Tried to open application and it opens
When I double click on the application icon appears as if it opens, then disappears showing me "error 16". How can I go about fixing this problem?

I am able to open Firefox. My modules worked (ABP, Flashblock, ABP Element Hiding Helper, IETAB2, Downthemall, Greasemonkey, extension of 4chan) had no problem. Firefox is defined and has been fixed for the past two years as my default browser.
But since about 10 or so, maybe Firefox before, if I opened a session of Firefox and any other application attempts to open a session in a new window, I get the Firefox is already running but not responding do not error. »
I tried to follow the advice of already posted troubleshooting (glance to parent.lock files left [no date], several sessionstore.js [no date] files, create a new user profile, has tried to erase the 'read only' permission in windows 7, but as soon as it is cleared, only read permission back.)
As a last resort, I deleted the Firefox folder, the directory %APPDATA%/Mozilla in its entirety and then used CCleaner to remove all references to Firefox in the windows registry, and then made a complete re - install, without extensions installed right now.
I checked the preferences and have the option "open new windows in a new tab" checked. The problem persists without worrying if this option is checked or not. This problem persists in or out of safe mode, even with the new facility.
Test case:

Firefox is selected as the default browser for windows 7Case 1: Log in to firefox. Use any other program that is trying to open a link to their Web site in a new window browser or the new browser session. "Firefox is already running" error
Case 2: Open a firefox session. Right click on Firefox in the taskbar. Select 'open in new window '. "Firefox is already running" error
Case 3: Open a session of firefox. Select the Firefox Menu > new tab > new window. In fact, a new window opens.
This is the only method of opening a new window in the same browser session or profile that actually works on my system. Attempting to open a browser session from the task bar "open new window dialog" or opening a new window while a current window/session is running will not open firefox in a new window or a new tab in the current session. The "Firefox is already running, but is not responding" error will occur every time.
Make sure that you do not start Firefox with the - No.-remote switch or have defined the MOZ_NO_REMOTE = 1 environment variable (Control Panel > system > advanced > environment variables).

I tried to open Lightroom and this message keeps popping up. I restarted and shut down completely my computer and that did not work. I uninstalled Lightroom and re installed several times and that has not worked. And I went in my task manager and closed all applications and that has not worked. I don't know what else to do. Help, please.
Using Windows Explorer, go to the folder containing the catalog, it is usually inside the images folder.
Delete the file that ends with the extension .lock. Do not remove anything else, now launch Lightoom.

1. are you trying to open the file using open with and choose Winzip?
2. have you already download the file using Internet Explorer?
3. what version of Windows operating system do you use?
This can occur if the location of the temporary file is missing or damaged.
If you have downloaded the file, and then try to re - download it again by changing the location to download the file and see if it helps.
You can also try to save the file on the desktop and check if you can open the same without any problem.

Applications and programs crash when open file Explorer
My programs and applications are blocking as soon as I open Explorer file (I use windows 8). For example, when I go to attach a file to an e-mail, the Web browser crashes. Also, when I go on ' Save as ' in microsoft office, word/excel crashes too.
So far, I have:
-Updated and rebooted
-virus research (clear)
-Startup in safe mode - safe mode will not allow not even me open microsoft word, and the problem persists when you use gmail via google chrome
-re-installed office - no change
What could I do next? The computer was perfect up to this problem that began a couple of weeks.

- You did changes to the computer before this problem?
- You get an error message when the applications or programs crash?
The question could arise due to corruption in specific applications or due to file system corruption directly affecting the launch programs. In order to diagnose and resolve the issue, I would suggest trying the following methods and check if the problem persists.
Method 1:
Run the Troubleshooter of Apps and check if that helps.
The Apps store is an automated tool that we have developed to deal with a number of known issues that may prevent applications from running correctly. This troubleshooting automatically solves some issues including the suboptimal screen resolution, incorrect security or account etc. settings. If the problem persists, refer to the remaining steps in the help article and check.
If the problem persists, try the following method.
Method 2:
Try to run a scan of the file system (CFS) auditor to check corruption of system files in the system. SFC scan will search for system files corrupted on the computer and fix them.
- Press the Windows key + X, click prompt (Admin).
- In the command prompt, type the following command and press ENTER:
sfc/scannow

I was working on the Prime Minister yesterday and today I tried to open my file, but it said that my file was created on a previous version of the Prime Minister. So I tried to find an update for the Prime Minister and ran the update. Then I tried to open the program and I get this error message "Application could not start correctly (0xc0000142)." When you try to open Adobe Premier. I tried to uninstall the first pro and put it back, but I still get the same error. All my other apps by CC work very well.

I apologize, it was recorded as a BUG with AMD processors. Last update does not work for the AMD Phenom processor.
I suggest you go back to a previous version of 2015, i.e. 2015.0

I recently tried to open a new pdf file using an existing program Acrobat Reader and it changed the extensions of all programs and .pdf desktop icons, making them unusable. I uninstalled Reader and extensions have been fixed. But when I installed the drive again - the latest version (DC) it happened again. How can I fix it? I am on Windows 7

I have the plan of photography with photoshop and Lightroom 5. I tried to open a catalog I had created it said the photographs were again for the Lightroom I. I have a Mac and downloaded Didier, thinking I would get a new update of lightroom. It did not. Should I expect Lightroom cc and extra cost that would be for me?
Please open the app creative cloud on your computer and the gpo tot app tab. If you are not able to see the Lightroom CC listed, sign out and sign in the creative cloud.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drive several times with the same result, my problem is when I download the drive icons for my browsers and changing most of my the desktop icons for the adobe logo, so when I click on them Adobe tries to open them, of course, he does not format because it's not an adobe application , so I tried to restore the computer to an earlier date and it wont let me as long as Adobe reader is installed, so I need to uninstall and now I have nothing to open files and downloads of Adobe, someone had this problem and if so, did you get it resolved? In general, when the desktop software uses Flash Player, it's because they're incorporating an Internet Explorer window in the application. If you do not have Flash Player for Internet Explorer (aka. the ActiveX Flash Player) installed, then the desktop app is not going to work.
Then, launch Internet Explorer
Go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Follow the prompts and then relaunch the application after you have completed the installation in Internet Explorer. I hope this sorts for you.
