Unable to 'accept' agreement Acrobat?

I have creative cloud. Downloaded fine on my PC. However, I have a new Macbook Pro running the last Mountain Lion OS and I cannot accept the acrobat agreement at the opening of the application. I see the button I agree but I can't click on it. When I click on it, it does nothing. Given that I don't accept the agreement to use user/software, I can't make PDFs on the web, etc. Maybe it's a curve of learning (from a PC) or maybe a real problem? I have no problem with any of the other Adobe applications. Help, please.

"White screen EULA. Issue: Mac OS only. The launch, a blank screen of the EULA is displayed, that cannot be accepted and Acrobat does not run. This problem can appear if you have any of the installed products of CCM or Creative Suite and you tried to install Acrobat XI from a different source.

Workaround: launch any other product which is part of the CCM or Creative suite. Then, turn it off by choosing Help > deactivate. Quit the application. Then start Acrobat and accept the EULA. Then, for the CCM subscription product, launch it and choose the license of this software to reactivate the product. CCM If a CS app, launch it and turn it back on. [3338419] ".

    In the end, I was able to install the software by launching the Installer without rights administrative (simply by double clicking on Set - up.exe instead of a right-click and run as administrator).

    It's a little weird because it is generally recommended to launch installers with administrative rights (at least if you are using a Windows operating system).

    I have a new laptop with Windows 8, which I created two users - one for me and one for a child (Standard user - and Coachman on behalf of child) (Administrator). I created a real account for the child and filled out all the necessary information - my live account has been used for a few years, but I update personal information.

    When I try to manage parental controls from the Control Panel, I get an error message indicating that I should go to account.live.com to agree to terms of use. I can't find any place to accept the terms of use, or my account og the child account. I looked for a solution and found that many have had similar problems. One of the solutions that seeems to help was to connect to fss.live.com, but this page just redirects to a generic MS information page of security for the family.

    Any suggestions?

    I managed to find a solution, not an elegant solution, but it will keep your real account (parent1) to monitor your kids.

    1. create a new live account (parent2)
    2. create a new account admin on the PC using the new live account (parent2)
    3. connect to the computer with the admin account and create an account for child
    (using either an og existing live new account - don't forget to check the child...)
    4. you should now be able to manage via the parental control panel
    5. Add a new parent in parental control (your old existing live account - parent1)
    Some steps are probably not necessary, but I managed to get the "accept the terms of use" hampers by following these steps.

  • E-mail of acceptance agreement however not passed / not able to provide access

    I got a new user with access portal SmartNet associated, but trying to make the administrator account the contract acceptance email is never received, so the process is blocked.  When you try to assign roles to the State past to "Deleted" the day that access should start.  Can anyone help to watch it?  I tried to do several times, withdrawal/time etc but cannot move forward.

    I see two users designated as additional directors, sitting in the status "pending agreement acceptance".  One seems to have been appointed in January, the other a last Thursday (October 20). This status will remain until / unless the designated administrator connects to the Cisco Service access management application, to view and accept the terms and conditions.  If they have not received this email to welcome with the link, they can simply access the URL directly: https://cdceb.cloudapps.cisco.com/csam

    But from your description, I think you describe also a problem with the Admin client SNTC role assignment.  There are known issues establishing future dates start and end for the SNTC role assignments.  All delegated administrators have been previously notified by e-mail of these issues, the recommendation that you NOT use the feature of start and end date and rather let both of these empty fields in role assignments.  This will make the effective role assignment immediately and will stay in place until you remove them.  (We expect to solve future problems start and end date of the role assignments in our next version of code).

  • Hi, I am unable to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro on my machine windows 10. I downloaded Setup offline as online Installer gave an error Offline Installer extracted the files, but there is no file in the folder that extracted.
