Unable to connect to Creative cloud on a single computer

When I try to open the creative application of cloud on my computer it says "you have been disconnected. Please sign in to continue.

I sign and after a few fire-wind, I get the same message.

Thus, none of my apps CC works. I am told that I am using a trial version or in the case of Acrobat "your trial period has expired."  I am up-to-date on my account when I have dims to verify my account.  My Mac seems to work, but the Win 7 computer keeps giving me this message.  It starts tonight only.  In the past, he checked my account, but I was able to use it.  I really have the gift"think it is a question of forum, but I can't find any live help.
