• Indicator of waveform data dashboard with multiple locations

  I have a chart in waveform with multiple locations on my main VI running.

  I use the Application Dashboard data 2.2.1 on my Ipad to monitor table of wave shape of my running app.  I placed a marker on my Ipad and also related waveform with my waveform array variable.  I can't play my data dashboard application because it shows unable to connect to the server.  I noticed that it is because of multiple plots being plotted on my table of waveform.

  I could only play the App data dashboard when it is just a single parcel related to an indicator on the App.

  My question is if it's possible to have a graphical indicator of waveform on a data dashboard that has several plots being plotted and not only a single square, and how to configure it?

• Help with multiple locations on a XY graph under certain conditions

  Hi, I have a question about manipulating a XY Chart.

  (1) whenever the plot crosses the x-axis for value go to the top, I want the plot to change color, so that it crosses 0 will go back to the top, and I want that specific portion having a different color. It's really hard to explain, so I'll post a picture:

  As you can see, if the graph we cross the x-axis by decreasing, it should not change color. Only increase.

  I can't understand how to do this. I know it will take more than one location, but how would I randomly change the color as well as detect if its path that goes to the top or not.

  OK - chance I'm not too busy today...

  Usually, I use either screw express, but was looking for a quick solution for you.

  Here's the sample made with only the basic trigger function - no express VI.

  Also added a selectable threshold by the user.

  Then, on the space between the plots, if there is no data in the original, there no data in the colors either.

• Delete locations of XY graph at design time

  I inherited several screws maintenance and have met the 'next question' - there are multiple XY graphs, tracing a variety of data and by optimizing things to remove redundant data or unnecessary properties of the XY graph reflect still have 6 slots instead of the 3 that are connected on it. I reduced the caption to include only 3 plots that are actually linked, but properties dialog box still shows 6 locations, both named 'conspiracy 3' and 'Plot 4' and a "V2" Unfortunately duplicate name for what would be the plot 5. Running the VI does not seem to change what contains the properties dialogue box, although it is not all negative effect (within a few seconds of running).

  Is there a correct way to remove the plots exist or is - this something where I have to delete the XYGraph and place a new user interface and connect as usual? My biggest concern is that there is a duplicate name that could cause problems at some point, or that this thing is just lose the memory and the CPU cycles and there will not be a problem until the system has worked for 10 hours.

  I have attached a picture of the relevant connections (the VI is ridiculously huge and unwieldy to post... don't get started me on the ineffectiveness, it's just that I inherited to maintain), but there isn't really anything unusual here.

  All the plots of old who receive more data will not appear, so it is not really so important to remove them. Resize the legend the number of valid locations.

  Yet the current situation is not ideal, that's why I posted this idea a long time ago. Please vote for him!

• I can't turn on location Services

This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select the library. Then go to Preferences/com.apple.systempreferences.plist.  Move the .plist on your desktop.

  Restart your computer, open the application and test. If it works fine, delete the plist for the office.

  If the application is the same, return the .plist where you got it, crushing the latest.

• Unable to turn on location services

  I upgraded to 9.3.3 yesterday. Today I was downloading an application that requires location services to be turned on. Applications are defined correctly in regards to my preferences, however whenever I put the main location of active Services button, it turns off when I get out.

• How can I save a bookmark in multiple locations?

  In previous versions, I could save a bookmark in one folder, then in another. This option seems to have disappeared with 29,0. Reference articles describe how to do this.

  Does anyone have a turn in their bag, which will do us this?

  I know that I might be able to use tags, but I have thousands of bookmarks filed and can not start a new process now with the launch of a major upcoming project.

• Is it possible to insert a page in multiple locations within a pdf file that has been created or what I need to do one at a time?

  I work with a few hundred pages into several pdf files very important we try to enter our system of records management.

  I know that I can insert the separator page before or after a page individually, but when you have a large file (200 +) pages, a fact which is just under the name of your time by printing the file and do it by hand.

  Does anyone know if you can insert a page into several locations say start at page 1, then insert each odd page it after?

• How to rotate and turn the bar without distortion graphs?

  I have a horizontal bar graph and I want it to have the same form as a pie chart that I as a backdrop.

  What I do everything first, it is to rotate the graph (after the converted in an image) at the right angle, depending on where it should be positioned. After that, I use the-> deformation-> Arc to make it fit in the same form as the pie chart. But when I do these processes (in any order) I get a distorted image, with lines describing not concentric lines (not like Ray, I mean).

  I got the perfect shape, works on a MAC, but now I'm working on PC. How can I achieve the same?

  Problem is that you turn. You could apply the distortion to the horizontal chart, then make a symbol and then turn. Or: create a brush and apply to a curve.

• Apple stores data in multiple locations?

  As I spend my life in iCloud (all my thousands of pictures and videos, music, etc.). I can't help but wonder how backed up it is. I'm the kind of person who is used to keep several hard drives to make sure that I don't lose my photos. If Apple does keep multiple copies of my data? Hypothetically if a datacenter in California was a fire or something, is there another copy of my data elsewhere? I'm more curious that whatever it is, I like the idea of not having to worry about losing my stuff and more, and I like having my stuff on all my devces the second I have create. Really, I plead for peace of mind when I format these drives with my old pictures on them

  I can't exactly answer your question about data redundancy on data from Apple servers, but I can tell you that using iCloud for archiving your photos is not a good idea. iCloud is not an archival, it's a sharing service. Your photos come all icloud, but any action that take you on them from any device or computer that uses this library iCloud is essentially an action that is performed on this library. A lot of people is to remove photos from their phone without realizing what if will remove them from the library to iCloud.

  So you can return to your original habit of creating a place of safe storage for your photos, like on the hard drive of your computer, or even a standalone player. You can also look into archiving services such as Dropbox and SugarSync Cloud.

• Problem graphic refresh with multiple locations

  Scenario:
  Draw two waveforms periodically to a chart (FMEM table for each iteration). Use the scope mode or scanning. Band mode seems to work a little better.

  Questions:
  * If a plot in a wfm-array is empty for an update, another plot will not redraw properly. It will redraw when the second parcel was given, but the first plot will be badly drawn parts data points will be absent.

  * Scan mode leave many red lines and erase some data that's in the way.

  Please take a look at the VI attached to see the (dare I call it bug) in action. If you have any ideas, please share.

  I managed to find a partial solution to this problem, but the behavior seems weird and bug - like sweep mode always looks very bad.

  Background:
  I wanted to use graphics to create the best way to display the data, since I need to display several plots with high frequencies was updated, but the variable sampling rates. Before tracing data, it is already decimated so I only to draw as many points as I have available pixels.

  Solutions of circumvention attempts:
  * ForceRedraw: Do nothing. I use it wrong?

  * Reporter FP: Does nothing.

  To remove the empty FMEM at the end of the array of wfm (for an update/iteration):
  -draws first properly draw
  -don't pull on the second plot line
  -If the window is resized, the data is deleted, only the last part of the plot is visible. Looks like previous plot data are "forgotten".
  -Automatic scale will not work. It will be autoscales on the final section of data.

  * Increase the length of history: does nothing.

  * Put a flag in front of the chart: live to be redraw until the window is resized. Update graph becomes very slow. The X-scale will go berserk. I used that thing once on an indicator of flickering text and placed an invisible object in front of it, which has contributed to this situation.

  * Resize the window: works! Not a very practical solution. Scan even seems ok.

  * Use XY-graph: my goal was to make the most efficient way to display data with relatively high update rates. I used a XY, but when I got a little bit of these graphs, the cpu load was very high and I checked it was the actual writing to the graphical indicator that took all the cpu. I tried the update less often and I already decimated data before sending it to the curve, but the cpu was still too high. Replace with the graphic work like a miracle with almost no cpu load

  * If a wfm is empty for an iteration, draw the last trace point once again, but with a very small time-offset positive (I think it didn't work well plot with new): graph redraws ok in reach mode but not in scan mode. But if I draw again and again this last point, the other plot will finally cause the x-scale to autoset and I will need to keep track of the scale and not re - plot this point only if it is out of scale-x. It starts to get difficult here and I have not solved all the problems that may arise here yet, but it is of the workaround I use now. And for the graphics, I did find a way to disable this automatic update of the scale (is there a way?).

  I did and VI test to test these issues (attached), where the different workarounds may be tested by activating different buttons. Run it just in the default to run without active workarounds and it should show the issue of discounting very clearly. I tested it on 2 PC and LabVIEW 2013, 2012, 2010 and 8.6.

• Problems with multiple locations

  I am having trouble wiring a table 2D plotting a graph of waveform information. According to everything I read in the documentation, this shouldn't be a problem, but it is. One thing I read said to activate the option 'Convert table' draw with a 2D array, but this option is grayed out in the menu. The strange thing is that there are other waveform graphs in the project who accept 2D data tables but I am unable to find a difference in the options between them. I have attached a few photos to see what I mean.

  I discovered the problem - the graph was not initially wired to a 2D array. I guess it maintains its initial entry 'type' for the duration of the program.
