Trying to partition my HD 250 GB, Technical Support Dell is no help

I am running Vista Home Premium on an Inspiron 530.
I have a HD of BG 250 and I want to create another Partition (at least 20 GB) to save a few games of music/record/photos ect. I tried to use Disk Director to create another partition, but the trial verson only allowed me to create a partition of 7MB (d).

A technical support engineer microsoft can help me get my password reset in this region?
I did the reset password form and no one has answered it in 4 days. I just got a response from a post I put on the public forum and someone said they received nothing in 12 days. Can someone tell me whats going on. Because the Windows Live ID support team does not want answering anything whatsoever.

(Redirected) Poor Dell technical support
My modem was replaced in mid-December. So I had difficulties to connect to my printer wirelessly to my Dell laptop. I contacted the technical support Dell - main error. After a price of $199.99 and five hours on the phone with them for two days, it still didn't work. I not ask for their return. At the end of the 1st phone call (3-4 hours), they thought they had everything and test printed a Notepad doc. At one point the tech support rep placed me on video without asking if I was ok with that. Total invasion of privacy! Later in the day when I tried to print I got "paper mismatch". Most of the paper size options were in millimeters. The next day I called the technical support again. He wanted to redo everything that had been done the day before. After about an hour I told him that I have more time to deal with him, I was on a deadline. I had to drive to my work to print the information that I needed. Following all the delays caused by Technical Support, I did not finish my work until 02:00 I have not never will contact Tech support again. I will use a local person. I expect Dell to have a support department impressive considering the quality of their computer products. Worst customer service I have ever received.

A phone call to Microsoft technical support trying to supposedly help to fix a PC infection

FYI, I received a phone call in Somerville tonight of a number blocked a man with bad English. Maybe Indian, who claims to be from Microsoft Technical support telling me that he needed me to turn on my computer to correct an infection. He gave me 213-221-3528 recalled, I tried, but does not seem to be a real company. I think it was a con man.

Trying to contact Dell technical support without a serial number on my monitor

I am trying to log a problem with my Dell ST2320 monitor. This product is still under the 3 year warranty. However, I can't report the problem because on Dell support pages it ask again me a service tag. The product doesn't have a number of service in this regard. The only number I can find on it is what appears to be a serial number. When I enter this in the pages of Dell support saying it's an invalid service tag.
Can someone please advise me on how can I contact Dell technical support to record the question thank you for any advice.

No, I'm really lost and I don't know what else to do and I'm not anxious to be on technical support for several hours again.
My problem was originally that the hotfix update released last November failed to install. I ask on the forum for help, I got some good suggestions but nothing worked. Since Photoshop still worked I've just postponed the issue.
Several months later, I decided to try everything I can to get the update to work. Created another Admin removed tried Photoshop by reinstalling. Still no. Tried several different things that do not work.
I finally got with technical support, I allow access to my computer. They spent several hours uninstalling and reinstalling and not as I did. They did get more advances but after almost 4 hours, I was tired of looking at Photoshop do not settle.
They said they have done all the troubleshooting that they could, and that the best option was to simply uninstall all Adobe and then reinstall it.
I did tonight. Following the instructions here are using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

On the downloaded installation, there is an option to install a trial version or install a licensed version. The end of installation, I opened creative cloud and looked at the applications tab. The update appeared later. I clicked top and too installed completely.

Microsoft Technical Support phone scam
Hello, I recently received a call (about 5 minutes ago) from Microsoft. They claimed to be Microsoft technical support. They told me that my computer has sent a lot of warning and error messages to Microsoft. They said that messages and stuff said that my computer had downloaded malicious software malware and it could damage my system and internal hard drive. Then they told me that they did not answer me and now called for helping me solve this message. (I stopped to think about what they said because I had been having a lot of problems of slow boot and Windows taking almost 5 + minutes to start). So I played along for a while, but only for a minute. The first guy says let me connect to our senior technical specialist or something like that. Then I logged. The second guy says: "Hello my name is ___ Snyder (I remember only the family name)." They have given me in my observer of events and after I hung up with suspicion and Bishop/confidentiality. They tried to call me again, but I rejected the call. Please give me advice on this issue. I want to know if it's a scam to take over my computer and steal my identity, etc. or is it really Microsoft tries to help to fix my computer.
