tvOS 9.2 and sharing family

After that the tvOS put 9.2 up-to-date content in my family sharing is no longer will play as a purchased item before. For example, the eve of the update I was able to go to the movies, content bought and then scroll down to a family member who already has to buy, click on the content and then read it. Now I can go through all these steps until the point where it would normally allow me to play, and now it gives me the opportunity to buy the content. It's a change that's happened literally from one day to the next. On the previous generation Apple TV I have upstairs I can always access and read the content on the new that I can see all purchases within the family matters, but is unable to play any of them. Everyone knows this?

You are right in that something is very rugged in tvOS 9.2 when it comes to sharing family.  Especially TV shows.  Not only did I experience the same problems as you, never loading of some shows.  Seasons of TV who asks a member of the family is owner of all the other members of the family to buy the content.  i.e. each episode icon shows the price 2.99 and prompts you to buy when you click it.  It is clearly a tvOS problem because our iphones recognize shared purchased content and start downloading immediately.

It didn't happen before the update.  Infact I think it has something to do with the way the new tvOS displays the content.  On the occasion of a random season loads correctly through the share on the apple tv (for example the season 2 when we own the entire series).  Then these episodes of this particular season will play correctly, but when you switch to another season 2.99 icons are back.  Then on the season 2 days different don't work and it will be a different random season that works correctly, whereas others require the purchase.  Seems to be linked to what seasons icon is displayed but I can't confirm.

I wish I had answers for you but instead, I just answer leave you and I hope apple knows there is more than one person with this problem.  I called this problem in support apple on 24/03/16 but I have just discovered your ad.  I will update this thread if I get a useful answer.

We have 3 AppleTV 4 devices connected to the same network with tvOS 9.2.  This problem does not occur with the previous update and all services have been working great since November 2015 until I upgrade tvOS 9.2.

    I live in a House and bought a range extender so that I can get a connection in my basement as well.  I have installation range Extenders without problem.  When you install the range extender, I changed my name to my network router.  I changed the name of the network by typing 192.168.1.1 in my browser.
    The MacBook connects without a problem.  In the basement, the connection of Windows 7 works very well.  I have just connected Vaio Windows 7 my mother to the network, but it prompted that I enter the user credentials.  I read a post above and got that problem solved by opening the network and sharing Center and adding a new connection.  Now that the connection is configured correctly.
    The problem is with the laptop HP Windows Vista family basis.  Since I install the range extender, I can't connect to the network.  He had no problems before you connect the router or other networks to visit other places.  The new network name appears, but when I click it, it says I have to enter the user credentials.  I tried to manually, but the name is taken so I can't make a new and invites me to connect to the network that is established or to connect to a different network.
    • I tried to open the network and sharing Center, but it does not open.  When I click it, it opens a screen for a brief second.  The option "Display the status of network and tasks" opens either.

    In a last attempt, my sister has used the ethernet cable to connect directly to our router.  Next time, she turned on her laptop, she managed to connect to our wireless network and she was not invited to enter credentials.
    In this case, the manual connection helped solved the problem.

    If you use a family sharing then the card to the family of the organizer can only be used (or, if you are not the Organizer, your account balance) - family members cannot use their own cards, while they remain in the family sharing.

    Same thing here.  Looks like Windows did an automatic update during the night, and now nothing iCloud associated work (calendars, contacts, etc.)

    I also noticed that the error message: "could not load file or Assembly ' MOM." Implementation ' or one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the specified file. "It started after restarting the Windows Update as well.  I imagine that the two are related in the same problem to iCloud.

    I have a project (host and a device in real time) using variable static as well as TCP to send images over the network. I am familiar with the use of TCP in labview but never used TCP and shared variables in the same project before.

    I receive the error 63 off the open TCP connection. This only happens if an executable file is trained and deployed on the device in real time.

    Is there something to watch if the use shared variables and TCP?

  • Can't see installed and shared printer

    I can't see my hp printer installed and shared on a new Lenovo A58e ThinkVantage Desktop PC with windows XP from ThinkPad running windows XP.

    I have set up working groups as well, appropriate manually and by the network installation wizard.

    I have a checked and made sure that the file and printer sharing are enabled in the network adapter properties page.

    I checked in the Toolbox of Lenovo and it says that the file and printer sharing is enabled, so the printer is shared also.

    I also disabled McAfee firewall and Windows Firewall.

    NOTE: I met a similar problem before with ThinkPad Laptops, when the file and printer sharing would not stay active in the properties of the device, found the problem being to think software, specific to 'Think access', the software kept turning off files and printers, sharing, so I allowed him by the profile of the software Manager, and all laptops could see file sharing and printer.  However I don't see any 'Think access' software, just the 'Lenovo' Toolbox

    I use Windows XP Pro, explores under the Documents section and the definition, user 1 "My Documents" folder.  There is also a folder under C:\ 'The documents of the User1' this file is identical to 'My Documents'

    How can I remove or remve the c:\ 'User1 Document' folder?  I don't want to duplicate files.

    The same thing is happing with "Shared Documents".  I have a folder under C:\Documents and Settings\Shared Documents.   And a second under C:\Shared Documents.   The system won't let me delete, reset or move.   Any help please!

    The User1 Documents and Shared Documents, you can see directly under C:\ are shortened. Leave them alone. You have only to a true User1 My Documents and Documents shared under C:\Documents and Settings. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

    I'm trying to turn some pretty simple sharing of files between our windows PC (two portable minicomputers running under XP, a desk and a laptop running vista). File sharing functions between the XP computers. However, I am simply unable to influence the "password protected sharing setting" in the network and sharing Center. I check the option to turn it off and I get a click through UAC dialog window, the mouse cursor turns for a short time while as if windows is pretending to do something, but the password protected sharing setting is always on.

    I tried to disable Avira Antivir.

    I enabled the guest account and set its password to a string explicitly empty with net user guest «»

    Nothing helps.

  • Network and sharing Center shows not connected, but the computer is connected to the wireless network

    When I open the network and sharing Center, or hold my mouse pointer on the icon of internet connection in the bottom right of the taskbar, it shows that I'm not connected to a network. However, I know that I'm connected to the internet. My internet and e-mail work correctly. Also, when I click on the 'Connect to a network' option, find the list of available wireless networks, and it shows that I'm connected to my home network. How can I make Windows everywhere where I am connected to the internet, instead of recognizing only on the list of the networks without wire-available?

    Had exactly the same problem on Windows 7 (win7). Connected to the Internet but the status showing no connection and a red cross on the network icon. Problem has also caused problems to connect to Lync and Office365 along with VPN, which apparently uses the status to check whether the connection is available.

    Apparently, certain permissions gets hurt in the database record and must be fixed using RegEdit. The solution is a step by step and likely to be resolved simply by removing a cache of file using RegEdit and potentially affecting certain permissions.

    I have been using Vista Home Premium on a laptop Toshiba Satellite.     See that article following (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833) if it can help you to manually replace the files that SFC could not fix, it also gives you measurements on log file filtering so that only unsuccessful repairs of SFC are listed. Please note that the best source for replacement files would be a sound installation of vista with the functions you want to work.

    I will add to check your hard disk for errors, as corruption SFC could be linked to it. For details, see check your drive for errors .

    Our final recommended option for the problem that you encounter will be a Vista repair install:

    You have anything installed recently? It sounds like the system could have a corruption.  Save all your data prior to perform a clean boot to further diagnose the problem:
