Trying to turn I pic on my laptop running Windows 7 in windows photo viewer

Try to turn I pic on my laptop running Windows 7 in the windows photo viewer, but the icon is grayed out. I try to do the same photo on my other PCs running Windows 7 allows me to turn. Is there a setting I need to adjust?

The grey appearance indicates the file is hidden...

Right-click on the file and choose... Properties...
