  I have a CP1025nw running wireless on our network. This printer supports printing double-sided pages recharge.

  Were two-sided printing with an air of Macbook OSX Lion V 10.7.5 running successfully. Recently bought a new Macbook pro of the retina, running OSX Yosemite V 10.10.4. He immediately picked up the printer and installed a driver which works very well but no double not back print.   When checked the specification for this printer looks like it has manual Duplex via the software where you select, and then you manually turn the paper to print the second side. This is the option that you can reference to the which is grayed out.

  How is the printer connected... USB/network.

  Given the operating system automatically selected the driver, it could be the default AirPrint driver.

  Click the link and download the driver for printer HP V3.1.

  Now go to System Preferences > printers and Scanners > right click on printer and click Reset the Printing System(Note: This will delete all the printers under the printers and scanners, Do not perform at this point if multiple printers installed)

  If Reset Printing system is ignored then forts of the printer and click on the symbol (-) to delete the printer.

  Adding the printer:

  Click the plus (+) symbol, select Add printers and Scanners

  On the Windows Add strong printer from the printer

  Down in the section USE click on move to the bottom and select the printer Name (CP1025).

  Click Add

  Now, check if the manual duplex option is enabled.

  Quite a few questions, send, but I will do what I can to answer them.

  I recommend first to buy a router, even if it's one you won't connect to internet and it network with others your PC and printer. This will give you the best features and the results of what you're trying to do.

  I found a solution for this that works for me. For Windows 7, it's should be similar on Vista or XP. 1. on the start menu, select devices and printers. 2. right click on the printer, and then select printer properties. 3. click on tab Ports 4. UNCHECK enable bidirectional support. 5. click on OK Please let me know if it works for you. (or not!)

• CP1025nw Installer hangs after firmware update

  Downloaded and executed recommended for printer CP1025nw. appeared to be upgraded but stopped wireless update. I downloaded and ran the latest version of the software and drivers Setup, but it crashed right after installing the drivers. Printer working via USB (but accidents of system tray), and I wasn't able to restore wireless connectivity. I went back on the original and tried install disc, but it crashes during installation after installing the drivers. I tried to re - run the program to install firmware, and points out that the firmware is up to date. Is it possible to clean this problem or to restore an earlier version of the firmware?

  My printer model is that Laser Jet CP1025nw unable to print after upgrated from window 8-10. I tried to download the driver from HP Web site, unfornately, it shows driver is not available.

  In this case, I'll be back window 8 or you will soon have the updated software.

  Rrolley, looks like you have a problem with the print queue of the printer. To start, just to tell you (that you probably think) it is not good to switch off while he's getting a print request.   I have a new HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw color printer, an iMAC running OS 10.8, an iPad and iPhone.

  I configured the printer very well via USB port of the iMAC.  I can print from the computer, but I can't leave my iDevices.  I understand that I can no longer use the CD that came with the printer, or the last download of HP to set up the wireless or install the new firmware because I get the "install HP' can not open because he...» "error.  So I have three questions 1. How can I configure the wireless on the HP printer using my iMac running 10.8, 2. How can I activate Apple's AirPrint and 3. How to install the latest firmware (ver. 20120130) in my printer using MAC OS 10.8.  Your help would be great.

  None of the options I found in HP forums allowed me to configure my printer wireless using MAC OS 10.8. I've been by the dint of borrow a laptop running windows 7.  I plugged in the wireless, used the disk supplied with the printer to install on the network, downloaded the upgrade of farm and installed it. All my apple and iDevices computers see the printer. It works like a charm.

  Sorry, had the wrong impression that you use a connection network caused the question sympthoms.

  Please make sure that the printer, USB is directly connected to your Mac and no more than 2 - 3 m long without using a USB hub or extension. It can cause serious communication problems. Please also plug the USB key into a different USB port on your Mac.

  If you have an iMac, also be sure to plug the USB key into a port on the back of the printer and not on the keyboard (like the keyboard ports are not powered and actually provide the same power as the use of a hub)

  On the Mac, click the Apple menu.

  While holding the ALT key, click System Profiler from the menu.

  In the left pane, click USB

  You see the printer listed in the right pane?

  If the printer is not listed under USB, this means that the unable to communicate with him without any problem of Mac software, so I would recomment USB cable it to try another.

  I get a 'Fixer' error when I print on my printer Laserjet CP1025nw.  I have powerd extinguish by instructions and left HP it goes off and unplugged during the minutes 25 + recommended, but nothing works.  There is a triangle with one! the control panel and I'm sure that has to go.

  I found the solution on another forum HP.  The guy said to replace the black toner cartridge and it worked!  He said that it had removed all the toner cartridges and put them back in, but no luck.  Changing the black cartridge has worked for me and him!  My printer is less than a year and I have probably put 2 reams of paper through it, so I'm happy that it worked!

  I am trying to replace the print on my HP LaserJet CP1025nw cartridges.  I did several times.  But this time, I can not cartridges suitable for turning in place.  I press any button to specify which cartridge I want to replace, only yellow appears!  I tried switching the printer on and out on, and that did not help.  I really need to replace black, but cannot figure out how.  Any ideas?

  I see that you have problems with the carousel doesn't turn only not to be able to change the black toner. I would like to help you today.

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (do not use a hub or a surge protector) This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  You can manually move the carousel, by releasing the locking mechanism. Use something to push it.  Manually, back off the carousel, do not touch the toner however. I have also provided a picture where there are in fact two areas to leave, they are circled in red. The left side is easier to move.

  Cannot remove the ink cartridges.

  

  If the problem persists, I would like to do a hard reset.
  Let the printer and disconnect the printer cable and the wall socket for 60 seconds.
  Reconnect the power cable to the output of the printer and the wall, and not a surge protector.
  This ensures that the printer is full on and can help this situation.

  I understand that you use a color printer HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw with a Mac OS X 10.11.4 El Capitan computer and you can not print on envelopes #10 because you get an "Out of Paper" error message I would like to help with that.

  You want to make sure that you're using the envelopes recommended for laser printers only and that the envelopes are loaded correctly. The printer may not recognize the media which are not intended to be used with it. Here is a support document covering guidelines for loading and printing on envelopes - loading paper and envelopes for the HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw color printer.

  Here is the document of support for seeing the message "Out of Paper" when there is paper or envelopes in tray - "on paper" Error Message is displayed and the printer is not Pick Up or paper source.

  Then I would like to reinstall the driver of HP with Apple Software Update. Here is a support document which can serve as a reference if necessary - install a printer Mac driver by using Apple Software Update.

• Color LaserJet CP1025nw: new PC Windows 10, said CP1025nw is Offline after find and install it.

  My CP1025nw is on my wired network Ethernet. My new desktop to Winows 10 PC finds it and it installs, watch even correct for this IP address in the info page of HP. But it will not print to it. Says it is Offline, tells me to turn it on. But if it is not enabled, how my PC find it and get his IP address? I can even ping by using Windows PowerShell.

  My other PC on the network print to it. This PC also running Windows 10, as an update to 8.1

  I tried to remove and re-add several times. Have rebooted several times, turned the printer on and off many times.

  BTW, I do not use the direct wireless functionality for this printer. It's all pure Ethernet/TCP-IP, Wired.

  It looks like a bug in the driver. How can I get a driver that works well, like my other 10 PC of Windows? I use all the HP tools that I can find. They say that there is no update pending for this driver.

So I have provided a document to set up the printer on the wireless network since there is no complete HP software to set up the wireless: Setup the printer to a wired or a wireless network for the HP LaserJet Pro CP1025nw color printer.
