Toshiba AT200 screen no longer works

I bought my At200 tablet in early 2012 (April) used only for a few months when the screen broke.
Has spent more than 6 months to try to find a place where they can fix. Then sent to my brother in Hungary to fix. He sent to different locations as well as Toshiba and they sat on more than a year, to say that no, they can't fix it.
Finally, we found a company they could remedy a month ago. Now it has arrived.
I used only for 4 days and the screen stopped working. I am able to make market and can turn the screen because the tablet itself works. I also have lines horizontally sometimes even if it is put on and instead of the loading image (blue and green lines bubbles) I tried to reset to its factory twice settings. Just doesn't work.
I did write to Toshiba well no reply until now. I also thought to extend the warranty. 3 years for 48 pounds, but the description says - valid for 3 years from the date of purchase of your Toshiba product - so it lasts only until April next year? If I buy it will be they solve this problem for me free of charge? I've already spent a lot on it.
I am so desperate and disappointed now. that he is angry. bought but can not use it at all.

Sorry to hear you have such problems. I'm really happy that I n t have such problems with my Toshiba excited Pro.
In which country did you buy your Tablet? Sorry to ask this, but I put t understand this with the Hungary.

I mean the best option is to contact the Toshiba service provider in the country of purchase and try to clarify any technical problems and pick up all the information on the guarantee it.

    I don't have any idea what system you have installed, but if the laptop was equipped with touch screen, additional drivers for touchscreen are not necessary.
    If touch screen is working properly, the Windows (Win 8.1) should detect it automatically.

    What Satellite S50t-B-ooo do you excatly?
    From my point of few, the laptop must be set to settings factory just to check if its really a software related issue... so I wonder why you do not use HARD drive recovery or recovery media to restore the laptop to factory settings?

    The fingertouch can be disabled.
    Go to the control panel? Pen & touch

    in the Pen and Touch Settings window, click on the contact tab
    Check or uncheck the checkbox next to your finger as input device
    Click on apply and then OK

    Remove the old VAP, restart the computer and then install the new VAP.

    Go to the control panel (Windows key + X-> Control Panel)-> Tablet PC setting.
    The first display tab contains options such as configure screen stylus and touchscreen.

    A few days ago, I noticed that my laptop would go is no longer in any mode of power options, then I started to get Flash on the screen until the screen is empty. I have to press the power button to turn it back on again but the problem persists.

    For me, this looks like FL inverter question.
    It s a game controlling the backlight of the display.
    Recommend to ask a technician for laptop to check this small part and replace if its really defective.

    I tried to find the same problem but impossible.

    I had to reinstall Windows Vista after mistakes with programs (recovery was useless so install fress was necessary) and everything worked fine. I downloaded all the drivers and updates section of drivers Toshiba, I installed the ATI graphics driver, then update the BIOS.
    While the closed laptop, now when I turn it on, the fan on the works of graphics card, battery, power and load turns on but the screen remains off (not illuminated).     To me, it sounds like the update of the BIOS's not on your laptop. If the BIOS update fails more often than computer start doesn t more you can see anything on the screen but you can hear the fan, etc.

    In any case, you can try this workaround: remove the battery and the AC adapter. Wait an hour and then reconnect the two devices. Now try to start Notepad and hope this works ;)

    If it doesn't work, you should contact the nearest authorized service provider. Technicians can try to reflash the ROM module

    You have the screen reader mode.

    Touch the button to power on three times quickly to turn it off.

    You should hear "screen reader turned off.

    Then, go to settings > accessibility > screen reader and disable competely.
