  I understand that one or two your serial numbers is a volume license? The statement of limited WARRANTY is for volume license management. If your upgrade CS6 or your CS5.5 is a volume license product and you have downloaded an installer for a commercial version of CS6, serial numbers will be refused.

  Unfortunately I'm not an expert in the management and volume license installation, but usually download links and installation instructions are available in your LWS account.   Our office has the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 package and would like to pass this to CS6. I thought that this should be possible (he says in the FAQ).

  You are way past time to get upgrades. CS6 is now four years old. It is sold only at full price by phone (see the last paragraph in this link):

  Creative cloud now includes the features of Creative Suite Master Collection and Design Premium

  It is not a good investment. CS6 does not work on newer versions of Windows or Macintosh. It will be never update or updated.

  It would be a much better investment to get a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

  If so, open your desktop cc app and update your programs cs6.

If I pre-order this update today of my current Design Premium 5.0, the upgrade cost would be $749.00
