  You received an error code? If so, what is it? What version of NOR-DAQmx driver you have installed? It seems your driver potentially incorrectly installed, and you may need to reinstall the driver.

• Windows Server only transmit data at 1 mb/s

  Something weird started on Wednesday of last week. Backups over the network has slowed down and a program that requires that the server has slown to a crawl. I have checked the router of the company, other servers, switches, etc. and have drilled towards the bottom on the server only transmit data at 1 mb/s. It can receive at its height up to 100 MB/s. I'm puzzled. Thoughts?

• Not able to copy the data on USB in WIndows 7 even with administrative rights

  I use Windows 7 64 bit and have administrator rights, I can copy data from USB but system is not allowing me to copy the data on USB. This has happened with me also, but since I change my laptop, this problem has been resolved.

  It happened suddenly, earlier, I managed to copy the data to USB abd take backup of my system, but now it is not possible. Please notify.

• USB 3.0 loads but does not transmit data

  Model: Y510p with Windows 7

  Both my USB 3.0 ports in load of the devices, but windows will not recognize them (so I can't do a backup).

  I tried to remove and reinstall the USB drivers but the computer still does not recognize a connected device. Even tried to search the hardware changes.

  Normally I would restore Windows but can not because I have not saved with no USB.

  Any advice would be great,

  try a system restore and see if that helps and if not look for the chipset drivers

• HP Pavilion X 2: HP Pavilion XP cannot read data from USB DVDs

  We bought a HP 10-ND200ND (HP pavilion X 2) in the Mediamarkt and tried to install Microsoft Office from a DVD via a DVD USB Samsung player.  This was not possible. According to Support Mediamarkt this product is a Tablet and so cannot read data DVD´s. Only General to play music. To buy a laptop computer for this application. The operating system is Windows 10 (32 bit). Is that correct. Please advice.

  Hi Banhien, the cause is known. I have seen other comments on the HP forum and concluded that the reader needs more power than is available through the USB connector of. I added a hub that can provide power to its connectors USB, HP X 2, by car and the problem has been resolved! It was noted that the mini USB is also more powerful and with the type of adapter USB USB C it might also work, but I did not test this, because I do not have such an adapter. It's odd that such a mini can provide more power. It is surprising that the HP Pavilion X 2 does not have a powerful USB. But the problem is solved. Thanks for your response! Best regards, wiely

• Interruption USB Raw: flow of data between USB Raw Device and Labview!

  I do the USB communication between device (Microcontroller) Labview and USB RAW. I did all the things like the raw driver OR USB and I am able to get the 8 bytes using getusbinterrupt.vi, but my application requires continuous data transfer between pc and microcontroller, inorder to achieve that I put continuous loop in the microcontroller, so it transfers the data of continuos on pc, (in this case e.g.0 to 255 and again from 0 to 255 and so on.) , but I'm not able to get increment of 1 as written in my program, instead of that I'm getting increment of 5 to 10... is it because Microcintroller is very fast as my pc? If so how can I get continuous data without breaks...

  I enclose... graphic instant with output vi this jump of the variable data... I run my vi continuously on mode...

  Like, I would also like to write to the device with labview, can you also suggest for this also? I read messages like:

  Run a quick code continuous mode is completely unnecessary.

  In your code you continiousely who and unregster events, it takes a while, maybe the following will help to improve the code:

• Simultaneous to the AO and HAVE with the acquisition of data NOR USB 6001/MATLAB Toolbox

  I am very new to data acquisition and bought a NI USB 6001 to start to learn. Because I can get free MATLAB through my University, I use Matlab data acquisition Toolkit as the data acquisition software.

  My problem is that I get the following error message when I try to generate an AO (an LED voltage) signal and measure a signal I (voltage of a battery of 9V) simultaneously.

  Hardware does not support the specified connection. Check the user manual of the device for the valid device routes and pinout.

  However to measure IA or by generating the AO each by themselves works perfectly well.

  Note that adding the channels HAVE and AO at the session also works, however I get the error mentioned at the start of the session. This is a limitation of my data acquisition hardware (I don't see something like that mentioned in the manual) or do I have to modify the script?

  The pins connected for the LED are AO0 (+) and AO GND (-).

  The pins connected to the battery are AI0 (+) and (-) AI4. (The problem is still there if I use the reference to the ground for AI)

  6001 cannot make simultaneous tasks.  Very standard limitation of the low-end hardware... just don't have on board computing resources to handle such things.  Even the 621 x boards have only limited multitasking abilities.

  Can intensify to a high range data acquisition ($$$) or buy a 2nd a low end and synchronize tasks in software (not as precise calendar).  I've done two approaches, one is "best" really depends on demand... If low-cost or high-performance is a priority.

  Yes. The 6251 has two outputs analog and 16 analog inputs. Open finder example and looking for examples of both. Under input and output hardware > DAQmx > Syncronization > multifunctional, it is an example of analog inputs/outputs synched.

  After a long, frustrating period of USB problems and having all your suggestions and a lot of myself, I think I found the solution for the problem with a utility from the manufacturer of the motherboard.
  Gigabyte provides a set of utilities with their mobo installation cd. Included is a display of system utility, cpu temperatures. When I got it running in the background, he seems to have caused the problems I described with Kingston data traveler. Check with the activation of the utility (GWUM) and by inserting the traveler data, causing two of them to hang on. Disabling the GWUM and inserting the data traveler = no problem!

• BSoD while trying dragging or backup and deletion of data on USB

  I have a powerspec i5 - 2500 k PC 64 bit, Windows 7 Professional running with 8 GB of ram.  I've been relatively lucky because I have never had any problems with it for the past 3 years.  Recently, I bought a drive hard usb external 2 TB of Seagate to backup my data.  Whenever I run a back up using windows backup & restore utility it will work for awhile, get close to 20%, then blue screen.  The last time I tried that I walked into the room to find the screen completely black and unresponsive.  Naturally, I browsed the net and found several Advisor forums who have similar problems to turn off System Restore and try again back to the top.  I tried or no this result.  I get the same result when I try to drag and drop data from my hard drive to my external hard drive.  More information on this particular issue are strangely hard to find.  Everyone would be aware of a possible solution or at least a diagnosis of this problem?

  It works in Mode safe is a good indication that the problem is with something that loads at startup.

  I would say to uninstall Daemon Tools as the dtsoftbus01.sys (Daemon Tools driver) can be problematic.

  Then configure the computer for "clean boot":

• Data transfer USB Time Out with large or multiple files at once

  I have a ton of problems with the USB data transfer.  I'm unable to transfer large files or many files at a time.  The external hard drive or flash drive will expire and eventually the pc will 'lose' and will not be able to locate the files I'm trying to transfer.  In addition, I'm not able to sync my new iPad, and I guess that it is caused by the same problem.  The strange thing is, I'm able to use my printer via USB with no problems.

  think it would be extremely rare. The system has other problems, where the power could
  be a problem?

  Try disabling the USB in the BIOS and use a USB card that is not expensive.
