Two "wait for Notification" with notifier unique?

I feel like I should know the answer, but my code was buggy when I did.

Can you have several screws 'wait for Notification"attached to the same notifier?

Aid seems to suggest that the notifiers are only for two independent loops:

Notifiers are a communication tool between the parties independent of a block diagram or two screws running on the same computer.

Can you have several 'wait for Notification"live attached to the same notifier?

Yes

Use and love Lightroom 4.4.  Tried to open the RAW of Canon 120 format. CR2 and get error / unsupported messages. On Adobes great little table, I see that I need a newer version to use my S120. Am I obliged to being upgraded to use my camera in RAW, or is there some support or correct to use my camera and the version without an expensive and useless upgrade. If I wait for support will be added or available somehow?  If so how do I know or get it? What about Tom

Support for the camera will be added natively 4.4 Lightroom. This version is now history and is is no longer updated by Adobe. Lightroom 5.3 or newer version is required to open raw files. However, Adobe provides a free DNG Converter that will allow you to create copies of these raw images that can be opened in the Lightroom that you now DNG. So, Yes, there is a method that is provided for you to work on this camera raw image data.

I have many updates Windows download up to 1 day. My PC is new and using Windows 10.

    Could you please help?

OK, let's make sure I understand the problem...

You are already using Win10 and you try to make the Office updates, but stops the download of updates to half way through and is not complete - you with the error message.

    Right so far?

There is nothing you can really do about updates in Win10 regarding control of who you get or when you get them.  MS took these feautures away from us with Win10.  With the Home version, you have no control; but with the Pro version, you can delay, but not indefinitely.

All you can do is keep going by train.  Finally, the PC will download all Office one updates apply to them.

  • What waiting on Notification (of all types) is currently pending?

I may have a blockage of the waiting on the notification. Until I use the marine method (beat to adapt, to match the paint) by changing a lot of Wait-on-Notification-with - history of WoN, it would be great just to be able to see who is currently waiting to be WoN. In this way, perhaps I could see who WoN were involved in the deadlock and therefore rethink my model of data flow. I have not found a nail tool WoN the list won, etc.. But it would be really handy.

    Info or ideas?

The execution trace toolkit can show you who is waiting (or at least in which VI). I haven't used so I'm not sure.

Another possibility to process this code is to use a timeout and do nothing if the timed out is true, but it is most likely that's going to be a hack instead of a real solution in your case.

When he comes back is less interesting than what it returns with. I expect the entire purpose of "with the story declaring" that he would return a value for each registrant, to condition, not only a value for the first hit. The first is the behavior I want, so I can write a loop to wait at a time on two filers and find out who shot first.

It returns a value for each alert system who shot between waiting for him. If one of the authors of the provided notifications does not fire, then it will not have a value.

To determine the one who fired first, you can use the notifier out output and status. (i.e. the first element of the notifier out output is the declarant who shot first)

  • Extend my extreme network with another extreme - waiting for internet access

Hello - I have a new generation Airport Extreme (let's call it Extreme1) connected to a Comcast modem and it works very well. The extreme will be the router that the modem has no router function. I'm trying to expand my network to another room with another extreme (let's call it Extreme2). I have a connection cable between two rooms. Extreme1 has an ethernet cable from one of its LAN ports connected on port WAN Extreme2. When I try to create a new network with Extreme2 (in aid of the same name, passwords, etc.) it does not work. He was suspended at the end when he is looking for a connection ("Waiting for internet access")-I did the following things based on what I read here:

    1. Changed IPv6 link local parameters
    2. Tried the whole upward on my Macbook and tried on my iphone
    3. The Wan first and then tried to change the configuration after you done for Extreme2 by creating a network
    4. Tried to create a network with Extreme2 connected directly to the modem
    5. Extreme2 factory reset after every attepmt

And nothing works. Kicker is, I also have a reasonably new airport express and the same thing happens to her as well.

Do I need to adjust some parameters of network that I'm not aware of? Is it possible that my LAN ports are disabled on Extreme2? It is brand new.

    Thanks for any help.

Have you used the Apple Setup Assistant?  If you did, it had notified you that the extreme second was being configured "add using Ethernet. The wizard will automatically configure the second airport with the appropriate settings for you.  All you have to do is enter a name of device for the second AirPort Extreme.

Here I'm assuming that you reset the second extreme to parameters by default until you set it up again and that your second Extreme is the current version of the "tower" or that of previous versions "flat or square.

The example below shows an AirPort Express as the device which is the extension of the network, but you will see the name of your network and AirPort Extreme on your configuration screen.

Post back if you need some tips on using the "Wizard" for your configuration.

    Hello

Thank you for visiting Microsoft Community and we provide a detailed description of the issue.

According to the description, I understand the problem installation of updates on the system.

Certainly, I understand your concern and will try my best to help you.

There could be a possibility that this issue would have intervened if the updates were not installed correctly on the system.

I can really imagine the disadvantages suffered by you during the installation of Windows updates. Sometimes it is really frustrating when things do not work correctly with the machine that we are planning and wait. So, we need find the root cause of the problem and I would definitely you help solve the problems in the right direction in order to get this fixed number.

The question arises if the Windows Update package is not configured properly, or because of incomplete installation. I would say so, you remove any external media connected to the computer and try to crash restart your computer 2 or 3 times and check if you get through this error message.

In addition to this, I suggest you try the following methods if you are able to boot to the desktop and check if the problem persists.

    Method 1:

I suggest you run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to check if it works. Please follow the link given below.

Open the Windows Update troubleshooting tool

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows7/open-the-Windows-Update-Troubleshooter

Note: The troubleshooter above checks if the network card and Windows Update services work properly.

If the problem persists, follow method 2

    Method 2:

I suggest you to reset manually the update of Windows components. Please follow the steps outlined in the article below and check if it works.

How to reset the Windows Update components?

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058

Note: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, click on the number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

    original title: incorrect Homegroup password

So, my cousins both got two netbooks for Christmas so I took it upon myself to put in place. However, I seem to have problems with getting Homegroup to work.

    All computers:
    Have enabled IPv6
Use Microsoft Security Essentials with the last update
Are connected to the same router (Linksys WRT54GX2)
Have no other third-party firewalls or AV installed and have been neatly eliminated via their respective tools when they had their
Can be seen in the network and can access any other files via 'network '.
Have the correct date and time and are all in sync with time.nist.gov.
Have the same network sharing settings (network discovery on, files and printers sharing folders public, sharing, streaming, wide, 128-bit encryption, sharing password protected, to allow windows to manage the homegroup connections)
Network is set at home, not in public

The computer that has implemented the homegroup is connected via ethernet to the router while other computers use to access the router 802.11 g I tried to delete and redo the residential group as well.

Despite all this, it is said that the homegroup password is incorrect for both netbooks (where it says it has encountered an error). I realize that it is case sensitive and I entered the password correctly. I also ran the resolution of the problems of the homegroup on all 3 machines and still no luck. I also tried to change the password and restarting of machines.

Any suggestions? I was _really_ hoping it will work right out of the box. Maybe it's something with the router? I don't really know. Any help is appreciated. Merry Christmas! : D

  • 4.0.3.16.84 - x 64 - hangs with "Waiting for Editor initialize."

    Hello

Just downloaded latest sqldeveloper with included JDK and works in this question every time I open.

    4.0.3.16.84 - x 64 - hangs with "Waiting for Editor initialize."

Not sure it's bug or something is altered in the preferences directory.

I've downloaded again and again open directory, still getting the same error.

Does anyone have a work around?

    Thank you

    Ken

    Hi Ken,

If you think that the migration of user settings was wrong somehow, try to rename or delete these files (or use the -Dide.user.dir thing noted below), then restart without a migration of user settings...

    %AppData%\SQL Developer\system4.0.3.16.84

    %AppData%\sqldeveloper

My standard advice on this kind of thing...

1 see if behavior persists after the removal of the settings and restart SQL Developer without migrating settings.

    2. see if (assuming that (1) does not help) allows to reinstall SQL Developer.

If the fault cannot be placed on a migration of settings / download / installation corrupt, then we can start to consider...

    3. possible problΦmes with older JDK.

4 OutOfMemory possible problΦmes that may be hidden by running only no Developer SQL from a command line console.

    5. a new bug.

So try (1) and (2) If you have not already.  Ignore (3) because you have the provided JDK.  Point (4) can be a problem if you have many windows to restore and did not mount the Xmx values in the file product.conf - especially if you use a 64 bit JDK.  And (5), if you have the urge, see...

    http://www.thatjeffsmith.com/archive/2012/06/how-to-collect-Debug-Info-for-Oracle-SQL-Developer/

And if you want to try (1) in a clean 'sandbox' unaffected by existing directories of user settings, you can always add one

    AddVMOption - Dide.user.dir =

    line to your sqldeveloper.conf file.

    Kind regards

  • Mobile Lightroom. Stuck with "Waiting for Connection".

Mobile of Lightroom cannot synchronize because "waiting for connection" status. Was working fine before. Also cannot synchronize with LR Mobile in the Collections switches - they used to work very well.  What's Adobe up? Need a fix.

Problem fixed (maybe).  I disconnected LR-Mobile on iPad, then logged on. Initially, it looked like LR - M in lost iPad. Then I closed the application and reopened. All the images previously synchronized and collections are back. Then I opened LR on my iMac and to my surprise, the "waiting for connection" had disappeared. It was replaced by "sync 22 photos. Of course, all seems good now. Don't know if this will work for everyone, but fingers crossed it stays fixed.

  • Error with Conversion Util Web Page: "not able to access installation of Acrobat Capture Web. Acrobat may be busy or waiting for input. »

    Hello

I get the following error message when you use the Page convert to PDF module in Internet Explorer: "not able to access installation of Acrobat Capture Web. Acrobat may be busy or waiting for input. ».

I use Acrobat X (with latest updates) on Windows 8.1, 64-bit and IE 11 (both with all latest updates).

When I click on the button to convert the top of IE, I'm asked to select the file location and name.  When I click on save, I'm presented with this error.  The utility creates a file, but it is unreadable - opening it gives an error in Acrobat, saying that the file is not a supported file type and it was damaged.

I have seen this error in the forum and took the advice given to run the repair via Add/Remove programs.  I have run the repair and restarted twice, but to no avail.

I also uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled, but again, no luck.

Please let me know what to try next.

    Thank you

    Hi Jody,.

Please post on the Adobe forums.

Internet Explorer (and even other browsers) sometimes finiky when used with a program in administrator mode.

So, please right click on the Acrobat icon and choose ' properties > Compatibility tab "and uncheck the"Run this program as an administrator"option.

Let me know if this helps.

But I am surprised to see that in "TOtal expected" on the RIGHT part->

Hello. No explanation for this... :-(

    Hello

people work here, you don't know?
I think Tom Kyte explains it well enough. This wait event is linked to your session database waiting for the guest to say to do something.

So it is not related to the database, but to your application.
Also as it is a wait of session event you might have had your session inactive for some time (do nothing)

If you want to check the waiting events correctly I suggest using tkprof and start a new session in SQL more as shown by Tom Kyte in the link I posted.

Then, run your query in sqlplus setting track and pull it out as soon as your statement is completed.
    that is to say:

    -- myest.sql
    alter session set events '10046 trace name context forever, level 12';
SELECT ... -- your query here
    exit

Run in sqlplus in this way:

    sqlplus user/password@db @mytest.sql

    Then check with tkprof.

    Kind regards.
