Try to update the EOS 7 d Mk 2 Firmware 1.0.2 to 1.0.4 and it keeps sticking on waiting.

After graduating in step 8 of the procedure to upgrade the screen is to the Firware update progrm but in the middle of the screen, it remains on the loading... I checked the file name and size is good. I tried copying the files to CF card and connecting the camera to my iMac. Same results. My computer is an iMac running 10.10.3

Thanks to Guillaume to Technical Support. It provided that certain reset steps to take (below the line) which has fixed the problem and allowed me to upgrade to 1.0.4. After following the steps I formatted once more the CF and SD cards in the camera. This time, I copied the TREE file on the SD card, and only put the SD card in the camera before you do the update of the firmware. Thank you very much William.
