  When you start the computer in safe mode, most of the services would be disabled automatically. Lack of a sound service will be disabled in safe mode and this is normal. There is no way that you can activate the audio service or hear the sound when you start the computer in safe mode.

  However, the Windows Audio service is activated and starts only when you start the computer in normal mode.

  I have two U3415w connected to a Lenovo docking station. The docking station has two Displayports and one HDMI. Display #1 is connected via HDMI from the dock to the monitor, display #2 is connected via a HDMI cable to DisplayPort adapter then to the dock. The video is flawless on both but I can't get audio screen #2. The drivers are up to date.

  Whenever I open a HTML file which contains the video or audio in Dreamweaver CC in Code view, it plays the audio or video. It's annoying, especially when you open several files at once because then your hear several audio files at once. Is it possible to disable this behavior for Code view?

  I can see why he'd do when in Live View mode (Dreamweaver tries to reproduce what would a browser), but why do that when opened in Code view?
