I replaced my Officejet 6500 printer and removed the software using the 10 software removal tool windows. The software has been removed, but a message appears everytime I start the computer saying that the software cannot find the 2 support files. I can turn off the message and continue the start up, but it's still a nusiance that I would rather not deal with every time I start my computer.

Check the smart dialing properties, you have put in place. Click on the Phone/Call Log icon, then go to Options-> Smart Dialing. There are some predefined numbering set up there rules that you may need to change.

There is no easy way to remove the watermark. You will have to go into Photoshop and use the variety of available tips here to clone and heal the image.
Do you still have your original images in Lightroom? There is almost never a good reason to re - import an image that you exported from Lightroom, when the original is always readily available. In fact, it is the recommended workflow: you import originals in Lightroom, creative, make changes and adjustments. Then export them only when you need a copy to use for another purpose (send to social media, upload to a web site, send to printers, etc.). Then, once you have sent off the coast of the exported image, delete it. You can still export a new copy later if you need it. The original image (with LR adjustments) is your digital master and can be used to create any output, you will need.

I'm looking to speed up startup of Windows Vista. I had used Windows Defender to disable startup programs. It worked as described. This time, delete, disable it and enable buttons would not activate or turn on when I chose a program to turn off. Any suggestions?

Vista is historically a slow start... I have improved the startup of my Vista laptop with a reinstallation of the operating system, without installation of I-tunes (the computer was used by my daughter-in-law) and I added 1 GB of RAM. It starts very well now.
McAfee is known to adversely affect the performance of the computer - I him have not used for many years. The last time that I removed McAfee from a slow computer, that it was like the addition of several gigabytes of RAM to view was an immediate performance improvement. If your computer has a good processor (preferably bicoeur) and several GB of RAM must be able to run Vista (and McAfee) however.

I bought a server HPMediaSmart backup and storage of music and shared photos. But I can use the backup feature to speed up my PC? The server is not "store disc images. Installation of new software, uninstall the old software, etc. can lead to things like registery keys fades not properly then the PC if confused on which resource should be associated with a device or process. Things like that can accumulate over time and cause the PC to have things like leaks memory or simply act sluggish. Affecting all back 'as new' software allows all resources to get reassigned again properly.

Helps to remove the remaining files after removal of CA security.
I tried to uninstall CA would not delete. So I downloaded the removal of CA security tool and it uninstalled the program. However he left 6 files behind and I tried to remove them. I get the prompt that I need permission to delete these files. I added "everyone" as a user with full control to try to remove that also, it did not work. I have also a pc tuneup program with a built in file shredder and it also has no effect. Any ideas?

BlackBerry Smartphones Firewall error when you try to use new applications of the AppWorld
I have a BB "BOLD" (out of business). When I try to register accounts with new App World, as SlackerRadio applications, I get this message:
"The request... a attemtped to open a connection to a location inside the firewall and outside the firewall which is not allowed by your policy."
Because I don't have a BB company, I'm not aware of any it policy or how I can adjust. Everyone is having these issues?

If so, it shows that RMAN was able to connect to the main server and the local static connection. So the problem is probably that the principal server cannot connect back.
You need an entry for the CLONE in your TNSNAMES file. ORA on both servers. Can you confirm this?
