Unable to connect only via browsers after installation win 8

I have improved my win 7 to 8 and I can't access any web page through my browsers (it would be IE - firefox - chrome).
the thing is I can sign into yahoo messenger and my metro also use internet properly!
(I also checked the proxy settings for my browsers and they use none)

    I have attached 2 x WD NAS and 1 x WD through the USB port of the device.

    We all have two iPhone 6 and 64 gb & update at the same time.

    We have an ac 802.11 Airport extreme also an extreme dual band of airport & an express airport which none of us can connect to.

    We can connect to the Home Hub 6 provided by our service provider broadband with no problems but it is only in a part of the House that we are unable to connect to my office or at the back of the House.

    Now, I find that, although I am connected to WiFi, I can't open Internet.  I click on Firefox, but it shows that I am unable to connect to the Internet.
