  I have a specific problem in site studio Designer. My client sent HTML with CSS and JS models. We must use these models and develop the site in the Site of Oracle studio Designer. That is the problem.
  
  When I run these models in the Internet Explorer, Mozilla, these models work very well. I gave the reference for CSS and JS from the content server only. But I just copied the same HTML code in the template in the region after creting the defination region, Pleace defination and placeholder mapping holder, is to show something else.

  Designer Studio site will reformat your code whenever you switch to 'creation' mode and make changes. It does this to protect the integrity of the page of poor coders. It often replaces the DOCTYPE declaration that might explain why he behaves differently in browsers.

  How you use the setting? Maybe it has something to do with the way that you use it in your code of dynamic list?

  or you test the value with something like strEquals... like:

• Why my jquery slideshow stop work on two of my sites?

  Two of my sites (www.KarenTalbotArt.com and www.RetTalbot.com) have a jquery Slideshow (index for Karen Talbot Art page and http://www.rettalbot.com/ret-talbot-photography-portfolio.html for Ret Talbot), and they worked without a hitch for a while and then all of a sudden stopped working. Now I just see all images of the slide show displays at once. I used to do a bit of coding, but I was out of it for awhile. I opened the code for two pages, and I have no idea where to start. I was hoping that there might be an easy fix, someone here will know before that I invest my day to resolve these issues. Thanks in advance!

  GitHub is not a CDN (content distribution network).  GitHub is a repository to download the scripts. You must not directly link to the script on Github because they do not have the appropriate headers, and will fail to load across many browsers, firewalls, and proxy servers.

  You can use safely scripts hosted on CDNs recognized as api Google, Microsoft, jQuery, Cloudflare and others.

  Personally, I prefer to use scripts hosted on CDNs as soon as I can because it makes the web faster for everyone.  However if you don't find your plugins on CDN, you must download the scripts & host them on your own servers.

• Site Studio FCKEditor symbols not showing any numbers in the static list

  I do a job on an existing site, developed with an older version of the Site Studio. 10.1.4.5.0 with FCKEditor 2.6.4
  
  There is a fragment of a static list with two items of text (nothing else).
  
  If the value of the text element is just a number (with or without a decimal point) and no other characters the CKEditor simply display a small icon 'page' when I opened the list for editing.
  
  Once I click on the line, everything is fine and text items show the number correctly. The only exception to this is the number 0 or 0.00 which seem to work well.
  
  The XML looks very good.
  
  is anyone has seen this before, is this a "bug" CKEditor or is there something that I missed.

  I can tell you that it is NOT a bug in FCKEditor, but most likely a Studio Site one.

  This small 'page' icon is a wcmComplexObject. You can see the appeal in weblayout/wcm/sitestudio/elements/staticlist/staticlist.js function:

  Remove the bold text and it will solve your problem. Why it does this? No idea, but my guess is Oracle, tried to get fancy with data recognition and it was something that fell through the cracks: P

  I need to run the query based on the user name. I can't pass userId as parameter to the page.
  I think that I must use for HTTP session store.
  How do I access and stores the session via iDoc in pages HCSP values?

  It must be remembered that AAU (on the top that runs the Site Studio) is designed to be an application of type SOA without a State.

  Put simply, whenever you ask UCM to do something (a Service) you provide all the information necessary for the performance of this service (it is encapsulated in the demand for services).

  For this reason many AAU URL have a query string long containing these Service settings.

  So actually there is no Session if you want to keep certain data between UCM pray then you can use URL rewriting (that is, add it to the URL) or place the data in a cookie or customize Services so that they put what you need by linking data.

  I can't give advice on your problem because there's not really enough information on how the integration between your secure pages and Site Studio

  WebCenter content has no concept as project.

  When datasourceType = dsTypeMultiNode, datasource defined a set of identifiers separated by commas in the format document node:

  Please check.

  If you test it then use another datasourceType.

  As far as I KNOW, there is no way to generate graphs in Site Studio. Oracle products, you can use ADF/WebCenter Portal framework and/or Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher. 3 third-party product you can take a look at the graphical Javascript - amCharts or https://developers.google.com/chart/
