  This problem occurs because you changed the hard drive. When a change is made in the hard disk of the windows vista system will ask you to activate.

  To activate Windows Vista by using the automated telephone system, follow these steps:

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  I am running in a bazaar error I'm not around.  I have a series of cDAQ chassis (9188) with a number of NOR 9208 each.  Everything I'm doing is the simplest of the simple acquisition of VI to extract data from each of the 16 channels of each 9208 and push values for the configuration UI.

  NOTE: the material is SIMULATED in MAX.

  I'm trying to create a task for each 9208, but DAQmx start Task.vi bombs out after the code creates the first few tasks successfully.  The exception:

  "Error occurred 200022 DAQmx = begin Task.vi; "Possible reasons: resource requested by this task has already been reserved by another task."

  Please see the attached screenshot.  I have provided two tables of physical constants Channel. Bombs currently wired table on 'AI_Module_07 '.  The unwired table bombs on the last "AI_Module_08".  It seems that I can move these constants in the table, so there is little or no motive behind the order.

  Hello Chris,

  Based on the screenshot you provided, it looks like you use too many independent tasks in a single chassis - I think that the timing engine can handle three (four memory), but based on this knowledge basethree simultaneous HAVE tasks - you can certainly use all eight locations to HAVE, but they will need to be divided into synchronized subsets.

  That said, if it is in fact the problem is that I feel, a more specific error would appropriate the "resource" referred in the present case is ostensibly the timing engine, but further clarification would be useful.

• Should UHVVHQWLHV I do to activate windows vista, which has already been used on another pc

  Unfortunately, an OEM of Windows VIsta version cannot be activated on another computer.  This license is permanently linked to the original computer Toshiba it comes with and not is not transferable.

  I see what is the problem.

  You have a corrupted Licnsing store-

  Please try the steps below to re-create the store with the correct data.

  (1) open an Internet browser window.
  (2) type: %windir%\system32 in the browser's address bar.
  (3) find the CMD.exe file
  (4) make a right click on CMD.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
  (5) type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you're sure, select Yes)
  (6) type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
  (7) type: Rename tokens.bar tokens.dat
  (8) type: cd %windir%\system32
  (9) type: net start slsvc
  (10) type: cscript slmgr.vbs - FLIR (it may take time for this will be complete, please be patient)
  (11) restart your computer twice.

  You may need to enter your COA key and activate it.
  Once complete, run another report MGADiag and post back with the results

  Recently reported several cases of blocked MSDN keys packed with the media looking legitimate. I can not stress enough to save your packaging, media and reception, if you buy software such as this to appeal to the Bank, you bought it and report it to www.microsoft.com/piracy

  If you bought a key, with or without DVD or packaging of EBAY, or any other person or seller and this could be a MSDN key because your key has been blocked you can check a few things yourself, if you have received your key with the physical product go to www.microsoft.com/howtotell and check your product, however some counterfeit software are thus convince you may not be able to identify it as such.

  To check your PID press the key to victory and the pause at the same time, or system opened via the Control Panel, scroll to the activation section and properties related to computing PID will look something like this 12345-067-1234567-54321, the part that you are interested in is the section to three digits, if it corresponds or is included in one or two digits for the examples below You probably have a MSDN key.

  065, 066, 067 for Ultimate, box 220 for Pro and the 230, 231 area of award, there are probably others, but they should be close to those that are displayed

  If you have a similar PID, or your key is blocked and you want the confirmation message, a new thread with a report from the MGADIAG tool, download and run the tool, click on copy and paste it in a new post here and Darin Smith of MS can check your key for you. NEVER send your keys, the report will be sufficient.

  Recently restored by laptop to the factory setting and did successfully. But now it says my product key is already in use and so my windows is not genuine.

  I checked similar problems but the activation of the phone doesn't seem to be an option as the country where I live I (Iran) is not specified.

  "is already in use" normally means that you use the product key is active alreasdy on another computer

  The software has been installed on another computer?  OEM licenses are not transferable.

  Retail licenses can be installed on another computer, but must be uninstalled from another computer.

  Recently, I bought a computer from a big brand. I installed a legitimate copy of Windows Vista Edition Family Premium on it which came with my dads computer, also bought the same brand. The installed fine print, on more than one occasion and has been also validated successfully on each installation. The same disc has been used before that to install and activate a copy of Windows on my dads computer.

  However, my computer broke and after much hassl, he was returned to the company and I am waiting for a refund. I formatted the computer off until it is, including the installed copy of Vista.

  Now, I bought a new computer and installed the same copy of Vista on it. Once again no problems with installation.

  When I came to activate Windows online I met with the message that the product key is already in use. Of searching this forum I found that I was able to activate the copy by phone and so called, followed the instructions and was told that I could not activate this copy that was only to use a computer.

  How can I now go to the activation of the copy that I have on my new computer? If I was told it correctly and it can be installed on a computer, then how is it that a second facility was made and activated on my old and now returned computer?

  Any help would be valuable.

  By purchasing a commercial version, you have an oem version which is forever linked to the origonal PC, and when this PC die so do your vista licenses

  I opened a case with VMware on a problem using PowerCLI. And pretty well, they said that they do not support scripts... But the error is not related to any script. It is related to the first command I run against one of our Vcenter and we have 6 of them.

  Everything worked well until we went from 4.1 to 5.1

  I can connect to our VCenter fine, but the first command always give an error and fail to the powercli but the task still occur in vCenter.

  When it gets ugly, is we have several powershell script to maintain and automate our environment but now these script fail.

  Example, we have a script to deploy the VM model and then configure the appropriate hardware configuration and add Notes and custom attributes. But the script fails after that deployment so the rest will not run. It will be possible that deploy us to the first virtual machine.

  So for 'Band-aid' question, I added a line to my script to start a virtual dummy machine, to make sure that what is in the script will work fine.
