  SP2 provides some patches on the USB feature.

  The message of PXE boot that you receive when you start your computer has nothing to do with your CD/DVD-Rom drive. Your computer uses a PXE boot method to attempt to load Windows from a location on your network. Since you do not have this configuration, it is safe to ignore it. If it slows down the startup time of your system, contact your manufacturer and ask them for instructions on how to "disable PXE Network Boot of the BIOS.

  As in the topic I have a problem with my sound card - it simply does not work under Win Xp (under Vista everything worked).

  In Device Manager I have two 'points of inquiry:
  -Controller\ PCI memory
  -Unknown device
  I assumed that the unknown device is my sound card, but still can't make it work :/

  No sound after installing XP operating system. What to say man I searched here in the forum similar threads and it seems that it is a common problem.

  But you worry about don t; I think that I found the key ;)
  After installing win XP, you must update the latter State. Install all the patches and hotfixes provided by Microsoft. You must use the website to update Ms. The tool on this page checks the system and selects all necessary updates!

  Very important are the patches; KB888111 and KB835221
  These hotfixes must be installed before installing the sound card driver.

  The Realtek sound card driver can be downloaded from Toshiba or on the official website of Relatek page.

  By the way; It is very important to install drivers in the correct order. On the Toshiba page, you will find the installation instructions. So please follow the guidelines mentioned in this doc.

  There must be some problem with contact. I recommend to unlock touchpad wire, put it back in place and simply lock again.

  First of all, I must say that the Satellite M200 cannot be a European model for Toshiba laptop.
  I didn t find any Toshiba XP drivers on the European driver from Toshiba website.

• Duo 13 Touchpad does not work after the reactivation of hibernation

  In my 13 Duo running Windows 8.1, when I put on after his hibernation because of the battery, the Synaptics driver stops working and pilot generic Microsoft hid resumes (erratic behavior).   Hi, I have a hp envy sleekbook m6 model. in any case since I installed windows 8.1 cool my touchpad works until a point. Ill install the driver and it works fine until I have shut down the laptop computer, then restart. IM pretty sure that the driver is updated automatically and does not properly.   Since you are able to use your TouchPad before restarting your computer, I recommend that you follow this document on How to perform a boot in Windows. This should help

  If the problem persists, I suggest to restore your system to a restore point when you first install the drivers for your TouchPad. To do this, please follow this document on using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8).

  Once you have restored your system to when the pilots first TouchPad installation, please follow this resource on how to activate the update or disable automatic so only with the help of HP Support Assistant (Windows 8). This should help to disable automatic updates and check to see what firmware to download individually. Please install each update individually, taking note of update causes incompatibility of software with your TouchPad.

  You can try using Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 7) to restore the original drivers, or you can try to install the Windows 7 drivers.

  Here is the Windows 7 drivers for the Software HP MediaSmart Live TV and the TV Tuner driver, they should both be installed.

  First if all would be very useful to know which model of laptop you have.
  Second, you could find the driver of his right on the page of Toshiba and so you n t need to test several audio drivers! The one on the Toshiba driver site works for sure.
