Stuck in a loop with Adobe Acrobat chat support impossible to contact technical support?
Is someone can you PLEASE tell me WHY I can't communicate with someone at ADOBE? I am stuck in a loop when it comes to connect by CAT.
I had to buy a new laptop and all of a SUDDEN I am NOT able to install my full version of Acrobat X Pro that I bought in 2011. I received the message that the serial number is INVALID? I have already transferred this software once before when my last laptop has replaced the one before that AND IT WORKED VERY WELL. WTH am supposed to do? As far as I know, I AM ALLOWED to register the software on a new machine. IT IS COMPATIBLE with the operating system that I currently use. I USE THIS SOFTWARE on a daily basis. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Looks like what it you also provided instructions on how to download Creative Suite 5.5, so provide you your serial number.

When you try to install an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 30 day trial, I get the following error 50% of the way through the process, "install Acrobat has met an unexpected failure. Please try again. If it continues to fail, contact Adobe technical support.
Uninstall the acrobat and reader versions.
If win os, clean it by Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs
then restart your computer and run the Setup again.

How to contact Adobe technical support outside of my working hours?
I'm trying to contact Adobe about a billing issue. Basically they'll more than the agreed amount and the current price on the UK for Adobe CC site. I had no warning of a rise in prices, and there is no explanation why.
Unfortunately, it seems that the only way to contact Adobe support in the United Kingdom today is by phone or live chat, between 09:00 and 17:00 (that is, while I'm at work). As the subscription of the CC has nothing to do with the work, it would be very difficult to expect from live chat (not sure about our firewall would allow anyway), or for the phone for a response (I can't make calls not working at my office), during working hours.
How do I just send them a message, or make contact outside working hours? If the answer is "you can't" then I'm sorry, but it is quite unreasonable and unacceptable service level

After a number of years of service, my Adobe Premiere CS4 gives me the following error message:
Error offline - we are sorry, but there was a communication error with the server. Please try again and if the problem persists, contact Adobe Technical Support... (INVALID_QUERY: XMLList object).
I use this software on an old Dell desktop computer to two year with many members and drive. It is a stand-alone application, not connected to a server.
Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:
