to remember or you will fall with yourself!

11 go back in the configuration - summary, then click on renew DHCP.  You should see the address IP WAN to change and the LAN IP 192.168.2.1 read.

12 watch this world very satisfing appears on the logo of connections.

    I deserve a bloody Medal!

Thanks to Linksys UK dept for your help and all the other bitty posts, I've read through to get this working.

PS To change your pronto security settings and make sure your network attachments are behind the Linksys, not the Livebox!

  • Local images using the Protocol of cod in BrowserField

    Hello world

I try to get the BrowserField displaying local images stored in my res folder.

for example, I display a div with a background image. in the style attribute, I specify the backround image url attribute:

    Cod://ModuleName/image.PNG

Here ModuleName is simply the name of my Eclipse project.

When I run my app in the Simulator, everything is ok and the images appear fine, but when I'm debugging my application on a device (eclipse-online-online bb device debug), none of my images are displayed.

I thought it was because of the moduleName which wasn't good, but I couldn't find a way to retrieve the name of the exact module of my application to my application (like a getModuleName() method). When I use the AppDescriptor.currentAppDescriptor.getModuleName () (or something like that) I got an error.

    Thank you for your help

    Hello

Instead of using "cod://moduleName/image.png", change as shown below in the instructions.

If OS 4.7 and low version-

"data:". So if you kept the resources folder of images a structure "localresource/src/images /", then the path should be built as "data:///localresource/images/image1.png".

If OS 5.0 and higher, using the BrowserField2 API-

"local:". So if you kept the resources folder of images a structure "localresource/src/images /", then the path should be built as "local:///localresource/images/image1.png".

I would like to know if it works.

  • Unable to connect using the Protocol requested - error

I know, this new topic ;)

I'm using VMWare Workstation 8.0 and PowerCLI and since a fews days ago I can't connect to the server more - either locally or remotely. I do not use any what proxy and I tried

    Game-PowerCLIConfiguration - noproxy ProxyPolicy - confirm: $False

I suspect it has something to do with the IIS (server runs on Windows Server 2012 RC) but I can't figure out what it could be.

Maybe someone has an idea where I should look.

    Kind regards

    Peter

    Hello, Pemo12-

Welcome to the communities.  So you say you have 8 Workstation and PowerCLI installed on a computer, Windows Server 2012 RC, and RC 2012 machine running IIS, correct?

If so, Yes, I would say that there is a port conflict.  You can change the port HTTPS Workstation for VM "sharing and remote access."  Andrew talks about it in this thread of the community.  There links to the Workstation 8 documentation page for information about how to set up sharing of virtual machines and remote access.  Go through these stages (particularly, step 3).

Once you change the HTTPS port for workstation, you can use the - Port to Connect-VIServersetting.  So, if you change the HTTPS port for my computer to, say, 8443, then you can connect to the local workstation service:

    Connect-VIServer localhost -Port 8443

Just give it a shot and let us know how it works.

  • Internet speed to use the Protocol 'ac '...

How long should my internet connection be to use "ac" from my new iPad (Air 2, 128 gb)? It will be the last (official) version of iOS. My current wireless modem supports all protocols except 'ac '.

First of all you need a WiFi modem that supports 802.11ac

    Read here:

IEEE 802.11ac is a wireless network standard family 802.11 (which is marketed under the brand name Wi-Fi), developed in the process of The IEEE Standards Association ,[1] offers broadband wireless local network (WLAN) on the 5 GHz band. [1] the standard has been developed from 2011 to 2013 and approved in January 2014. [1] [2]

The specification a multi-station to at least 1 gigabit per second flow and throughput of single link of at least 500 megabits per second (500 Mbps). This is accomplished by extending the air interface concepts embraced by 802.11n: RF more bandwidth (up to 160 MHz), more spatial stream MIMO (up to eight), downlink multiuser MIMO (up to four clients) and modulation high density (up to 256-QAM). • A Web site that I use States: this agency will support is no longer using the Protocol of internet security TLS 1.0 or 1.1 - how to change this with Firefox?

I use a site that now has the following statement:

Safety notice: as part of our ongoing efforts to improve security, this agency will be no longer support the use of the internet security TLS 1.0 protocol effective August 1. In addition, we will also stop the support for the Security Protocol Internet TLS 1.1 on 1 September. This means you must update your browser to use this site. For any questions about the update, please consult your browser provider.

    How do I change this?

Unless your Firefox settings have been changed, Firefox is ready for sites that use TLS 1.2, the latest version of the SSL protocol.

For example, if you click on the Green padlock on this site, so more information, the bottom of the Panel security in the Page Info dialog box should show that the page was encrypted using TLS 1.2. I have attached a screenshot showing where to find this information.

Can you confirm that this works?

  • Conference TMS uses the wrong bandwidth with BBFRR

    Hi all

I m currently faced with the following question:

When booking a conference through TMS directly or through Outlook (with TMSXE) the bandwidth Conference when using BBFRR will be set to 1152 kbps regardless of the configured default 4096 Kbps or immersive IP broadband bandwidth in the World Conference of TMS. During a call directly to the conference expected the default bandwidth configured on the endpoint will be used. This brings me to the presumption that it has something to do with the maximum setting of IP bandwidth on each endpoint in TMS (see screenshot). You cannot change this setting because endpoint is saved to CUCM.

  • Use the command line to call EX60/C40

    Hello

I'm looking to use the command line or xml to call extensions of our EX60 and C40. I want to automate the call made by the devices. We use 9.1 CM and TC6.

In addition, if someone knows if it is possible to configure ERA/Hot Dial so when a user picks up the phone on the EX60 it automatically connect an extension? I tried through dialing SIP and ERA rule in CUCM.

    Thank you

    Kaleb

To dial the command line, you can use the command 'xcommand dial.

    xCommand Dial

Dial a number from the system. Returns information on the CallId and ConferenceId, which are necessary for some other commands.

Number: Enter the number or address.

Protocol: Select the Protocol h.323 or SIP.

CallRate: Fix a rate of call.

CallType: Select the type of audio or video call.

BookingId: any identifier that an external booking system (e.g., TMS, CTS - MAN) can use for its own references to match calls placed with the internal identifier systems of booking for a meeting. This can be any string, for example, a GUID. The reservation Id will be provided in the call connects, events of appeal etc. for the call.

    Requires the user role: USER

    Parameters:

    Number (r):
    Protocol:
    CallRate:<64..6000>
    CallType:
    BookingId:

    Example:

xCommand Dial number: 543210 Protocol: h323
    Ok
    * r DialResult (status = OK):
    CallId: 2
    ConferenceId: 1
    * end

  • When to use the AUTHORITY and when to use RTMP?

Can Hello someone explain the difference?

I use all the default values for the files of configurations (remoting and datamanagement) and my app works perfectly on the mode of development where everything is on localhost, but when we try on pre-production, it continues to launch an error message saying it could not connect to the RTMP channel. The only thing that changes between these two modes is that in development I access anything on localhost and pre-production we point to another server.

I'm totally helpless, why this is happening, I am bit confused data management using the RTMP protocol and why Remoting uses the AMF, so if someone could explain it to me that would be great.

    Thank you

There is no special reason why we use the Protocol RTMP AMF vs. Data management service also allows the authority of financial markets and Remoting also RTMP. The only real requiement is that data management service must be able to receive updates from the SDS/screens LCD server. This can be achieved using a channel that is able to receive updates from the server (for example. RTMP) or a string that can be able to query for updates on the server (that is, AMF-polling). Therefore, when using AMF with data management service, you must do the poll enabled with a polling interval.

In terms of why the work of the financial but RTMP AMF market not is that AMF channel uses AMF format via the HTTP protocol so that channel RTMP uses simple TCP socket (and not HTTP). This is why in some environments, RTMP will be blocked by the firewall but AMF will not since it's like normal HTTP traffic. In this case, you can use AMF to query instead or use RTMPT, what's new in 2.5 LCD displays.

  • How to prevent the FF loading all Web sites using the HTTPS protocol

FF is trying to load initially all Web sites using the HTTPS protocol, including of mozilla.org. Then I get the error of no reliable connection of course. Mozilla .org is the "invalid security certificate" and "the issuer of the certificate is unknown." I tried to delete the file cert8.db as suggested elsewhere but that did not help. If there is an option for this somewhere, I can't find it. I have the latest version of FF and Win7 running. Thanks for the help.

There must be some sites that are still using a secure connection, as http://www.amazon.com/. If even a link to Amazon is redirected, you can check if you have an extension like HTTPS Everywhere.

For Mozilla sites, Yes, you establish a secure connection.

But you shouldn't get certificate errors! When you get this for virtually all secure sites, the problem is usually as follows:

    (1) error of date, time, or time zone who throw checks validity of the certificates of your system. Sometimes allowing to use a timesource on the internet, the computers can introduce this problem.

    (2) not be set up to work with your security software that intercepts and filter secure connections from Firefox. Products with this feature include Avast, BitDefender, ESET, Kaspersky; AVG has a shield search function which can cause this error on search sites.

    (3) malicious software on your system for the interception of secure connections.

    So... who is?

If you have any of these specific security products, which would be the first thing to check. We might be able to help with specific next steps based on what you have if you tell us.

Alternatively, you can examine the certificate to which Firefox is opposed to see if the issuer information pointing to the culprit. Take for example my test page:

    https://jeffersonscher.com/RES/jstest.php

You should see a section "I understand the risks" in the page. If you expand this section, you will find a button Add Exception. You don't need to complete the process of adding an exception (I suggest not adding one until we know that it is not a problem of malware), but you can use the dialog box to display the information that makes Firefox suspicious.

Click Add an Exception, and then view. If the view is not enabled, try first the button get certificate. Then in the certificate Viewer, refer to the section "issued by". What do you find here, or under the hierarchy of certificates? I have attached a screenshot for comparison of screen.

  • Get 810 error message when you try to connect to the VPN using L2TP protocol

Original title: L2TP will not let me connect.

I am in Workstation 9 and in each virtual machine, I have an AD - DC (2K8R2Enterprise), CA and RRAS (2K8R2Enterprise) and my last vm is a win7 (they are all tests).  All are not updated, but the PPTP, IKEv2 work without problem.  The second server that has the CAs and RRAS is a member of the AD - DC server.  The Win7 is not on the domain and I have Win7 a client certificate.  I have ensured that the CA root of trust is in the user store and computer Trusted Root CA.  I have also ensured that the Win7 client certificate is in the user store and personal computer.  I get a 810 error message when I try to connect to the VPN using the L2TP protocol.  I have exhaustively studied this problem and I can't find a solution to this problem.  I also raise the functional level of the domain to 2K8R2.

I think this should be a simple and easy solution, but where can I find the answer?
