To return to the folder

When I'm in a msg, the folder does not appear at the top (it was) and cannot return to the folder without scrolling through all the emails in the upper part, quite tedious. It didn't used to do this - I have to scroll to the left to finally find the folder, in that I want to be.

Stop letting all open tabs after reading a message.
Make it a habit to close the tabs after reading your posts.

To get out of your current situation, right click on one of the tabs and choose close other tabs. Then use the x on the last tab to close it.

Better yet stop opening tabs to read your mail. Turn on the message pane by pressing F8 and read your mail there.

  • Find the folder of the Application on Labview

    Hello

Is it possible to dynamically find the folder 'Application' on LabVIEW?

For example, if I have windows on another language, the application folder is not the typical:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\

I already tried to use the property node "Application App.Default" but I can't use this do get a path.

That returns only the folder where VI is located, not the user of Windows 'Application Data' folder, which is a ' special '.

To get the "Application" folder you can user .NET or the Windows API. For .NET, you can use the Environment.GetFolderPath method. For the Windows API, you can use SHGetFolderPath.

  • How do you return to the main Thunderbird Linux window when it opens in a local folder?

I see no possibility to return to the main window of Thunderbird 31.1.1 under Fedora 20. I think that you do not see the account folders pane.

In, View menu | Layout and check the Folders pane.

If you do not have a menu, hold the < alt > key and then press l (lowercase L).

The folders pane shows your accounts and their records and IMHO, is essential to navigate around in Thunderbird.

  • In Hotmail by clicking on the spam folder it opens a second then returns to the Inbox

    Hello

Today, I entered my Hotmail email account to check my mails. I started to check the junk e-mail folder.  I saw see them all here, which was and then returned to my Inbox, where I removed several old emails.

Later, I went back the junk e-mail folder to take care of the content. Some I've specified not junk and responded to them. They have been moved automatically into my Inbox.

    Then began the 'fun ':

Given when I tried to return the junk e-mail folder, when I clicked on the folder name iin the list of folders, the content will appear for a second or two at a time, then he would return back automatically in my Inbox. This happened several times. I tried first to open projects and sent files (those open ok) but every time I tried to open the junk e-mail folder, the content will appear for a second or two, then it would automatically back to the previous folder...

I tried various combinations of files and also opening & closing messages, but most importantly I got this phenomemon content of junk e-mail posted for a second or two, so he could go back. Once or twice he remained in the junk e-mail folder, but I could not o identify the sequence of actions that resulted in the file remains open.

My PC is under Windows XP Home/SP3 and I use the Internet Explorer 8 browser.

It is a new phenomenon. I used this setup for a long time (except a month ago I added the DRAM - I have now 2 GB instead of 1 GB).

    Any suggestions?

  • Can I configure Thunderbird to keep in place the folder on the left bar (does not AutoScroll) when I change the tabs to another open folder?

I have a lot of folders, for the pane of folders on the left rolls. I always open my "Inbox" and "sent" tabs and sometimes one or two other files of the theme. When I move to an open folder / tab to another, the folders pane auto-défile in this folder. I see no reason that would be a good thing, but I find it boring for an operation, I do it every day.

A thread that I will record belonged to a theme folder. In general, I'd be in the Inbox folder and scroll the pane of the files to the folder of the theme. If I have an Exchange (a received message and my response) to add to this folder, I move messages one (or several) from the Inbox tab to the theme folder, and then click the sent folder tab to move messages from there to the theme folder. OOPS! The folders pane has scroll back up the sent folder. I didn't know that; I wanted to stay put in the theme folder. I have to scroll to the folder of the theme.

If you select this option to display a folder then it will display in the left pane of the folder that you selected this folder and its contents should appear in the right pane. Even if you have the contents of the folder appears in a different tab, it's always a folder you selected when you select this folder tab and then will appear in the folders pane.
Folders and the folders pane and 'E-mail Toolbar' are all in one tab.

However, I understand your situation on the scroll and the folder you need help as a movement to be out of sight.

There are some suggestions ideas, you could try to see if there is a better way to achieve what you are doing.

If you have already moved a few emails from for example: Inbox to the folder of theme, then you select the 'Sent' folder or the sent tab. The following method: you don't even need to locate the "subject" folder in the folders pane.

    • Right click on the email and choose "Move to new theme folder"

Several emails can also be moved in this way.

    • Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click on emails that you want to move, so they highlighted.
    • Right-click on the highlighted emails and choose 'Move to new theme folder'.

It is also interesting to note that you can use it "move to" and select the folder option, if the "Move again to the the topic folder" option is not available.

Open the folder "Sent" in a new tab instead.
Right click on the "sent" folder and choose "open in a new window.
then, you can select the e-mail in the newly opened window and use drag and drop to move to the original theme folder window.

It is a method I use when I move on things and do not need to see all the folders for each account. I have quite a few folders in the "Favorite" view, but he never does nearby who need the scroll bar.

There is the possibility to create folders 'Favorites '.
Right-click on the folder and select 'Favorites '.
(If you deselect a 'Favorites' folder is done the same way)
Choose the main folders, you are working on that.
    Then select the favorite view.
'View' > 'Files' > 'Favorites' OR 'Icon of the Menu' > 'Files' > 'Favorites '.

so much easier to exchange views and see a less cluttered Folders pane.

    To return to normal view:
'View' > 'Files' > 'All' GOLD 'Icon of the Menu' > 'Files' > 'All '.

How can I remove "the folder/Users/user/to/mygame doesn't exist." Terminal. Rises every time I launch Terminal. I am a novice. Thank you very much.

    1. Please select from the menu bar Terminal

    ▹ terminal preferences... ▹ Profiles ▹ Shell

If the run command box is checked, uncheck it or enter the command to run automatically (if any), each opening of a Terminal window. Note: this is not how you define a default shell.

    2. If step 1 does not resolve the problem, see below.

    Back up all data.

    Select

    New Shell command ▹

in the Terminal menu bar. Uncheck the box marked

Run the command inside a shell

    If it is enabled.

Copy and paste the following line into the text box that appears, and then press return:

    /bin/mkdir disabled_shell_files

Close the Terminal window that opens. Repeat with this line:

    /bin/mv .profile .bash_history .bash_profile .bashrc .inputrc disabled_shell_files

History Shell and former initialization files will be saved in a directory named "disabled_shell_files" at the top level of your home directory. It is normal that some of these files do not exist, and therefore, you will get error "no file".

Close the window and open a new test.

You may already know that files with name starting in '. ' are not visible in the Finder by default. So, if you open the folder that you created in the Finder, it will appear as empty, even if it is not. If you need to recover a portion of the data in the files of the shell, use a shell such as nano-based text editor (1). Make sure that you're not recreating the problem. Otherwise, you can delete the folder.

  • Search finds messages, but how do I know if the message is located in the folder?

New to TB of Eudora. I love TB.

Play with the search, both using the box in TB and Windows Search. Anyway, I get results - slightly different, but which are correct. But using both methods, when I found the message that interests me, I can't determine the TB folder in which the message is located. Is there a way to do this?

Take a look on the space consumed by the mozmsg files, and then decide if windows search is really worth. I got rid of gigabytes of these files about 80 000 of them. I thought it was more that it was worth. What surprised me, it was that disable the windows search option did not remove the files.

But to your question. When you have the returned list in front of you. In the Middle at the top, hidden from view, is the show as an option in the list. Once you have them in a list, you can click on the widget at the end of the header line and select the folder. (unfortunately it does not.)

You'll love the search with Ctrl + Shift + F as well. Those who can be saved as "virtual folders".

  • How to return to the default font on the bookmarks bar?

Last night, I increased the font size on my bookmarks bar and made "BOLD", I want to return to the default size that I forgot what I did? Duh me. Please help, thanks

You do not have the extension of theme font & size changer or elegant, so it is possible that you have accomplished this with the code in the userChrome.css file in the chrome folder in the Firefox profile folder.

The file userChrome.css (UI) customization and userContent.css (Web sites) are located in the folder of chrome in the Firefox profile folder.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder currently in use:

    • Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: see file (Linux: open the directory;) Mac: View in the Finder)
