  It seems that this error occurs because the chart control is to look at his collection of scales to determine if scale orientation changes took place, but the ColorScale does not have a direction property.   You are not charged by the letter when you post here.  Generally, it will display the full error message.  However...

  Looking for errors like this by doing a search on Google for the name of the file.  Usually, they turn up without success.  There is no success for jquarayeh.dll

  When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.

  First of all, download, install, update and run full scans with two of these free analytical tools:

  MalwareBytes AntiMalware
  SUPERAntiSpyware

  There are two ways you can do: you can convert the external hard drive to NTFS, or you can format the external hard drive to NTFS.

  Personally, I suggest that you format the external hard drive, but this will remove all data from the drive. Temporarily, you can copy what is on the hard drive on your C: drive if you have enough free space (or DVD) - once the external hard drive is formatted NTFS, you can copy everything back.

  I suggest you to check if the backup and restore service is started on your computer.

  To check, follow these steps:

  a. Click Start, type services.msc (without the quotes) in the search bar and press ENTER.

  Note: If the UAC (User Account Control) window is prompted for permission to continue, please click "continue".

  b. double-click the Volume Shadow Copy Service and switch to the general tab.

  c. change the startup type to automatic, and then click on apply.

  d. Click Start, and then click OK.

  Repeat the steps above for Windows backup service and check if Windows backup service is started and set to automatic. Try later backup.

  Also, you can try to temporarily disable the security software and check if you can create a backup and check if it works very well. Later, re - enable security software after checking.

  Which version of windows vista you are running on the computer? What type of system (32-bit or 64-bit)?

  This problem may be caused by one of the options below.

  1. the package is corrupt, missing, or bad.

  2. the software is not designed for your version of Windows.

  I suggest you try the following steps:

  Step 1: The Setup file may be damaged or missing, check that the CD is clean.

  Step 2: If the program is designed for a 64-bit version of Windows and you are running in a 32-bit version of Windows, it will not work and generate this error.

  Try setting Windows Media Player as the default player for playback of streaming online videos.

  a. Click Start and then type inetcpl.cpl in the search option starting then press ENTER to open the Internet Options window.

  b. click on programs, then on setting programs.

  c. click on change the AutoPlay settings in the window that opens. You will be presented with a list of programs to select when you open media in Internet Explorer. To change your Media Player for videos, for example, click the select bar to the right of the video files and you will be able to select which player you want to play all the videos that you open in Internet Explorer. You can do the same thing for audio files, images, etc.

  d. click on save when you are finished. Close Internet Explorer and start it again. Your new media player settings should now be implemented.

  Note: You can choose any other program media player that is installed to make sure that the changes are applied.

  Hmmm... could be a multitude of reasons... suggestions:

  (1) hard reboot your BB - with market, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to the functioning

  (2) make sure that you have the latest version of App World (there was a recent update). Who to find here:

  As to why... Well, it's a computer and subject to random events.

  This Virtual Machine is always recoverable, however if you are only interested in the recovery of data from the user then after reading the following quit VMware Fusion and try to mount the virtual disk to the Virtual Machine using the information below.

  Take a look at: VMware Fusion (menu bar) > help > Search > type VMDKMounter, and then select use VMDKMounter to mount a virtual drive as a Mac Volume

  Notice, ignore the parts on "to add support for reading / writing to NTFS volumes, you need to install NTFS - 3G separately." as it is not necessary for recovering files within the VM using VMDKMounter, because you only need read access to retrieve data from the user.

  After obtaining your user data disassemble the virtual hard disk on the desktop and then after that you want to retrieve the VM using methods from another just let know us and additional directions can be given.
