As the title says I have problems with my CC.

I use it at work and at home for some time, it works perfectly since I got it, but somewhere around 2014 update stopped working at home. I really have no idea what is past and the person who tried to support me via chat was really no help at all, and I'd rather not do it by phone.

I pay for a product that does not work as it should for the moment - I hope to get qualified help this time, thank you!

I had the same problem. Do these steps solved the problem:

  • Delete the AAMupdater file from

~/Library/application support/Adobe /.

  • Rename the opm.db file under

~/Library/application support/Adobe/OOBE

And then reinstall the CC application.

    I created a page with 5 field lookup with three buttons and text.

    The features are:

    1. as the page loads I call Web Service to set the values in the fields.
    2. when the user is entering new values or changed the old values and click on the 'save' button, new web service is called for that store values.

    Problem is when changing the value of choice of message. For the choice of the message that I created a VO lookup_code and sense.

    When I click on 'save' button it shows me error

    Well, you use certain methods (like setattributevalue, setrendered etc.) in processformrequest that goes against the standards. You must use SPEL approach wherever possible.

    You can hide the exception of developer mode. See thread Re: OAF: masking errors and Exceptions at the top of page OFA for details, but keep in mind that these errors may be valid in some cases.

    The EBS version: 12.1.1 on windows 2008 server.

    I'm calling pl/sqls via the ISG (process_item, process_eco...). If a call fails due to wrong input parameters, it returns an 'E' to me according to the Statute, a count of the number of error messages were collected, but no message itself? Is there an extra function call to get the error messages? I found FND_MESSAGE-GET but it does not return me anything!

    Now over 8 days just to get a password reset.

    It seems that we have been lost in the maze and I fear that the same thing happened again.

    I called a regular support line 800-833-6687 - I got a recorded message that said that, due to higher than expected calls, I had to call back later. The lame excuse was on a new product that was released... Acrobat I think... what causes something higher that the normal volume of calls, he had nothing what so ever to do with Dream Weaver. In addition, I spent some time in it management and at any time that we did a new install of everything that we had made special provision (we called it "red hat") to support all others that we would need to provide. It's just completely sloppy on the part of Adobe it shows a lack of experience in the care and management of software distribution.


    Given that the issue we are dealing with directly relates to the installation of the product on a new machine, I called support facility # their web page 206-675-6500 - it wasn't free, but I use Vonage, so the call is included in my package. the first guy couldn't find the ticket, they are transmitted

    second guy had a little trouble with English and could not find that anything that is transferred me.

    Third person said that she did not at all the notes on the ticket. I said who has the same status from last week and asked what I had to do to get people to look at and work on it. She said she supports one product other than Dream Weaver and that I would need to call customer service, I told him that the customer service is where I started and that I had been transferred twice for her, she said 'really' I said ' Yes, so what I have to do, or who can I call to get this started?

    It was the last that I heard of her... until I got a busy fast sound in my ear. What's happening in the world! I just me am hung up! I had not yet begun to get disrespectful, or annoyed-sounding or anything like that!

    I have IM had Becca and told her that the customer service was the worst I had experienced.

    Then wrote, at the same time, apparently the woman that I had been disconnected, called becca on his cell and he let know that it was not any information in his post at all. Only Adobe didn't even know what it was.

    Becca asked a call because the woman said she had to speak to his manager. And that's where we are now.

    Becca also added me to his account and asked me to be the person who received the reminder. As long as I can verify his information, I should be able to help with this.

    I received a call from Ashley that I had been disconnected. She went on everything that had happened since we have been disconnected. She explained that her supervisor had been made aware of the problem but that it was at a meeting at the present time, however, that if we had no problem getting what he (Eric) would help us solve.

    She then placed a call to the Customer Service Department to see if they could help, or at least why password reset had been transferred to his Department of Technical Support I've been waiting for a while.

    She got Becca CSR on the line, Becca was able to find the old account, but not the order, she could finally see that the product had been registered, but then he said it seems to be a database error where the order page could not be found. She says that even if reset us the password for the old account, when Becca arrived in this account it would still be unable to access the digital software.

    She had two suggestions, one wants to merge the new account that Becca had created to get this ball rolling in the first place, with the old account associated with the email addy xmission. The hope was that during the process of the merger would be fixed issues and Becca would have access to the software through its new account.

    The second option would be to send CDs which were software, free of charge.

    I mentioned that if it the right political, it might be simpler just to allow the digital download on the new account, but Becca CSR said that there was really no way to create an order like this without accepting a payment, it was just how he system has been implemented.

    Then she wrote her notes in a new post and set the closed state. (I guess that she was going to return to open, once we all decided which option was the best... After talking to Eric). the ticket was 200078387 (the last # couldn't have 7... maybe 6...)

    After that Becca CSR out the phone, then Ashley told me she thought that Eric would be able to do the account merge and that would probably be the quickest way to go.

    I proposed to send the history of this issue to an email address if they wanted to watch over it, and she thanked and said that might be very useful to Eric. He'd call me to get this info. If he needed her.

    I checked my cell phone call log, call was 30 minutes and 53 seconds.

    If she was a mess get here, now that Ashley helps a little, I feel really like she took possession of the issue. I feel like she's on my side and working hard to get this matter resolved. It's a good thing.

    It is now late in the afternoon of the same day, several hours have passed, and no calls were received by Becca, or myself. I'll post my experience here, so I can easily reference when I speak then with Adobe.

    The question relatively minor to reset the user password is still pending... spends 8 days now.

    Update:

    Becca told me that Saturday (Saturday! wow, nice,) she received a call from Dream Weaver. After looking at the issues, they decided to call it "broken" and fix it by sending a hard copy of the media.

    Thus, she will just have to use a new account if she wants to buy software digitally. (not much), and it will now be the drives as back ups. We'll just chalk it up to a "a fatality of the macromedia merger" like Becca put it.

    So problem solved. It just took a little long is everything. 10 days, I will say however that everyone that I spoke with was very professional, seemed to care and overall left me the impression that Adobe highers Top Notch people who are well trained.

    This was just one that was unique, and in these cases, when there is no way together to the resolution, delays may occur.

  • Not honor the warranty / the TERRIBLE customer service

    I'm so frustrated with HP "customer service." I will never buy an HP product again, due to their service horrible customer and the fact that HP is not to honor their guarantees or they make it extremely difficult to do.

    I have a HP Pavilion 14-c015dx chromebook who has a defective touchpad and no HP helps me. (Intermittently, my touchpad doesn't work. The cursor/pointer begins to shake/vibrate making it almost impossible to click on what is expected and the scrolling feature freezes. In addition, a powerwash has not solved the problem.) I started calling a few weeks previously, while still under the one year warranty. HP told me that my chromebook was out of warranty. It was not the case. They had an incorrect purchase date. They told me to scan and send a proof of purchase. I did twice, to two different and two e-mail addresses. I was told my chromebook could be repaired and wait for that box to ship it in in. I have an order number BFBB4515, but I got nothing. According to the status of the command line, it is said, awaiting customer action.  We was told by one of the several people that I spoke he would personally that my problem would be solved, but refused to give me his full name. Now when I answer emails before, I had the customer service, I receive replies automated indicating my chromebook is longer under warranty and I can't get email support. I just called customer service, and he said that I still need to send my receipt as proof of purchase. SERIOUSLY? HP, you are doing terrible business by making it so difficult for people to get their problems fixed. And shame on you for not honor your warranty.

    Hello, my name is Patrick Absher, a loyal customer of Motorola for many year. When I say loyal, I'm the guy who's always telling my friends, family and colleagues how are my products from Motorola. Pagers to the bottom when, and now cell phones, almost everyone I bought and most of those that I was never delivered by the employer were Motorola.After this last week, I can't be your loyal customer. I am an AT & T cellular customer and it's time for me to renew my contract and ordering a new phone. My Motorola atrix 2 was great, but it is dated and my battery life became awful. I was planning on ordering a 32 gb, black front, back walnut, green focus, moto x, just had to wait for the time to renew my phone contract. Thursday, 06/06/14, I tried to place an order through your Web site and pay with my credit card. When I entered my address for delivery, he told me that the address is not available. you see, currently I do not have at home, and I need the phone delivered to where I went down. your website would not accept the address associated with my account AT & T. I contacted your assistance customer service, they tried to tell me it's the browser that I used (something to do with cookies). I tried to use a browser they suggest and had the same problem. I asked what she would only address on my AT & T account, but they did not know. They suggest AT & T store or Best Buy and buy the card motomaker and told me I have should not have any problems with it. So, after a 1 hour round trip at best buy, I then tried to order the phone using the code of redemption on the map. your Web site launched my order out, telling me that since I bought the code, the supported version wood was not available. Yet once again, I called customer service, they told me to go back to the card at best buy. I did another 1 hour trip to best buy and return to nothing will do. they can't refund my purchase because the code on the back of the card was revealed. the Manager of the best buy called your customer support to try to sort out, but it ended with a rude employ insensitive of you on the phone. at this point, if best buy could give me a refund, I would gladly have bought a HTC One. Since then, I contacted your service the customer several times and all I get is a run around. They tell me to order the phone anyway (not like I want it), then back on the phone, then get a refund, then order the phone I want. I told them that it was unacceptable, I want everything just pay the extra $25 for the wood back and get my phone. They stop for me they do escalate the issue and come up with a solution. I have not yet been given a clear answer on the address issue.some to your representatives said that they could change the address after I place the order, some of them told me that they cannot. What sense does it make to you on custom order a phone, but to be told you can't order it as you wish, and you can not ship to the address I need it shipped in the. On four different occasions, your representatives told me that they are emailing me a promo code free accessories to compensate for all my troubles. I have yet to see any of these emails. Once a representative told me that they would call me at 14:00 the next day, when they had to work. I informed them that I work at night and would be asleep right now, call me before 10:00 when I went to bed, or after 19:00 when I wake. They ignored it, called and woke me up at 14:24. If you know something to work at night and sleep during the day, you will know that back sleeping is virtually impossible. That evening, I had to go to work on about 3 hours of sleep, in a production facility handling dangerous and flammable chemicals. I have to say that your customer service is pretty bad customer service. Starting from 14/06/14, I had an AT & T customer service manager call your company. they got a manager in the team of motomaker to say that they would increase this to your advocacy group, to see if they could help. He then told me not to call them more, they call me on Monday. Given their history up to now, I doubt I'll get a call back. The return only call I received was one that woke me in the middle of the day. As it is right now, I'm on the price of this machine card on a motorcycle, $109.99, $15 in gas for trips to best buy and all my free time this week. I have no new phone, do not have to order and do not know if we could get delivered to me if I don't get to her. I received the case number is 140607-006435.     At first glance, it seems that there is some confusion in your challenges with your attempt original you place your order. Because of the security if you buy a device of upgrade we adhere to the shipping data on file with your service provider.   • DELL CUSTOMER SERVICE DECLINED TO SET VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE

    I called customer service to ask questions on potentially to replace my laptop (new) due to recurring BSOD due to errors such as 'video_tdr_error' and 'video_scheduler_internal_error '. I have tried all possible troubleshooting technical or fix suggested and they all failed. I called Dell customer support number, and after talking with several technicians from several ministries, subsequently has been rerouted to French software. After activation of the remote control of my laptop, Alphonse (my touch software support) ran some scans, discovered the problem (a problem related to ngdms64.sys) and then told me that she could not fix the problem, unless I bought a "warranty hardware and software" which would be the last three years and six months and would cost me $347,00. If anyone else has experienced this? I can't find any evidence of a software warranty option in the Dell website or their warranty policy. Why? What is going on?

    You may need to reinstall the Intel graphics driver. You do not include the exact phone model or version of Windows, but you can find the video drivers by choosing your model right here and the version of Windows on the next screen.

  • For the purchase of key JDE poor customer service

    I wanted to share my story to see if I'm alone or not. On December 29 I tried to buy JDE code signing key. I filled the form and made sure everything was OK, and that I have provided a valid/active credit card. For some reason any when I sent the form, he says he was diminished, but the accusation has been approved by my credit card. I called customer service RIM and they opened a ticket. I sent them a copy of my statement online showing the approved authorization.

    The case was referred to a group called the masters of the customer team.

    A few days later, I called again to check the status and told me nobody had picked yet, so they raised the priority. A few days, no progress and a few strokes later, my ticket sat down with highest priority and 2nd highest severity. Finally, I was contacted by a person named Pauline in the operations of the account. Friday, I gave up and re - submit the form by using other card credit (per their request to provide new credit card information). I immediately informed by e-mail that I had done Pauline.

    I think it's ridiculous that this was such a hassle. The original transaction was approved, has not declined, but has never been published. Even after the publication of new and also valid credit card information, I always received no contact or something to say if my keys were going to be released.

    I wait up to 14 days for something that should never have been a problem in the first place.

    What should I do to get my keys?

  • Apps not to open, first block, horrible customer service!

    I've recently updated to the latest version of creative suite applications first (15.3) is not open most of the time, when he does, it locks. I tried to restart the computer, and it will not be closed because the first is always open. I have to force a stop down. After that the effect does not open, or position.
