  Try uninstalling the drivers for all devices in the Device Manager (be sure that you select delete the driver for this deviceoption during the uninstall) and Control Panel.
  
  Then try to restart your computer and check to see if you can boot into normal mode.
  
  Steps to uninstall from Device Manager:
  
  a. After you open Device Manager, look for the device.

  Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer and then try to restart the computer and check what is happening.

  As you are able to boot to the desktop in Mode safe, it means that the third-party application prevents the computer from starting in normal mode. To check you can configure the computer to clean start State and then try to boot into normal mode and check what is happening. To set up its own start-up follow the link below.

  You don't give any info on what was the original problem with the computer.

  You have set the Bios Setup to boot from the CD/DVD drive?

  At startup, it will say press F2 or delete key to go into Bios/Setup, or maybe F12 to go to the Start Menu.

  And have you tried also to tap F8 at startup and choose Safe Mode from the list of Boot Options?

  Use up arrow key to do this, press on enter.

  Browse your Hard Drive manufacturer's website, download software from here and test your hard drive for errors.

• Why I can boot into safe mode with internet connection, use the operating system, etc., but can not open a normal session without password administrator; who got the disabled.

Check "Microsoft Answers", but what I came out which was, I need to reinstall the OS, which I can't do it without a drive anyway.  I thought that I've used it before, I knew the password. This computer has been recently "reinstalled" internal folder 'restore '. Something must happen. A unknown password can be removed from safe mode? Ultimately how reinstall you a clean Vista when all you have is the key to product and no local or OEM support? What would be the difference between a password reset disk and the OS disk.  The two would probably be stored side by side. Not to mention that most of us Dummies want to just surf to buy, and if we can not surf, we cannot buy. Dummies help us get back on the internet, Microsoft. At least take care of this shot.

  In Safe Mode, try to activate the high administrator account http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-windows-vista/.  Then log in using account and use it to solve problems with your normal administrator account login via control panel / user accounts / manage other accounts.  Find the one you want and make the appropriate changes to fix it.  If you can't, then you need to address as a corrupt account by using the following procedure:

  To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile.  If this is the only available administrator profile (you must be an administrator to solve this problem), activate the hidden administrator account (HAA) (i.e. what you did above, or you can do this by using these instructions instead: http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9001970/How_to_access_the_true_Administrator_account_in_Windows_Vista?taxonomyId=17&pageNumber=1.)

  Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.

  The fact that it says it is disabled gives me to think that you can use the guest or built-in Administrator account already (as normally, you cannot disable an account, but you can with these two which cannot be deleted and only disabled).

  The password reset disk is only good if created before that you need and only to restore a password, do not to activate a disabled account.  Another thing that goes beyond passwords here.

  A recovery disk allows you to do some advanced options of recovery by booting the disk, but it will help you restore the operating system (or help you with this problem either).

  An Installation of Vista genuinve disc (the operating system drive as you seem to be describing) is a disk that contains the operating system.  That, if it is the original disc supplied with the system and is exactly the same as the product OEM key that you must allow you to do a clean OS install (although I would be first backup you'll pretty much lost everything in the process).  The following should help: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-vista.html.

  If you have a factory Conditions or a recovery Partition restore disk, then these are alternatives to a clean install if you don't have this disc.  But the procedure varies according to the manufacturer, make and model of PC.  Most of the manufacturers will allow you to buy these records of restoration (for a fee) If you cannot do it with a recovery Partition cannot create diskettes from the recovery Partition or have no other option.  Visit the support site of the computer for information on this topic, available options, and related costs.

  If you cannot enable the built-in Administrator account and cannot access the system in normal mode with this or another administrator account, then I'm afraid a clean install or restore to factory conditions is your only option.

  Please bear with me here that I try to explain all the questions I have with my computer right now. I'll try to explain everything that self-organization as possible, but if you need more information or file papers to provide a solution more precise, do it me know.

  To start, I use a HP Pavilion dv6000 series (dv6748us to be exact) with Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit) installed. (Service pack 2). About 6 months ago I got this laptop from what I believe was the conflicker virus (kept forwarding pages, arrested updates and antivirus programs, etc.) and I managed to get Windows Update works again. My help and Support did not work well, it only worked in Mode without failure, so I did some research and tried a bunch of suggested corrections (update the registry, etc.) and got it work yet once again. I don't know if one of the tools that I used all by setting the Help & Support could have caused problems that I now (as I literally tried everything under the Sun until I got to work), but my Windows Update does not work properly again.

  A few weeks ago, I installed some updates and restarted the computer, but updates did not finish install on reboot. He said the usual "Configuring Updates, do not turn off your computer", but never showed percentage complete or whatever it is. It restarted, and when I open Windows Update, he said the last time I checked the updates has never been (obviously not true), and when I tried to check the updates, it jumped right to the message telling me I have to restart my computer to complete the installation of updates. She continues to do everytime I open Windows Update. From time to time, I try to restart it, just to see if it will work, and he never does.

  I spent hours trying all the solutions I could find in Google. I tried to run system update readiness tool, which seemed to run correctly (but does not solve the problem).   Please note that I don't want to re - install Windows Vista, or don't I think I need, because the computer works very well for most. (I use it for typing this right now). I had much rather bring all the features on mine, which I believe can be achieved with the help of the right person.

  If someone could provide me with suggestions/solutions, it would be greatly appreciated! Certainly, it would relieve a lot of stress for me!

  Boot with the CD that you have done and do a full test of the reader. The physical tests fail, replace it.

  If the hard drive then passes the physical tests, safe mode:
  Start > run > cmd [Enter]
  fsutil dirty query c: (or the appropriate drive letter) [Enter]

  This will tell you if the disc is dirty or not. Then always in cmd:

  chkntfs /x c: (or the appropriate drive letter) [Enter]

  This tells Windows not not to check this drive at startup. Reboot and it should go on the desktop. Once Windows loaded, run cmd and:

  Chkdsk /f /r c: (or the appropriate drive letter) [Enter]

  CHKDSK will run through all 5 steps. After that it's over, always in cmd:

  fsutil dirty query c: (or the appropriate drive letter) [Enter]

  to see that the dirty bit is not set on this drive.

  If you have forgotten your password, if you have another user who has administrative privileges account you can log in to that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel. If you do not have another account like this set upwards or that you do not have the password which you will need to log on to the built-in Administrator account. In XP Home, start the computer in Mode safe. This, by repeatedly pressing the F8 key as the computer starts. This will put you in the right menu. Navigate using your arrow up; the mouse does not work here. Once in safe mode, you will see the normally hidden administrator account. The default password is white.

  In XP Pro, you don't need to go to Safe Mode. In the home screen, do Ctrl-Alt-Del twice to get the classic Windows logon box. Type in "Administrator" and the password that you assigned when you set up Windows.

  If you reset the password of the account administrator integrated into house or have Pro and don't remember the password, use NTpasswd to change the password of the built-in to a white administrator account. Download the bootable CD .iso image file, burn with third-party burning software such as free ImgBurn , Nero or Roxio. Burn as an image, not in the form of data.   I have a Macbook Pro MD101B/a man. The vehicle currently has el capitan later. I'm trying to prepare it for resale. When I try to open it in recovery mode, it comes up with the connection to the network, I select the right network and password and then nothing happens except the screen displays the network and a logo of the world. Is this correct? I expected to get to the usual window showing disk utility, time machine backup restore, etc., but it does not show that.  Just leave forever with the projection of the network?

  It's normal. The Mac is from recovery of the Internet.

  It will take some time. Wait until the OS X Utilities window appears.

  Then reinstall the OS X, the original version that came with the Mac.

  So I have an iso boot for both and I injected the NIC drivers in the vmware Tools folder, but I can't get network card to work.

  ESX server is a former IBM 346 server. I think it's a broadcom on the x 346 server network adapter. Broadcom Corporation eServer xSeres server mainboard model.

  On the server ESXi itself, it says 82566DC-2 Gigabit Network Connection.

  Any ideas what I should use drivers?

  If we're not boot after BIOS, then we are probably experiencing hardware issues - or a problem setting in BIOS.

  It would be best to contact the manufacturer of your system on what they will be better able to diagnose the problem.
