Troubleshooting printer is not correct the situation

document somehow is stuck in print, clearly on the queue mode but continues to print this page. Place the docs in queue will not erase the initial problem

Go to start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Services and place you on print spooler.  Click on it to work with her.  Click on stop to stop it and then click Start to restart once again (and make sure it is set to automatic).  Then restart.  It is possible that the spooler is the cause and what should delete it if this is the case and solve the problem.

If the problem persists, please post the manufacturer, brand and model accurate and complete your printer, also after the version of Windows you are using (for example, 32-bit Vista Business SP2, 64-bit Windows 7 Professional, 32, but XP Professional SP3 or whatever).  Also please explain how the printer is connected to the computer (cable LPT, USB cable, wireless or ethernet network connection or other).  It is extremely difficult to troubleshoot any more without this information.
