  You need to install 8 AA on the new OS with your current S/N (the license allows 2 installs). After the installation, do all the updates if you expect any chance of 8 AA to run on the system.   It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  You should not disable since you are allowed to have two active facilities.  But if you don't want to have a backup available facility, and then to turn it off, just to open one of the applications and choose disable in the Help menu.  That will disable the suite together.

  To install on the new machine, simply install it yourself you did initially.  If you downloaded it initially then you'd find a link for it to yoru online Adobe account.  Otherwise, you will find a link to the next page:
