  I had one laptop I had for 5 years. It came with windows vista installed on it.  About 4 months ago, I bought windows 7 Home premium allowed for Latin America and the Caribbean.   Why not just do a direct upgrade from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate? Or is it just a license upgrade Express?
